Entrando in questa splendida nuova casa di 4400 piedi quadrati splendidamente decorata, rimarrete incantati dalla grande sala 25x42. Questa camera è composta da una grande area salotto, un tavolo da pranzo in legno di recupero con 10 posti a sedere e una spaziosa cucina con un'isola con 4 sgabelli da banco e elettrodomestici di alta gamma. Apri le porte Nano larghe 15 'all'ampio portico schermato con camino, area salotto e un altro tavolo da pranzo per 10, e hai aggiunto un'altra stanza alla grande sala! La grande sala ha una Smart TV da 60 "e la veranda proiettata ha una TV da 42". Cammina lungo il corridoio fuori dalla grande sala fino al bagno di polvere a parete conchiglia di ostriche e poi lungo il corridoio fino alla Master Suite molto privata con il soffitto a volta e la bella grande finestra che si affaccia sul Nature Preserve. Il bagno principale ha le sue vanità, una vasca da bagno e una grande doccia con soffioni a pioggia.
Avvolgi la scala aperta a 3 piani piena di finestre al secondo piano dove troverai la seconda Master Suite con bagno privato con vasca da bagno, doppio lavabo e doccia. Ci sono altre 3 camere da letto al secondo piano, tutte con bagno privato. La quinta camera da letto si apre sul proprio portico privato, completo di 2 comode sedie e pouf. È un ottimo posto per leggere o godersi un po 'di tranquillità nel pomeriggio. Tutte le 4 camere da letto al secondo piano dispongono di letti king size con materassi pillow-top e TV. Al secondo piano si trovano anche 4 letti a castello nel corridoio con luci di lettura separate. Il posto perfetto per i tuoi piccoli o adolescenti.
Continua fino al terzo piano dove troverai la sala giochi o il ritrovo per bambini. Questo è un ottimo posto per i bambini che devono chiamare i propri, mentre gli adulti visitano le scale. We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our group of 16. Lisa was a wonderful host. Highly recommend the house!

I was looking for a vacation to bring together 15 family members from around the country. It had to offer amenities to entertain children, teenagers, and adults, and although we were all looking forward to seeing each other and spending time together, we all wanted enough personal space so that we all still liked each other at the end of the week. This property was perfect. The common and dining areas are huge. Each bedroom has an en suite. We put the little kids in the bunks and the teenagers stayed in the third floor game area. The house and furnishings are top of the line and GORGEOUS. We used the 6 supplied bikes every day and rented a golf cart and so we almost never needed a car. We also took advantage of the Watercolor trolley service, which was prompt and so easy. I highly recommend renting the beach chairs and cabanas and doing it well in advance (we called in February for our July trip). The price for the cabanas is a bit high but we all agreed that it was 100% worth it. One excursion we took that I haven’t seen mentioned in many reviews was to Eden Gardens, less than 5 miles from the VRBO. Our 80-year-old mother loved touring the grounds and the historical mansion.

This vacation home had everything our family of 10 adults and 5 grandchildren (ages 7, 4 and 9 months) needed to enjoy our week in Watercolor. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. we were amazed to find 2 refrigerators and two dishwashers! The kiddos loved the bunk beds. Camp WaterColor was so much fun for the whole family. Kudos to Lisa and Bill for sharing their wonderful home.

Great house
Loved the house and how there was room for all to dine together and lounge in the large living room. The screened in porch needs a more powerful fan and bring your own speakers if you want more than TV streamed music. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and serving pieces. No spices so bring your own. But the 2 large refrigerators and dishwashers was handy for this big group.

Great property and host!
We were very pleased with this property and will certainly return in the future. We had a big group with kids/adults of all ages and it was a perfect house for that. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive and she made everything very seamless. I enjoy cooking when traveling with big groups like this and am often concerned that homes won't have kitchens properly stocked - that was certainly not the case here. This kitchen has everything one would need. When choosing this house I relied heavily on the ratings and responses of previous guests and I can certainly say they are all accurate. As I mentioned we have several young kids and the home is on a relatively quiet street with green space directly in front and we were very comfortable letting the kids play out front with minimal adult oversight. Thanks again Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with us - we'll definitely be back next time we travel to Watercolor with a larger group!

Fabulous Watercolor Retreat
Our two families so enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautifully appointed home! It's difficult to find a home in Watercolor with so many bedrooms and en suite bathrooms to ensure everyone is comfortable and has their own retreat space. The house is so well laid-out and the carriage house is lovely too. My sister, who is somewhat immunocompromised and wanted to keep a bit of distance from the rest of us, really appreciated having more solitude. Overall a very positive experience!

Wonderful!
We had a fabulous stay. The property was just as pictured, if not better. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with lots, pans and gadgets. The bedrooms were spacious and there was more than ample living space for our family of 15 to spread out and enjoy. As an added bonus, we loved using all the Watercolor amenities. The property was about a mile to the beach- easy bike ride that we enjoyed each day. A playground and a big neighborhood pool were within walking distance. The Publix is very close, but Shipt was a great option for delivery. We appreciated the prompt service when we had a minor problem with the air conditioning. We will definitely book again.

Rent golf cart and beach chairs as soon as possible because the golf carts are limited in numbers and the front row beach chairs go fast!

Beautiful home designed perfectly for a large family of different ages or group vacationing. We loved the accommodations and would definitely stay there again.

Christmas at the Beach 2019
How to you accommodate a large family for a holiday gathering? You rent a house in Watercolors. Yes, VERY expensive but everyone was comfortable and could sleep without using pallets and air mattresses. Six grandsons had areas where they could play their card and video games. My two granddaughters had space for their creating, whether it was art, puzzling, reading or playing cards with others. All and all it was very relaxing and time well spent together. The homeowner was very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the bicycles that came with the house, although we had to rent more and even a golf cart for my husband and I to get around In ( added expense) and the home owner didn’t offer the empty half of the garage for us to park the cart out of the weather. Other than a stressful situation with a local florist that we “rented” a Christmas tree from, all and all it was a glorious time with my two children and their families. It’s once a year. I’ll start saving for next year, love has no price tag.

Beautiful Watercolor Home!
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Watercolor home! The space was ample providing room for multiple families to stay together but still have personal space. The location to the brand new Camp Watercolor was amazing, especially with little ones. We have stayed at many homes in Watercolor and this is one of our favorites! Lisa was so kind, gracious and super easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful home & great location
Our entire extended family was very comfortable in this large, well appointed, beautiful home. The carriage house provided extra space and privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with new or almost new pots/pans & utensils/tools. We could ride our bikes to the pools and beach, and were close enough to publix for a quick grocery run. The large dining tables provided for great family dinners with all. We loved the front porch swing. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Everything was perfect! We had one of the most memorable family vacations staying at Lisa’s home in Watercolor. She is one of the most gracious hosts we have had. She has a beautiful home with large family gathering areas, a gourmet kitchen for preparing meals and most importantly lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We came as a family and left as friends!

Perfect house / perfect place / perfect hosts
Since selling our own property at Seagrove, we have been renters, using Vrbo to locate rentals for an annual family vacation. We know the area, and with that I can say that 32 Chapman Way in Watercolor beats them all. The pictures don't do the home justice. Besides being beautiful, the decor is spectacular, the rooms are spacious and well laid out, the guest house was a bonus, and the location so close to the newly renovated "Camp Watercolor" is perfect for children and adults (bar and food - so don't let the name "Camp" fool you!). There's even a grassy park area right across from the house where my grandson and I played daily. The bikes are a huge plus, and the little details like having soap in the hand washing dispensers just made everything so much easier. The owner made it really easy to access and provided all the help we needed. We enjoyed every feature of the home, including the huge screened in porch off of which we found turtles in the back yard - a delight to my grandson. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

My family truely fell in love with this house
We rented for a larger family spring break trip. My kids loved the area. It was safe place for
Them to play in in the neighborhood as well as easy access in the beach . Conveniently very close to a grocery store as well; as all activities located on 30A.
My wife asked the owners if they were willing to sell the house as she loved the layout and flow of house.
There was enough room for all our kids and family. It was great place for large nightly dinner where the whole family could be together and share our day actives. It really allow our family to truely have a great family vacation.
