The location was close enough to everything. The bedrooms were big, spacious and comfortable. The balcony was enjoyable. The owner was responsive to requests and needs.

We were on the third floor with no elevator and two very steep set of stairs. The TV’s in both bedrooms were inoperable. The owner had his team bring in new TV’s but they were never operable. The wi-fi was good but instructions would not have been easily followed if they had no IT experience. The network for the wi-fi changed on the third day and again would not have been fixable without some IT knowledge.

Could of used extra garbage bags and laundry detergent since they asked us to start a towel wash.

This is a very spacious beautiful apartment than has a central location from where guests are within walking distance of all attractions and facilities. Our host sent clear instructions about check in and out. They enquired during our stay as to how we were managing and responded immediately to one query we raised. I would recommend this apartment to other visitors to Savannah and would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely stay, a real touch of class. Eugene (Ireland)

The condo was beautiful, I know elevators are expensive but that would have been nice since we had a stroller and a baby and luggage but overall it was very beautiful location was great!

Parking was tough, and the meter made was not patient with us just to unload our luggage!

Smelled musty. Nit as clean as it should be. Not welled stocked with quality items as I have seen elsewhere. Patio needs updating. (rotted wood, low budget fixes). Windows need to be washed!

we absolutely loved our accommodations and the location of the apartment the parking garage was very easily accessible across the street from Oglethorpe Square. we also liked that it was very clean and quiet at night!!!!

there was nothing about the apartment that we did not like. The second floor was easily accessible we did not mind one bit that the elevator wasn’t working.

The temperature only went to 70 .. we were hot. The windows don’t open . The living room furniture is NOT at all comfortable . The beds mattresses are old and not comfortable .

It was homey. It reminded me of an old apartment of mine in San Francisco, and I felt really at home. Getting in and out of the unit was so easy. The key codes and directions to get in were clear and no nonsense, which we really appreciated. Not having to meet someone or go to a separate office for the keys was great. And the fact that we were treated like adults and there weren’t a billion rules was really a plus. Just really relaxed and laid back as if we really lived there.

The parking situation could be explained more. Like that you can park in front for free on the weekend. Also, the decor was horrible status quo Target signs and Wine Mom memes. It was sort of dry with the Code of Georgia and Supreme Court books made me uncomfortable, but hat was not a big deal. Also, the place seemed corporate and obviously owned by a real estate company or investment person, which is sort of against everything I stand for.

I felt like the coded doors could allow anyone to come in if they had a code and there was no additional lock in the interior for safety. There were bums laying around in the square screaming at each other and it gave us a little uneasy feeling. it was very difficult to find the additional linens for the sofa bed which was just a futon. The comforter in the master was stained and looked very dirty and dated.

HAD A HANDICAP WITH ME. ELEVATOR DIDN'T WORK. THAT REALLY MADE IT HARD.

The location was great. We were able to walk all over the Historic district without any problems. The apartment furniture and size were nice and we enjoyed the ability to watch a movie in the evening. Parking was plentiful and our hosts provided us with good information about how to go about parking for the best rates.When sent a message, the owners responded quickly and were helpful.

We are physically fit but in our 70's. The stairs were steep and difficult with luggage. The elevator was not working. There was no ice maker and no ice cube trays. The kitchen had minimal dishes and glassware and no placemats,napkins, paper towels or dish clothes. (these were provided after an email to the owners our 2nd evening). The sponge was old and very dirty. The filter cover was filthy and covered in layers of dust. The shower was wonderful once you got in it but it only opened halfway and we needed to grab hold of something to get in and out safely. It was blocked by the toilet. A real safety issue for us.
