This is our third trip to Rosemary and by far our favorite accommodation! The location is perfect - an easy, quick walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pools, even with little ones. We traveled with our toddler and 9 month old and it was the perfect size. We especially loved all the thoughtful touches - children’s books (all beach themed), blocks, puzzles, games, and beach/pool toys, chairs, etc. There were bikes available for use too. An outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach (and it’s warm)! The beds were all comfortable too. We drove and way overpacked - the home had everything we needed and more! No detail was overlooked. The photos do not do it justice - the home is much more spacious and beautiful in person. We will definitely return next year and are already planning our next trip!
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and sharing your home with our family! Our son was so sad to leave all the books, blocks, and of course, the beach!

Beautiful property that is in a perfect location. Can view the ocean from the front porch and through the windows in the loft area. The house looks directly at the Pearl Hotel and is just a 3-5 min walk to one of the parks and pools. Ideal location and property to fully enjoy Rosemary.

My wife and I attended the 30 Songwriters Festival and wanted a place near the venue with close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The New Providence carriage house was excellent! We will be back!!

Took our first trip as a family of four and our first time to Rosemary beach and could not have been more pleased with our stay. We have two young children and the carriage house was perfectly equipped for them including an adorable bunk bed room, pack n play, and high chair. The location of this carriage house could not be beat. Would absolutely stay here again if we make it back to Rosemary!

This was our second time staying at the carriage house, and it was magical yet again. The space was perfect for our family of four, the location absolutely cannot be beat, and the recent renovations added a new level of luxury to the house. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to Rosemary Beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find this carriage house available. The location is perfect. We could walk to all the restaurants. The closeness to the beach was a huge bonus. The carriage was perfect!

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Rosemary
Such a lovely property in a great location - easy, quick beach access and dining/shopping just steps away. My teenage daughter loved that not only could we walk to the Pearl from the carriage house, we could see it from the wraparound deck. Kitchen is small but efficient and well-stocked. Beds were relatively comfortable with nice linens. We drove from ATL and given the guidance around the tight spacing in the garage, we didn't drive our SUV so decided to leave our beach chairs at home - we were happy to see the exact same Tommy Bahama chairs we own available for our use in the garage. We'll definitely consider staying again in the future.

Really, really great.
This carriage home could not be more perfect for a family of four. Curious that it lists as max 4 guests when there are 3 single beds in the loft but it would be tight beyond 5 anyway. The kitchen is small but totally functional if you want to cook. If you want to eat out, Main Street is a half block away and the Seacrest restaurants are a 5 minute walk. Most importantly, the house is directly on walkover H boardwalk and three houses from the beach. If you want to save money and bring their very nice beach chairs down yourself, there is a first come first served area in front of the walkover sandwiched between the green reserved RB chair setups. Enjoy!

Favorite Rental Property Ever
My two best friends and I rented the carriage house for the weekend and it was PERFECT for the three of us. Exactly as advertised.Tom made sure we were all set with the beach chairs/umbrellas and bikes. He was so helpful and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was cozy, the wrap-around porch was perfect for morning coffee, and the location was to die for. The quickest walk to the beach and all of the shops in Rosemary. 10/10 recommend. I'm glad I read other comments saying to rent a smaller car because anything bigger than our Toyota Camry wouldn't have fit in the garage.

Fun w Family!
The space is compact for a family of four but we made it work! It would be helpful to have a sectional to maximize space in the living area. The person that sits closest to the tv may get a neck ache but fortunately we didn’t do much tv watching! Loved the proximity to the beach and the ocean view from the balcony. We would do it again!!

Steps from everything
My 3 teenage girls and I came for a beach vacation and loved staying here! We made most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen to save money, but you are within steps of the main street with restaurants and cute boutiques. The rental comes with 2 bikes and my girls brought their skate boards so we didn’t pull the car out of the garage all week. The rental is also steps to the beach. There were some really nice beach chairs for us to use along with umbrellas and plenty of sand toys. In the evenings, we would sit on the wrap around porch and people watch. I highly recommend this rental!

The cottage was super clean and in the absolute best location. I love that you are offered one side of the garage for your car. During peak times that is HUGE! We will definitely stay here again.

Small but wonderful
We planned our vacation short notice, and probably would have passed on this ordinarily, given it’s size. I am *SO GLAD* we didn’t. My teen daughters loved the spacious loft. The king bedroom was tight, but who plans to spend a lot of time in bed with the beach steps away from your door. The location can’t be beat, The unit had everything we needed in it. Tom was super responsive to the questions I had. One caveat - the garage is tight. My Volvo XC90 fit, but I was nervous pulling in and out. I don’t believe my land cruiser would have fit. I am just saying, believe the listing when it says large vehicles won’t fit easily. I would book this property again, we enjoyed it.

New Providence Carriage
Our stay at the New Providence Carriage was excellent. The house was great and you can't beat the location. Tom is the best property manager I have dealt with. We arrived in the middle of the night and he had the property ready for us with the lights on. He checked in on us the next day to make sure we made it safely and that we had everything we needed. We love Rosemary and highly recommend this carriage house.

Excellent location, very nicely decorated. Great space In attic for the kids. A couple extra beach towels would have been great. Lots of beach toys to borrow. Would definitely recommend for a family and would love to stay again.

The stay was great, the one small issue is we were never sent codes for garage and bikes. We had to ask and sometimes (not always) wait on responses. Getting codes ahead of time would be nice

Family Beach Vacation
This carriage house was the perfect location for our family week at the beach. Our boys loved the upstairs loft-style bedroom (their 'clubhouse'), and we lived on the wrap around porch after they went to bed. The location was amazing - a block from the green and Main Street restaurants, and quick beach access to two walkovers. Finally, Tom was a wonderful host: prompt in his responses, courteous, and professional. We'll definitely be back!

Cute rental
The propert was very nice and close to the beach. Our experience at Rosemary Beach however was not very enjoyable due to the crowded beach and no room to set chairs. The point of renting this property was the close proximity to the beach which ended up not being a benefit at all.

Close to the beach, great for a family getaway
The carriage house was compact, but great quality and the location was unbeatable. It is literally around the corner from both Rosemary beach walkways and from the Main Street with the Pearl Hotel and small shops and restaurants. We were worried about traveling during the age of Covid, but we felt safe in our own little carriage house, separate from everyone else. The beach was crowded on a holiday weekend, but you can reserve or line up for beach chairs and umbrella. It was still very crowded on Rosemary beach though.
