My family of four lives the Garden Suite and due to its location was able to explore Savannah on foot. It was clean and comfortable and we loved our stay.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the amenities were great, though maybe Kleenex could be added? The location was perfect for walking to most sights and great restaurants (Husk and the Pink House were our favorites) and the trolley stop for the places that were slightly farther away. Only a few minor complaints/suggestions: The master bed was so high that it was difficult to get up on it. Maybe a foot stool could be added? The door to the back bedroom could not be closed because the bed post was in the way. Also, some of the instructions could have been more explicit, for example, how to get regular TV channels ( not just streaming ones)on the living room TV, how to work the washer + dryer, where to deposit the trash (there was only a hand written note in the back hallway that we only noticed on day 3), how to lock the door when leaving, etc. But all in all, a wonderful spot.

Our visit in Savannah was fantastic. The Garden Sweet was perfect in every way - from the accommodations (plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and very clean) as well as centrally located - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Our family of five stayed decided to head to Savannah for spring break this year. This place was perfect! Much bigger than expected and had everything we needed. Couldn’t be in a better location. Close walk to everything. The only thing that’s a little tricky is sleeping in the front room (pull out couch). There were a decent amount of people walking by arguing and fighting as well as vehicles driving through. The bedrooms are great! Would highly recommend staying here if you want comfort rather than a hotel. Also recommend eating breakfast and getting the french toast and chai lattes at Collins Quarter. The Paris Market and Brocante has great lattes as well!

Lovely flat for 2 couples & very well located in Savannah. We could walk everywhere to excellent restaurants. We’d stay here again! My only recommendations are to have 2 luggage racks for the smaller bedroom & some stemless wine glasses.

We couldn't get ahold of the property manager the entire 8 days we were there. There was a huge roach in the bedroom when we were packing up the check out. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Home is very clean and comfortable and property management very easy to work with (they extended our stay when requested). Location and parking would be hard to beat. Allowing for a renovated historic building it was very nice.

Perfect location in walking distance of everything downtown. Convenient parking and no stairs. Very close to a bus stop for the free shuttle services. Nice place with original brick, well appointed kitchen, comfortable king bed in spacious master bedroom. Great response from the management company to a couple issues we had.
The queen bed wasn’t as comfortable as the king and that bedroom was tight.
Would stay again!

This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Location is excellent, just a short walk to Broughton shopping, restaurants, a convenience market, and River Street. If you don't want to walk, a free trolley stop is just steps from the door. Having 2 off road parking spots is a huge bonus. We visit Savannah often...this will certainly be our first choice for future stays!

The property was in a great location. An easy walk and close to everything. The place was clean and nicely updated. Check in and out was easy and good communication with the management company. It is listed as a two bedroom however the second and smaller room had no closet or luggage racks but did have a dresser. The back or second bedroom was hard to keep cool. Would I rent this property again yes.

Great location. Within walking distance of most places we went. The only place we wend to that wasn’t within walking distance was a restaurant called the “Common Thread”, which was awesome. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously on our weekend stay. Location was perfect. Parking was a huge blessing. We parked our cars in back and never touched them again until it was time to pack up and leave. The apartment was just what we needed, very nice, all the extras we needed and easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Right off one of the squares, just perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Our apartment rental couldn’t have been better. It is located in a fantastic location that made it easy to enjoy exploring Savannah. It is surrounded with many places to eat and drink. It was well appointed and so comfortable. When we had a problem with the AC they took care of it very quickly. We would love to stay there again when we are in Savannah.

I recommend staying at this location. It's in a great spot, convenient to both the north and south historic districts. The house was very well maintained and comfortable. The A/C wasn't working properly until the last night but fortunately the apartment did not become overly hot. Other than that issue, we very much enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in 21 E York several times and we've always enjoyed the unit and location. Well stocked and comfortable--a true home away from home. We had one issue this time in that there was no hot water in one of the showers. There are two bathrooms, but getting ready took us longer. CBT was responsive in sending maintenance too look at the issue, but it wasn't resolved during our stay.
