Camminerai nella porta e ti sentirai subito a casa in Etta Place Too # 110. Questo recentemente rinnovato (2017) due camere da letto, due bagni condominiali è stato trasformato in modo impeccabile in una moderna, accogliente dimora con tutto nuovo di tutto: mobili, elettrodomestici, armadi, bagni, letti, biancheria da letto, moquette, tutto! C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto in salotto e un altro più piccolo nella camera da letto principale. Il magnifico maestro king bed ha anche un bagno privato con una spaziosa cabina doccia e un caldo a pavimento. La luminosa e allegra seconda camera da letto ha due gemelli, che possono anche essere costituiti da un re, e un bagno attraverso il corridoio con riscaldamento a pavimento e una vasca / doccia. La cucina è stata trasformata in un lussuoso rifugio per le vostre creazioni culinarie con elettrodomestici inossidabili e controsoffitti in marmo bianco. La lavastoviglie e la lavanderia di grandi dimensioni saranno una scossa. La piscina estiva e la vasca idromassaggio aperta tutto l'anno nella zona comune dell'edificio sono solo altre due caratteristiche che saranno di certo gradite dopo una lunga giornata sugli sci. E l'ubicazione proprio accanto al semaforo Coonskin rende l'accesso alle pendici una brezza. We loved our stay! The home was very clean and within an easy walk to town and lift 7 for skiing. It’s only a few hundred yards from Telluride Sports for rentals, too. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Finally, the folks at Accommodations at Telluride were extremely responsive and helpful!

Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub cleanliness not maintained. Kind of loud from condo above. Minomal condiments stocked on kitchen. But super convient location and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Right at bottom of lift 7, this place was great. Everything in telluride is walking distance, so we walked to dinner, restaurants and hiking trail. Perfect all around!

All was as described. Great location and steps away from lift #7. Not a bad walk to town, especially on the creek side trail. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk and kitchen well stocked.

Great Condo
Amazing ski in/ski out location and easy walk to town. Condo was a great size for two couples, the kitchen was well stocked for making meals and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the bus stops, parking pass provided, beautiful condo. We had five adults staying in the property. Our only issue was with the wifi code and management got back to us quickly.

We cooked in several meals and always had everything that we needed. Great location to ski lift access
Condo was great, well equipped and was very modern. Quite apparent the owners have updated more recently with nice finishes. Wife commented that it was "cozy" and we had quick access to the access lift right out the back door of the building. Right on the town bus route as well!

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It is very nicely remodeled, clean, well supplied and comfortable. Within walking distance of a nice little market and parking is easy, with a town parking pass included. We did miss not having a place to sit outside and due to Covid, the pool area was limited to 30 minutes per family, but the unit was so nice we didn't mind being inside. The space faces the parking lot, so it can be a little noisy from people outside with the windows open, but it was quiet at night for sleeping and we never heard a peep out of neighbors. We would stay here again for sure. For winter skiers. there is a place to store boots and hang skis and jackets right inside the front door of the unit. The shuttle to downtown Telluride passes through frequently so you don't have to drive downtown.

Awesome location/wonderful updated condo
We have stayed 5 times in Telluride, and this is by far the nicest combination of location/amenities we have experienced. Thank you for providing such a well equipped condo that feels so much newer than anything else we have experienced in Telluride! Being able to walk out the door and ski straight to Coonskin lift is so convenient, and we literally never had to use our rental car due to constant shuttle service available to take us into town. Thanks for the awesome lodging experience; you made this trip one to remember!

Highly Recommend
We really enjoyed our time in Telluride. The condo is really nice - looks like it has been completely redone recently- and was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It’s convenient- the Coonskin lift is yards away ( though trails to come back are difficult). The gondola is about a 10 minute walk or a 20 min bus ride back. We liked being in the town as it was easy to get to a grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Very well maintained property in an excellent location. Owners and property management folks have a good plan for check in and can answer any questions during the stay. Very clean and a nice welcome kit! Have owned a ski condo. myself and this one is a quality place. Hope to return next year.

Nicely renovated condo close to lift
We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Etta Place Too #110. Condo is completely renovated and nicely done. Plenty of space for our family of four. There was an issue with the clothes washer but Lee was very responsive. We also requested additional blankets which were promptly delivered. Kitchen is well-outfitted - we made coffee, toast and eggs each morning. Also made pasta for the boys one night while we went out. Master bed is insanely comfortable! Easy parking and easy 1/2 mile drive into town. Coonskin lift is a very short walk from the condo, with ski storage at Telluride Sports. Hot tub disappointing. Outside steps could desperately use some salt - felt unsafe every time we went down them. Otherwise, we had a great week in Telluride!

Nicely appointed 2BR steps from Lift 7
This is a quiet condo located steps from Lift 7 which is on the edge of downtown (not the ski village). Very easy access to the free in-town bus service that runs every 10 minutes.
The condo has been recently renovated with very nice fixtures and a good kitchen. The parking lot is right across the street, but in hindsight I never used the car and should have arranged for van transport from Montrose.
I'd happily stay here again.

Spring Break at Tride
Great property. Well maintained and well equipped with extra towels, blankets, cleaning supplies. The unit was spotless and has been recently been updated. Heated floors in the bathrooms are a nice feature, and all of the lighting was very well thought out. Kitchen had nice features as well. Close to the lift and town, as well as the bus line. Highly recommend this property to anyone and we hope to return in the future
