Myself and some of my friends all recently graduated and wanted to relax at the beach before beginning work. This property was a fantastic escape, Faye responded quickly to any questions and the property was so clean and very nicely decorated. We had an amazing time and look forward to staying here again!

My family decided to take a short trip to the beach just to get away for the anniversary of our mother's death, and this house offered a wonderful getaway. Our immediate impression was how clean the property was, and how close it was to the beach and everything else. We loved being able to use the hot tub since our time there was cold and rainy. Our only complaint is that the listing says the property has a grill on it, but we were unable to locate one, which was unfortunate since we'd purchased the materials for cooking out. Additionally, the place was CLEANED OUT- probably due to us visiting off-season, since I imagine everything is cleaned out after peak season. But just in case, make sure to go to the store or bring groceries before checking in, as there was no toilet paper, no salt and pepper, no cooking oil, etc. Overall minor inconveniences to a wonderful weekend and lovely house. House was just as expected and perfect for our long weekend. Check in was easy. House was very clean and furniture/beds were great. We didn’t need to contact the host while we were there - everything was great! Location was as perfect and very quiet.

The house was clean with some clearly new furniture and finishes. The owner was responsive and communicated well. The upper floor was spacious enough for our whole party to gather very comfortably with room to spare. The beach was a very comfortable walk of one block with sidewalk and crosswalk for rt 12. The only downside is the stairs were very steep. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend this house for a group our size.

Never grow up was perfect for our stay. Location and access to the beach was wonderful. Property owner communication was easy and she was quick to respond. Our family had a great weeks stay.

The house was nice and close to the beach if you have little ones, it’s an easy and short walk. lots of sightseeings to do. The host was easy to get a hold of if had some questions.

Faye was very receptive to all questions and requests. This is the first year we've vacation during Christmas, but will certainly be back.

We LOVED our stay at Faye's home! From check-in to check-out everything was PERFECT!! There were a few very minor cleaning issues that we came across, but I messaged Faye right away and she got back to me immediately! She was professional, but very kind and compassionate! She is an AWESOME host! We would totally stay at her home again!

I stayed with some friends for a wedding that was in town. It was a very nice house overall with a great location. The host was always quick to respond any time I had a question.

Nice stay with 8 family members at a very central location 1 block to beach. Living room was a little small to accommodate all 8 people in our party but all remaining accommodations/amenities were great.

PROS: The location of this house is excellent. The beach is a short walk away maybe 2 minutes when walking with small kids. There is a ramp at the beach access so super convenient for bringing coolers and carts on the beach. The house was very centrally located. The kids liked the hot tub and it was nice to have on the rainy days. CONS: The house is in need of a serious deep clean. The surface clean was fine- counters and floors were clean, bathrooms we clean. But the cabinets had crumbs in every corner, the railings were sticky and the baseboards were just covered in dust. 3 out of the 6 mattress were badly stained, the glass in several windows had cracks in them, about half of the blinds didn't function and only 1 outside light turned on. While at the house we had to repair 2 kitchen cabinets as they were off the hinges when we arrived. The dryer stopped working at the beginning of our stay and the host response was that there was a laundry mat near by. I asked if it could be repaired while we were there and she said she would try but I didn't hear anything else. We NEVER would have booked a week long stay with Young kids in a home with out laundry. The house was advertised at having roku TV. There was a TV in all the bedrooms except the bunk room but the house itself wasn't logged into any roku account. So if you don't have roku you can't access any apps like hulu or Netflix. The TVs are NOT smart tvs and do not have WiFi streaming built in.. We had fairly tech savvy people with us so it wasn't just that we couldnt figure it out. Overall, location was great. House and host experience were meh. Probably won't stay here again but would look for another rental in same location.

There was lots of space— enough for three couples and 5 kids. It was within walking distance to the beach which was very nice. We kept forgetting to use the hot tub and we had lots of windy weather when we were there or maybe we would’ve used the porch more. The only thing is I didn’t realize we had to bring our own everything. (Toilet paper even). I have never stayed at a rental where I brought toilet paper. Otherwise it was great.

This house was just perfect for are family. It was just a short walk to the beach. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at “Never Grow Up.” The location was ideally located if you desire to be close to major attractions such as Jockey’s Ridge and Wright Memorial. Pharmacies, grocery stores, and beach shops are all close by. The walk to the beach is short and flat with sidewalks. The spaces were all bigger than photos portrayed them and our group was comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked for a rental. The decor and furnishings were pretty basic, but functional. All in all, we felt the property was a good value and would stay again.

We had a great stay at "Never Grow Up" for Easter Weekend and the start to Spring Break! Access to the beach is very close and it's convenient to several restaurants, ice cream, the Jockey Ridge Sand Dunes, etc. The house is equipped with lots of sand toys and a few beach chairs that are in great shape. Faye was very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing we'd change was the weather...it was quite cool during our visit so we were on the beach in our winter gear! :)

We booked this house for our first family getaway since Covid. The location is fantastic! Heads up... you have to bring your own bed linens and towels.

The house was great but not very clean. Several items on and in the couch. The counters were nasty and there was baby diapers under the bed. May want to speak with cleaning company about those items. Other than that we enjoyed it anyway. I just had to clean some things before use .

We had a lovely time at Faye's! Such a quick walk to the public beach access, we were able to enjoy the beach many many times while we were there. The house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 teens, and a tween). Despite the rainy and cold weather we had a great time together and will definitely be back!

Owner was very responsive to questions and anything we needed. Area is wonderful, close proximity to everything. Could tell upgrades being completed. Kitchen had everything you could need. Ease of access to the ocean was great!

The property is in a great location, is well maintained and up-to-date with great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Overall clean and adequate. Met our needs for family of six. Kitchen appliances were up to date and worked well for preparing Thanksgiving meal. Waffle maker was a hit with kids.

House was clean and in a great location. Close to beach and restaurants. Nice and quiet in the off season.
