Nota: i lavori di ristrutturazione verranno effettuati in una residenza vicina tra il 29 aprile 2019 e il 15 novembre 2019. Gli ospiti potrebbero essere colpiti dal rumore dovuto alla costruzione nelle vicinanze durante le ore diurne.
Lasciati coccolare in questa casa a due piani con ritiro padronale al secondo piano che include un bagno di lusso e lanai privato con vista sull'oceano. Ampie vedute del prato e dell'oceano sono visibili da qualsiasi parte si giri con opere d'arte decorative e originali in bronzo in tutto.
Cinque TV in tutta la suite assicurano che tutti possano guardare i loro programmi preferiti o riunirsi davanti all'HDTV da 50 "con oltre 1000 canali per una serata al cinema in famiglia. Intrattenere è un gioco da ragazzi in questa suite aperta con una cucina rinnovata con ripiani in granito e frigorifero e forno incorporati o godersi un barbecue al tramonto sul lanai.

Upscale decor, amazing room set up with basically 3 bed/bath arrangements for privacy. The location for parking with a senior travelor was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

I have almost hesitated leaving a positive review for this place because I don't want anybody else to find out about it :). I have travelled to many places all over the world and this is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at. Everything was incredibly convenient, the place was immaculate, and I loved the spacious master bedroom that took up the entire second floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great views from the main living areas. Set back and tucked in enough for little wind while still being close enough to hear the crash of the surf and watch people on the beach. Snorkeling off the point is so good it is a destination for many guided tours. Turtles are practically guaranteed. I saw at least one every day I went snorkeling. The unit was very clean. The upstairs was a lavish treat to stay in for my mom. Although the 3rd bedroom isn't technically en suite bath, it has a pocket door that effectively makes it so.
Cons: (I only mention these to be thorough, I'm still giving it 5 stars overall.) The 2nd bedroom AC vent had a rattle that disturbed my brother's sleep. We reported it by 2nd or 3rd day. Management team indicated they'd look at it. But after room service day it still rattled. 2 cockroaches on kitchen floor on first couple days. (but it's Hawaii... so you kind of expect them) Not much in walking distance like you find around Kaanapali but greater privacy / less crowding as a trade off and Wailea is a very short drive for posh shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful family trip to Wailea! The condo was beautiful, clean, with an amazing view! We loved using the grill for lunches and dinners on the lanai and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we could need!
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable.
Destination residences Hawaii were wonderful! They were friendly and accommodating and very quick to respond.
We would definitely love to stay there again!

Beautiful setting - on the beach, with a great view of the sunset and easy driving access to snorkeling at Ahihi Kinau Natural Area Reserve. Unit was well equipped for our family group of 7 adults. Management was easily accessible via phone or text and responsive.

This condo was spectacular! The location, the view of the beach, the amenities, and the decor were all outstanding! The snorkeling was awesome with so many fish and turtles in the area. Our family loved it all, and we will definitely recommend it to friends. This was a marvelous place to stay.

Unit is a bit dated - feels like 1990 Miami. Nevertheless comfortable and has all the things you would need.
Watch out for the 9% surcharge that is hidden in the property description. They get you when you check in at their office. It’s not paid through Vrbo, which is against Vrbo marketplace policies. If you check their other listings on various websites, that cost is included when you book. Other than that, it was easy to communicate with the property manager through text.

Aloha Retreat
Have stayed at this property a few times now. Great location. Great beach holiday. Property itself has had some upgrades over the last several years with newer appliances but could use a bit more TLC. Had some issues with dryer not working and parts not available but DR hosts were very accommodating with towel exchanges and offer for laundry service. Needed a new coffee maker as well which was replaced the same day. Great location for family getaway!

Corkscrew was broken; we replaced. Unit did not have a binder with instructions for TV etc. Louvered blinds were very difficult to open and close. Maid service did not empty all wastebaskets and never cleaned the floor in shower, mildew was present. The company responsible for supervision needs to do a better job. The owners need to consider upgrading bathrooms. Also fix the ice machine.

Very Good Location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is very special as you have a straight on view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The layout of the condo is very good.
