A little frustrated that hot water in primary bathroom never got hot and the washer and dryer need to be swapped places.

We just could not believe our eyes when we 1st walked in. The home was BEAUTIFUL and while regularly used and rented, it was SO clean and cared for. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We have stayed in these units many times and love the layout. It is very spacious and comfortable. The big bonus is the Beach Club!! The only problem with this unit was that in was not cleaned very well at all upon are arrival. We reported to the property management company and sent pictures of what was not cleaned as requested with no response. Just a little disappointed that my email was never answered. We will return to these lovely units next year!! Would highly recommend this area for your families and friends!!!

Great family vacation
Have stayed in this community before and it’s always a nice convenient place for the surrounding area. Kids loved the pool and gym. Property well equipped w beach stuff. Only criticism was grill wasn’t cleaned well and got very smoky and the toaster didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was great.

The house was perfect for our two families. We had other families staying at houses near by which was wonderful for dinner gatherings. We had a wedding at the fairmont which was beautiful. The beaches were amazing.

The downstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds and their own beautiful bathroom. The upstairs suite was calming, quiet, comfortable and luxurious! I slept like a rock! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The beach club access was great and allowed us to park and enjoy the beach on every whim. Black sands beach is only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store also close by so it was easy to pick up supplies and settle in for the week. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The beach club access was great and allowed us to park and enjoy the beach on every whim. But, to begin our communication on directions to get to the property and how to access gates and entry was perfect. We noticed a lot of cobwebs and spiders when we first got there. That bothered the kids but I felt it was not that big of a deal. It wasn’t till late in the night when we all went to bed that we found all of our beds were dirty. They all had hair and dirt in between the sheets and there was a large stain, pretty sure I knew what it was, on the master bed sheets. We went to change the sheets but did not have correct sheets available. We threw what we could find over the bed and sent a message right away to management. Then at 2 and 2:30am the alarm randomly went off. It lasted for a while and then didn’t have a problem with it for the rest of the stay. We did find a few other cleanliness issues but the house was a wonderful house and we would stay here again. The management company did respond and tried to make it right but the cleaning lady said she didn’t understand English and just dropped off new sheets and left. I think they just need a new cleaning crew.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It's lovely, well-appointed, and we were all very comfortable there. It had everything we needed and more. The location was fabulous, and there was so much to do just around the Mauna Lani area. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

Beyond expectations!
Pictures don't do it justice. This property is huge! There were 6 of us and had more than enough space. The doors fully open to the lanai was perfect for a family dinner outside. Location was great, close to mauna lani beach access and grocery store, shops, Tommy Bahamas restaurant. Hapuna beach a few miles up the road. Shaved ice a few miles down the road at Queens shopping center a must. Overall a great experience. Definitely would stay again!

The condo is beautiful and once we found the pool which is only a street over it was a great place to take the kids after the beach. Definitely would return to this property!

Fabulous Place to Stay
This was all of our first time on the big island and it was great. The condo was located in a great area and the pool was amazing! We went almost every day and the kids loved it. There was a little pool for our toddler that was perfect at only 1 foot deep. We had to communicate with the property manager about some blown out lightbulbs and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We would all definitely stay here again.

The house is very comfortable & clean. Fits all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids), and plenty of room to hang out and enjoy the views on the lanai.

Great Stay
I would say we had a great time in our house. The view on the listing is old, the trees have grown up so that you don't see as much as you thought you would and the table seats eight so the patio is much smaller. Other than having to do the dishes because the dishwasher was not working til the next to the last day it was great. We had 9 adults in the house and we all slept well. But a full size bed is not made for two adults. They had extra fins and snorkel gear, a couple of boards and extra swim shoes that came in handy. The washer and dryer got used a lot, like every day for towels and beach towels. I would say we had a great time and were comfortable in the house.
