So many great things to say about our stay in Branson . Owners went over and beyond to make our trip happen . The home was clean , well stocked and I can’t get over how comfortable the beds were . We are planning another trip next April and will definitely book this home again .

We have rented this house for 3 nights every fall for three seasons and it is great for 6 couples. Each has their own room and bath. We love the opportunity to fellowship with each other so it is so much better than having 6 hotel rooms.

We had a great time staying at this house during our family vacation. The only downside, and this really has nothing to do with the house, was the pool. Not the construction around it, because we understand construction. But, the pool was closed on our last day (Saturday) for maintenance.

I recommend this cabin to everyone. Bryan and Vanessa made my vacation wonderful. It was a nice area and I felt safe there with my family. They did everything to make sure we would enjoy our stay. This is definitely a 10 out 10. I highly recommend.

This is our 3rd year renting a lodge from them and it’s always a great stay! They’re very attentive to any questions we may have! What I love about the stay is that it’s VERY clean and neat! The first year we rented from them we said we wouldn’t rent anywhere else while in Branson! Can’t wait until next year to visit again!

It was very hilly and very far from the pool and playground. The indoor pool is closed. Also the trash situation is awful. You have to drive your own trash to the entrance of the subdivision and the dumpsters were overflowing. The house and screens are in need of basic repairs.

Because each bedroom has its own bathroom, the couples I traveled with could have privacy when needed. The open kitchen to living room and basement space is a great place for fellowship and fun for the entire group.
The kitchen is the nicest stocked (pots, pans, bowls, silverware, knives, etc) VRBO I have ever stayed at. They have two coffee pots AND an extra fridge in the screened in back porch.

The hills to the property are very steep. One car got stuck and needed a tow the first night. The other 4 vehicles got there ok, but could not exit/leave the property the first evening. Road conditions were cold and icy. The next day the roads were salted and then we were able to come and go. Based on temps while we were there the family was afraid to leave the property at night, so we missed out on the various Branson Christmas light displays.

We love coming here! Every year our company rents this facility to host our admin retreat. This place is spacious enough for our whole team. We had internet issues this time, and they came quickly to help us. We can't wait for next year.

We booked this property to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday, and this was the absolute perfect place to do it. We loved our stay, and could not rave enough about how spacious and clean it was. With 12 adults staying here, it never felt crowded or like we didn’t each have our own space. The Christmas tree was such a special touch, and our first night there it even snowed! Parking was just fine with three vehicles out front, we never had issues there. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils you could possibly need. The only things I’d suggest future guests bring would be basic cooking spices like salt, pepper, sugar, in the event that you plan to cook meals during your stay. Our family cooked every night we were there and we truly had everything we needed to prepare a nice meal for our group. We would love to come back for another stay! 10/10 very nice and pleasant stay!

Another great stay in Branson. Our family has been staying in Vanessa's homes for the last 8 years. We love the location and the home as it allows our whole family to get together and enjoy one another's company in a comfortable setting. Home is always ready when we arrive and on the rare occasion of an issue, we have always had excellent response and resolution. Already booked for next summer.

Another Branson vacation in the books. We had a great place to stay and the weather was perfect. We have come to Branson many years the first week in November for the start of Christmas. We come with our kids and grandkids for an early Christmas. Grandkids say they like spending time together at Branson and Silver Dollar City better than presents. We all like to stay at Vanessa's Vacation Homes. We never worry about anything with the home we stay in and we have been to several different Vanessa's homes. Always very clean and well supplied with what we need for our stay. The owners are very easy to work with and are very helpful with any questions we may have. Already hoping for a trip next year!

We shared this home with 3 other couples and our children. It was absolutely perfect. Immaculate, beautifully decorated, fully stocked and the neighborhood was quiet. Vanessa and her husband are a pleasure and their promptness and courtesy was above anything I’ve ever experienced. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great family vacation home
We have rented from this family in the past and the way they treat their customers is reason enough to rent from them. The house is situated perfectly for SDC and all of Branson. This house stands above the rest in the neighborhood that it is part of because of the extra parking it has available due to its location at the end of a court. The house alone without the family, location or parking amenities is reason enough to consider for your vacation. We are renting again in the fall and making plans for staying here next summer.

Cabin was the perfect size.
The property was the perfect size to accommodate our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need besides the food. The cabin was almost clean. It was definitely in need of a spring cleaning. We chalked it up to it being winter and an off season for Branson. Thankfully we bleached the jetted tubs before using them. Much debris was cleaned out of them.
