Perfetto per riunioni di famiglia e ottenere incontri! Glad to have found this property for our family vacation. Overall it was a success!
Pros: Close Beach, close to children's playground, lots of beach toys, wagon, chairs etc. Propane BBQ, Parked 3 cars 1 truck easily, plenty of room for 10 adults & 3 kids, close to restaurants and shopping, easy on/off freeway, 5 bathrooms, stocked kitchen utensils etc, beautiful view of beach, attached bungalow is great get away for a couple, great fenced in grass yard for little ones to play on, A/C, nice staff, right by a cool little painted rock garden, easy check in/out. Upstairs nice clean updated feeling to it.
Cons: Property to the north has bad water leak that saturates the driveway and is very slippery. They do have mats placed down to help from slipping. Entire house slopes south, internet is very very weak, bad cell reception too. House was a little dirty upon arrival (sand on floors, understandable). Downstairs has musty smell. Furnace downstairs is always running to move air round house, very loud for those sleeping downstairs. Even with A/C and fan upstairs bedroom facing beach gets very warm in the afternoon.
Overall, a great place and great stay. We had a great time! Still giving 5 stars.

We had 5 couples celebrating our 60th birthdays.
The location is amazing. You can walk to everything. We enjoyed cooking in as well as going out. The house was definitely as advertised. Rebecca was a great host.

We stayed 4 nights for my daughter's wedding which was very close to this house. There was plenty of room for 10 adults and the view of moonlight beach was fantastic from the living room. There is a lovely garden area as well with plenty of parking for 3 cars.
The property manager was so easy to communicate with and we appreciated her prompt responses and assistance! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Our family of 9, ages 3-85, enjoyed this perfect beach home. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The home had enough supplies (paper towels, toilet paper etc) for our entire stay. The yard was an amazing added bonus and included yard games, and beach toys. We could have left our beach towels home - they were included!
Literally steps to the sand and a playground across the street. We were there on a holiday weekend and although the beach was busy, we were surprised how quiet the home was. We were able to park 4 vehicles easily on the driveway. We would definitely rent this home again.

Wonderful home for family gathering. Beautiful location with space for big group hangs and private conversations. Striking views of the beach and ocean which are just steps away from home. Cozy fenced green yard with blooming roses was an additional space for us too. This home is walking distance to downtown breweries, coffee shops, pizza and shopping. We had so much fun - highly recommend!

Nice, large home right next to Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. Plenty of room for our large family, well-stocked kitchen, ample beach supplies, and Rebecca makes everything very easy. This is our second time staying here, and we are definitely planning on a third.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and very cozy. The views are gorgeous. We enjoyed the little garden with roses and the fenced yard. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The parking lot is very big, we easily fit 4 cars on it. We look forward to coming back next year!

Our stay here was a great experience, The home was so clean and beautiful with ocean views. The yard was also lovely with plenty of room to sit outside in privacy. There was ample parking and it was so peaceful in the neighborhood. The beach right across the street added to the quality of the experience, in addition to it being within walking distance of shops, etc. Interacting with our host was also a positive experience. She was prompt and welcoming, allowing us to check in earlier, which was a great benefit after my guests had traveled far to get here. I would not hesitate to rent this lovely home.

Great location but amenities could've been better. Ants in kitchen drawers and on counter. Only one dishtowel, no facial tissue in entire place and could've used more towels. No top sheet on one of the beds. But location couldn't have been better. Loved walking to the beach and the park. Also, having parking was great.

Fantastic Beach House for Family Vacation

It would be nice to have the option of watching tv in the individual rooms. Even with that, I'd certainly rent this home again. Also, the manager (Rebecca) was great.

My family and I rented this home to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We had family members from age 8 to 80, and they all enjoyed the house. Fabulous Beach house
We so enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving in this lovely home. We had people from 86 to 6 years old and it was perfect for everyone for a week. Nice accommodations close to the beach and a well equipped kitchen. The children certainly enjoyed the yard! Can’t wait to visit again.

This was our first VRBO experience. The location was fantastic the house was very roomy as described. The host was flexible in allowing us to do early check in and later check out. However, the construction on the next door house and the noisy work that was going on in the house at the back (which started at 7 am) really took a lot of our enjoyment away. I wish these were disclosed. In addition, the downstairs was not cleaned properly and we started seeing a lot of insects (termite). we provided the host with a picture. I truly believe we should get some credit back, because we could not really enjoy our stay as much as we could. Having said that if the above issues be taken care of we would go there again as we liked the location and the house itself.

This is a wonderful property, great for a family or group vacation. Beautiful sunset views from the deck or walk the few feet to watch from the sand. Easy access to all of the local amenities. The house and location are spectacular! Just 2 blocks from beautiful beach and playground. The layout of house is inviting and comfortable and plenty of space for all. Wonderful place!

Very close to the beach and sand toys to boot! We really enjoyed our stay - the kitchen was well stocked and the place clean. Rebecca was very responsive. Note that they are doing construction next door - it got loud at times but didn't take away from our stay. Would definitely go back.

Good family fun
The house has a good location. It is not adjacent to the beach and the view of the ocean is limited, but it is only a short walk to Moonlight Beach. There were beach umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs and other beach items provided. There was plenty of room for our ten people. The kitchen/dining/living area is large enough for several people to use comfortably, and the deck is nice. The large kitchen island came in handy at mealtimes. Construction on the house next door is a bit of a temporary problem. The separate-entry bungalow, with its own small kitchen, is great for teenagers or a couple. The ocean suite would be unbearably warm in the afternoon without the shades being all the way down, and access to it from the living area is through its small bathroom. There was parking space for our three vehicles, which was very important since street parking is a problem. The small, private yard was nice. There were plenty of beach towels but we could have used more indoor towels. The manager was good to work with. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend the house for large groups.

Our Family week in Encinitas
We have been traveling to Encinitas since 1984. We have stayed in motels, rental houses, and with family. This unit was the most satisfying living experience we have had. It is right at the beach. The great room and kitchen area accommodates all our family at once. The out door seating area is great for dining. The bedrooms gave privacy to everyone. The lawn area became the Spike Ball competetion court. The view from the deck of the ocean is wonderful. We were here during covid19 so did not go to any restaurants. Instead our family took turns cooking gourmet meals for each other. We did send one person to Handel's Ice cream, to be eaten at home. Rebecca is easy to talk to and work with. WE WILL BE BACK. A Few Steps from Moonlight Beach
Great property and location; lots of room. Unfortunately the city was doing roadwork, road was blocked; loud jackhammers. This activity, known beforehand, should have been communicated.

Steps to beach and great location!
This beach house is such a great location to Moonlight Beach! It is literally a block to walk to the beach, and then two blocks to lofty coffee and Handels.
The house fit our group (8 adults, 5 kids) very well, and we were able to use the kitchen and main room for a fun Thanksgiving event. Each couple and kids had plenty of privacy, and the kids could enjoy time away from the parents :)
If you are new to the area, this house is walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping. The house itself if well maintained, with a nice open kitchen and a bbq outside. We really enjoyed the open kitchen, balcony overlooking the beach and outdoor grass area.
The owner had plenty of beach toys, towels and umbrellas, although we didn't use them because it was raining and cool while we are there.

Best place best location!
We had such a great stay in Encinitas! The beach was so close and so clean. Great waves for beginners and the older kids who are more advanced. There are so many amazing restaurants close by we walked to Handels ice cream just up the street and then drove 3 mins to other great spots. Rebecca was an excellent host and had everything we needed at the house.

Perfect Place to stay!
Stayed here with extended family! Great vacation and so close to the beach...literally right out the front door. There was also a private garden in the front where the little ones were safe to play in a fully enclosed and fenced area. It was very warm during our stay and I was so grateful for the AC and slept wonderful. I asked the owner about the mattresses because they were so comfortable and I wanted to buy for my own home. Great walking distance to 101 and shops and restaurants. Rebecca is a great host and was ready to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend.
