The cabin, location, and games were great! The views at the cabin were beautiful too. The cabins are literally on a very steep hill, so just keep this in mind if you’re going in the colder months. I would have given my stay a perfect rating, but the bathroom smelled like urine and the “clean dishes” were not clean at all, which made me question the cleanliness of the whole place. Other than that it was a great stay!

This property was one of the best we have stayed in. This was a great couple of days with a lot of things to have fun as a family. Very glad we made the choice to stay. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful weekend staff retreat. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. We weren't crowded. The view was pretty and the hot tub was relaxing! There was plenty of room for us to gather or to spread out. The theater room did not have to same kind of seating as shown in the picture, but we still enjoyed a couple of movies during our stay.

Overall was pleased with the cabin. It was not fully cleaned and there were several items that should have been fixed prior to us checking in. The garbage was only picked up once and that was after I had to ask for it to be. The pictures on Vrbo were not accurate to the Accommodations.

Loved the cabin and the game room, however games broken. Basketball game half worked and didn’t keep score. 4 player arcade game broken, joystick falling into console. Fast and Furious 2 player racer had broken steering wheel. Batman racer had missing trigger from steering wheel. Pool table needs recovered, loose and coming up, no chalk for cues. Trash cans outside were full when arrived and never picked up for our 6 night stay. Bathtub downstairs missing a side panel. Vent cover in main bathroom was broke and zip tied, appears to never have been dusted. Empty water bottle found on top of arcade in half inch of dust. Check in was at 4 but had to wait til 5 before cleaning service was finished. What little cleaning was done. Found candy wrappers on floor nest to arcade game. Didn’t call to complain, figured would do no good! Top price paid for terribly maintained cabin! Will look for better option next time. On plus side, did see 3 bears! Mama bear and 2 cubs!

Very much enjoyed our stay property was located in a good place easy access clean property. Staying there made our trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg a very memorable trip for us and our family.

First off Angie was great to work with!! Very friendly and fast getting back with you. The property was great and very relaxing. The only thing I would say needs updating is the shower head (at least in the master that I know of since that is what we used) could be updated. It didn’t work the best for my thick hair but that is a very small detail.

We were pleased with our stay over all. When we arrived, 2 beds had been made with wet sheets. We had to take them off and dry them, luckily we realized when we got there and not when trying to go to sleep. Couch bed also had dirty sheets on it, food crumbs and such. Had to wash these to use. TV in one basement bedroom wouldn’t work, appears the HDMI cord was missing. When I messaged to ask about it, they said someone would drop one by the next day but it never was brought. A couple of the games weren’t working when we got there, I messaged and someone came by and fixed them the next day. Take dish towels and a pizza pan/cutter with you if these are items you use. Game/arcade room is awesome.

We had a great time at our stay at fun zone cabin. The arcade was a huge game changer for the kids and the overall cabin was great. Sherry and Angie were very easy to communicate with and had maintenance come for us at ease. My only recommendation is a good cleaning and organization of the kitchen appliances/utensils/etc. I say cleaning because up in the arcade our feet got black after the first day like the floors hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Also recommend some extra towels/bath mats and some hooks to hang your towels on when showering. We had a great time though and made tons of memories! Thank you.

Technically, this listing has everything stated. However, the pool table was almost unusable and felt needs to be refurbished, and the table levelled.
The arcade machines have some wear and also need attention to details with levelling, anchoring, joystick repair. In addition, once machine was barely audible which ruins a video game experience.
My biggest complaint was the hot tub not being refreshed between rentals. It literally takes a scoop of chlorine granules to freshen it, if not doing a thorough clean. So we did not get to use it despite it being one of the primary features I was looking for.
Communication with owner happened while at the rental, yet no actions like replacing lightbulbs actually happened, so I couldn't even ask about refreshing the hot tub.

We really enjoyed the location of this cabin and it’s proximity to all Pigeon Forge has to offer. The kids loved the arcade area after baseball games were done for the day. We will be back!

We had a great time staying there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Kids of all ages (Adults included, LOL) loved playing all the games upstairs. Good location. We could have used more towels and washcloths for our part of 12 staying for a week; and the game room on top floor can get noisy if the guest on 2nd floor or trying to sleep or nap. We would definitely stay again.

Very Nice Cabin in A great location 5 mins from Little store and under 10 from main Drag in Pigeon Forge. Cabin is Nice and as described, Could use some Upgrades " Theater Set up is a Bit Dated" No streaming from Computers, Really Could use a Deep Clean and not just surface cleaning but not a Deal Breaker. Would Go again Family Had a Great Time.

There were a few cleanliness issues but we were given back our cleaning fee. The hot tub was slimy and stunk so we only attempted it once. But the cabin was so much fun our teens wouldn't even leave to go to town lol. We would rent it again..

The cabin was accurate to the listing and the pictures on the website. The location was great for the convenience of getting out to the parkway, as it was only about 4 miles out Wear's Valley. The game room was a big hit. The cabin could use a little extra cleaning such as dusting and cleaning of the windows. It seemed that had not been done for a long time. We were a little disappointed in the charcoal grill as well. It was like one you would cook on at a campground and was out next to the road. Our check in time was at 4 p.m. and when we got there our cabin had not been cleaned and we had not been told that the cleaning team was running behind. We had to wait almost 2 hours while the cabin was cleaned. The host did refund us half of the cleaning fee for the inconvenience. The hot tub did not work properly. It never fully warmed up. It seemed as maybe something was wrong with the heating elements. We did get in it the first night but wasn't able to enjoy it after that. The area was a little loud on Friday night. There are a lot of other cabins around and there was people being loud out on the road late at night. This would be a great cabin with a few minor cleaning touch-ups and some minor repairs. The young kids loved the game room and all of the games.

In town for a few days for our sons wedding at Angel’s View Wedding Chapel. The cabin was perfect for our stay! The property was a short drive to the chapel. It was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The game room was an added bonus everyone enjoyed. Would stay again!

I was kinda worried after reading other reviews, however our stay was perfect. The game room is exactly what is described, the kids and adults loved it. They was enough room for our family to hang together or separate if we decided. We didn’t cook there, but many utensils were available. It is no where near as dirty as other reviews stated, it was as clean as any other place. I recommend staying to anyone.

This property is very close to everything but far enough away where you have privacy. The house was overall clean. I would recommend taking your own bath towels. The ones provided are rough and had a very bad smell. Sheets need be updated. Very hot and ruff on the skin. There was a family of raccoons that lived there so we couldn’t use the hot tub. The kids loved the game room. The best thing was the location and the view.

Stay was great except for the lack of cleaning. Some of the blinds hadn’t been dusted in a long time, the floor wasn’t mopped and the windows to the decks definitely needed cleaned.

The showers were not really clean
I wish they clean the bathrooms a lot better everything else was ok the first day we stay there it was so hot I feel like the air conditioner wasn’t working

Fun times
We had a great time here! Our kids really enjoyed all of the arcade games upstairs. It was really clean. The kitchen is a bit small but adequate. The appliances were very nice. Once you figure out the downstairs movie theatre, it was great as well. Some instructions would be nice. We didn’t get to use the hot tub but will probably do so if we visit in the future. The view was nice. You could enjoy the outdoors and relax outside while the kids play inside. There was adequate room and everything we needed was available. Good communication with the owners. The shared pool was apparently not very nice and dirty so we did not use it. Overall we had a great stay and will likely visit in the future.

Wouldn’t stay there again.
Not clean, microwave door wouldn’t close, dishwasher loose and not attached to wall, upstairs air didn’t work, wasps outside on deck, some arcade games didn’t work and were very loud. Called for repairs and someone came and said he would be back next day to fix them but never returned. Overall not a good experience. Don’t recommend.

What a Blast!
As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fun Zone. The kids had a BLAST and wanted to stay longer. The location was ideal, Not too far from and not to close to the parkway. We have been looking forward to this trip since November 2021, and were not disappointed. The host always responded quickly to any inquiry and the technician who came by to show us how to operate the equipment was very nice and friendly. We would certainly visit again for a family vacation. The children in our group ranged from ages 3 to 15 and they all had fun in the cabin. The 3 levels provided more than enough room for us to spread out and be comfortable, I definitely would recommend this cabin to families looking to have a fun time.

Fun but needs a deep clean/ Raccoons
This is a really nice cabin. The kids loved the games. It is not the cleanest place ever though. It needs a deep clean badly. The windows are dirty, inside of the cabinets, etc. is dirty. No one has cleaned under the furniture or under the couch cushions in a while.
Also, there are several raccoons living on the decks. If you try to eat out there, they will come right up to you. I’m assuming people have fed them before. They would not leave. They laid around on the deck, they would fight on the deck and do other things (use your imagination). Their was also raccoon poop on the deck.
Overall, this is a really fun cabin, but I agree with all the other reviews, it needs a deep clean!

A little disappointing
The cabin is beautiful and spacious. However, it was not very clean at all. Dirt, dust, and crumbs on floors. Shower curtains have mold. The main floor drawers have mice droppings in them. The dishwasher was not properly installed and falls out when you try to load it. One of the main things that made us pick this cabin was the theater. It did not work the entire time! I emailed the manager and someone was sent the second night of our stay, after dark. We were told they would be coming back to work on it. No one ever returned. That was such a disappointment! Also, upon arrival 3 arcade games did not work. The person that came to work on the theater managed to get 2 out of the 3 to work. Also another annoying hassle. Lastly, the arcade on the top floor was a horrible design. When the children were upstairs playing, it was extremely loud and everything from the game room radiated throughout the cabin which made it difficult to relax or watch tv while they played.

Nice stay but some games didn't work.
Nice cabin, good location off the strip. Some of the games were not working, only one pool stick with no tip on the end. The air hockey table didn't blow enough air to lift puck off the table.

Christmas Vacation
The property was very nice and had everything that was pictured. We were a group of 10 adults and a baby and it was very spacious for our group to spread out. We had to call about the hot tub not getting hot and they responded promptly and it was Christmas eve. One down fall is parking. Our group had to come in at separate times so we had 4 vehicles and it was very tight. Also, the cabin in general was clean but seems as though deep cleaning is not done very often. Windows were dirty and lots of dust. Overall the stay was good.

Perfect for our 3 boys
When I say my kids were entertained the whole time we were there I mean THE WHOLE TIME! We were all thrilled with the games and theater. Very easy to use and lots of fun! Very peaceful atmosphere and very good location. We are 45 minutes away and will definitely stay here again!

Kinda disappointed
Wasn't able to get in cabin til late. The cabin was dusty needed a good deep clean. The bedding looked old. Dishwasher was full food still in freezer The ashtrays wasn't cleaned out the hot tub was old and dated some of the video games don't work. Good location tho not real steep to get too

Fun place
Everything was good except we didn’t get to use the movie theater room which was a big bummer since the kids all had a movie theme night for each stay! Let the people know they did get back to us but Maintenance never got a hold of me! Was pretty disappointed! Not the owners fault but was a bummer since we rented this place to stay in. But it was fun none the less!
