This booking was for a group of friends annually going on ski trips. It was our first time in Deer Valley as a group, and the townhouse did not disappoint. It is very convenient to the Deer Valley Ski Resort and Park City, Utah. Great amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and hot tub! We would go back.

The owner was very responsive and welcoming to their home. It was clean, cozy, and convenient to Deer Valley. Only piece to be aware of is the email I received for check in came through my junk folder. So remember to check that if you stay here.

We had a great time at this townhouse -- everything was perfect for our family of 5 with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with everything needed including spices, plastic wrap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Great location to ski at DV or get to Main Street. Hope to be back next year!

This townhouse is everything you need! A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! The kitchen is to die for if you like to cook! Hot tub is wonderful in the cold weather!!

We just returned from a week stay at Joanne's condo and it was great! 5 stars all around. The location was a short bus ride to Snow Park Base Lodge (2 stops) and the bus stopped right out on the street in from top the condo. The condo was on the main road, but it was remarkably quiet inside, Everything was clean and in order, the master bed mattress was comfortable and the condo was exactly as it appears in the photos. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for skiing Deer valley and visiting Park City. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. Can't beat the easy access to Snow Park base via shuttle or bus that picks up right outside the unit.

We spent years going to Deer Valley and this home rental is the best yet! It is so well appointed with an in home humidifier, excellent location and great communication from the owner Joanne to the property manager Kathryn.

We had a wonderful time at this Aspenwood condo in Deer Valley. The space was perfect for our family with plenty of bedroom space for the kids. The kitchen is top of the line, and open to the family room which made it a great place to gather. The private hot tub on the deck felt amazing after a long day of skiing.
Location-wise, this is the next best option after ski-in/out. You are a quick 2 minute shuttle/bus ride away, and the bus stop is directly out the front door. We even walked back one day (w/ skis and ski boots) due to holiday traffic getting out of the resort.
During our stay we had a couple questions that were immediately answered by the property manager, even after hours. Great communication from the PM as well as Joanne the owner leading up to check-in and throughout the stay.
I can't recommend this condo enough! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your townhome!

Hiking , nature and concerts

Fantastic Property!
We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this one rates at the top. Great location! Exactly as pictured. It is a beautiful, luxury town home. Extremely clean, and we are very picky on cleanliness! The kitchen was well appointed with quality cookware and gadgets. We did not go out to eat one night all week, and the kitchen had everything we needed to meet our cooking needs. Even the kitchen drawers and cabinets were free of crumbs or debris! The towels and linens were nice with comfortable beds. It’s very close to a bus stop, but we also walked up to Deer Valley to ski one morning because it is so close. Loved being across from the Deer Valley Market for picking up pizza, chili, and salad the first night to not cook. We’d definitely stay here again! Fantastic property!

We loved staying at Joanne’s place!
The townhouse had everything we needed; plus, the location was outstanding. The shuttle service literally stopped right in front of our house!
Joanne was also very accommodating to have an early check-in!
Overall, this place had everything we needed. We will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful
Just as advertised. Kitchen was well-equipped, location was SO convenient (3min from Main St....3 min to Deer Valley...5 min to Park City). The place was clean, comfy, and just what we’d hoped for with our 1st trip to Park City! The owner replied almost immediately to my rental inquiry—so very refreshing after having tried to do the same with other properties which were managed by “management companies”. I received impersonal, “auto-replies” from them....whereas, this owner answered questions directly and quickly. Plus, the price was “reasonable” ...as many PC rentals are quite pricey right now. We felt this was a well-kept secret. No “complaints” although I will echo the downstairs got chilly at times but plenty of blankets are provided so it wasn’t a concern for us. BTW, the hot tub is completely private and made for an extra treat after a day’s activities!

Very convenient, well equipped Deer Valley condo
First time taking my family to Park City and Deer Valley. We have 4 kids (14, 14, 12 and 10). Plenty of room. The kitchen is great with top of the line appliances. There is an island table that is great to play games. We used the fire place on a few occasions. You are a 5 min bus ride to downtown Park City and a 3 min bus ride to Deer Valley Snow Park lifts. The bus schedule is a bit challenging and I only got on the wrong bus once, but otherwise, we used the bus and some Lyft’s to get us around. We ordered groceries and picked them up on our way into town which was also very convenient. The owner is very responsive and gave us some extra time on our last day due to a late flight.

Most amazing work-cation!
2 friends and I decided to rent a place for a change of scenery but still allow us to get some work done. This was a beautiful setting, perfectly located between Main Street/Park City and Deer Valley Resort. Accommodations were amazing (hello heated bathroom floors), private hot tub, private baths for every room. Could not recommend this place more!

This townhouse has the best location! It is conveniently located between Deer Valley Resort and Downtown Park City. The shuttle bus stop is also only steps away.

Winter Getaway
We took a quick trip over MLK weekend to Park City and found this wonderful townhome. The property is very well located between Deer Valley and downtown Park City. Joanne was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Amazing!
The property was awesome. Nicely appointed and upgraded. Plenty of room for our whole family. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were upgraded with good water pressure. The kitchen was huge with great appliances. Bus stop to get around town was just steps from front door. I would stay here again without hesitation. Used Instacart to get groceries delivered to the house on our first day which was very helpful.

Wonderful stay in beautiful Deer Valley condo
My family had a great time staying at this spacious, clean, and conveniently located condo in Deer Valley. The kitchen was well-equipped and had enough room to seat our party of 8 for dining. The condo is about a 7 minute walk to Snow Park lodge at Deer Valley; or the frequent, free shuttles were easy to use to get to skiing or into Park City. I would highly recommend this condo. Amazing townhouse, top notch and great location
Our family of 5 had an amazing week at this property. It is beautiful throughout with top of the line appliances in kitchen, great furniture and comfortable beds. Location is right between park city and deer valley with free shuttle and bus that picks up and drops off right at the door or you can easily walk downhill to Main Street. The only suggestion for improvement is that the lower level (two bedrooms) is a little cold. Lots of blankets and a space heater makes up for it though. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Stay!!
We just returned from a 5 night stay in this townhouse with our two boys! It was in a great location- easy access to Park City as well as Deer Valley. We enjoyed the hot tub every day after skiing and the home included everything we needed to make a great vacation!

Impeccable & easy
Wow this townhouse is amazing & we loved our stay here.
Our goal was a convenient stay to Deer Valley ski slopes and Park City old town.
This property has both. The townhouse over delivered in that it was gorgeous, high end decor and impeccably clean. Plus it was super easy to check in and check out. Deer Valley complimentary bus picks you & your skis up right up just a few feet away from the door. The buses are super easy and reliable. This property comes with my highest recommendation.

House was great. Super close to deer valley with access to park city shuttle and deer valley shuttle. Owner was super responsive to any questions or issues. And the hot tub after a day of skiing was fantastic!

Ski Weekend
Condo is as advertised and is very nice. Location is great relative to the free bus stops (north and south stops are right there off the Aspenwood entrance), downtown ($8 uber) and Snow Park Lodge (2 minutes on the bus).
Kitchen is large and allows for a big group to gather and eat.
