Bella vista sull'oceano da questa unità e il balcone! L'unità è stata completamente aggiornata a novembre / dicembre del 2016! Ogni pollice di questa unità è stato toccato! Unità di primo piano è in realtà una rampa di scale, si prega di essere consapevoli non c'è l'ascensore. Ma si ottiene passato che una volta si vede quanto vicino la spiaggia è, è proprio lì! La colazione sul balcone è uno dei miei momenti preferiti della giornata! Un dato giorno di osservazione può includere i surfisti, pellicani, o delfini! È così rilassante!
**** Molto importante notare, il parcheggio è estremamente limitato. C'è un solo spazio assegnato per il vostro soggiorno sotto l'edificio, più 4 posti "primo arrivato primo servito" di fronte all'edificio. Surfside non consente il parcheggio in strada. Si prega di pianificare di conseguenza e portare una macchina ogni volta che è possibile, due al massimo.
Affitti includono lenzuola (lenzuola e asciugamani - ma NO asciugamani da spiaggia sono forniti) e servizi, tra cui Wi-Fi. Tutte le camere sono dotate di (conti per guardare Netflix, Amazon, ecc,) lettori Blu-ray smart TV e. Camera familiare comprende una smart "tv 55 per guardare i tuoi Netflix, Amazon, ecc, i conti, così come un lettore DVD. Lavatrice / asciugatrice in unità. cucina ben attrezzata, la maggior parte dei mobili in unità è nuova. The condo was clean and modern. We have never stayed in a condo before which had so many free amenities (coffee, beach equipment, paper products, etc.) We would definitely stay here again.

We have visited Surfside/Garden City Beach for many years. Of all the places we have rented, this condo has been one of the best! There are so many special touches and details to make your stay more comfortable and convenient. The furnishings and decorations are very nice and clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and my personal favorite, the small outbuilding of beach supplies. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day. I loved the oceanfront view, too! I very much recommend a stay at The Bostonian 101!

There is a grocery store not far and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is amazing and clean. The neighborhood is clean & family friendly. I would definitely book again.

We stayed at Bostonian 101 last week with our four kids and absolutely loved it!! It was truly the best supplied condo we have ever stayed in. There were so many helpful amenities and supplies that it was so easy for us to just enjoy our vacation. Our kids especially loved the pool, where we spent a lot of time helping them learn how to swim. The locker with the beach supplies was helpful not just because the supplies were available to us, but also because it gave us a place to store our own beach supplies safely each night. The condo owners communicated clearly and were easy to reach via text message, and all of the instructions for guests were clear and easy to follow. We 100% would stay here again!

If you plan on enjoying the condo and the beach like my family and I did, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. and they even had all your beach essentials! This location is better than staying in Myrtle Beach. I would definitely be booking again in the future!

We selected this condo because of its beachfront location and beautiful pictures, and it did not disappoint! It’s very clean, and the linens are top notch! The attention to detail is impressive. The condo comes with many extras provided by the owners…more than I am accustomed to in rentals. We felt right at home and loved every second of our stay. Joni was very forthcoming with information and very responsive in communication. This is the place to stay in Surfside Beach!

A nice spring get away to reset. This condo was awesome. Everything was clean. The pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. This host takes care to keep the unit stocked with the little extras. The host was very easy to work with. Easy walk to the beach…. The condo was very clean and packed with extras from beach toys to every size ziplock bag you could use. We were a family of 5, (3 kids under 5) and 2 grandparents we fit perfectly. The pool was small as indicated but honestly bigger then it looked in the pictures. It was the perfect pool for the a beach trip with kids, in my option. Location was great just minutes from everything, there is a public access next store but not one of the big ones so it wasn’t to much of a factor. Being on the first floor was key for the frequent trips back and forth with the kids. Over all highly recommend a stay at this condo, we had a great trip!

They had everything we needed, allowing us to minimize what we brought — necessary when you’re bringing home your daughter from college! The beach is right there and the Surfside restaurants are only a 15-20 minute walk. The condo was beautiful and comfortable — definitely a happy place! Highly recommend!

I asked for a condo that is oceanfront and easy access to the beach, this was perfect. We were on the first floor and it was a beautiful view of the ocean. Of course when we arrived it was bitter cold because of the storm front that was coming in. Our check in time was at 4:00 p.m. and we were suppose to receive the code for entry. I texted and said that we were in town but did not get the code. We decided to go to dinner and hope to hear back soon. We texted again and then try calling the number as we had paid for dinner and had no where else to go. Finally, Jodi texted back the code with a nice apology. We arrived and excited to settle in and the code didn't work. We stood outside in the gusty wind trying to get into the place. We texted and explained that it wasn't working. She said that the maid had been there earlier and it worked fine. She called her aunt next door to bring the key to let us in. She was a very nice lady, but would not leave the key for us to use until they figured out the lock. Due to the low temperatures it killed the batteries in the lock. Of course, Jodi said that Jamie would come by to check on the lock. We were hoping sooner than later so we were not able to leave until Jamie came to change the batteries in the lock which was around 10:30 the next morning. It would had been nice to had the key and felt like we could leave if we wanted too. The only other thing that was wrong is that she had a brand new coach and it was broken. It was a hide away bed and it was sitting on the floor which we felt bad sitting on it while we were there, which gave us little sitting in the living room. I sent pictures to let them know that it was broken and that we found it that way. There is a camera as you enter the condo at the door, which I get it, but this kind also has sound available. You don't know if they are listening in with your conversations or not, which I think takes away from your privacy. I would understand if the camera was on the outside of the front door instead of the inside.
The place was clean, beds were comfortable, the coffee bar table was fantastic and supplies were available. I did purchase coffee, paper towels and soap to use and left them to replace what we used. I would had hoped that they would had at least taken some $ off the price because of sitting arrangements and time loss waiting for Jamie to fix the lock. No such offer.

Joni has gone above and beyond with her home- by far the cleanest home I’ve stayed in- beautiful, tastefully decorated and cute themes. She had absolutely everything you might want plus more available there- as I told her, my kids would say she is “extra”. 😁The beautifully stocked coffee/tea bar was a favorite of my mom’s and we all loved the picture window and balcony view of the beach/ocean. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, anything you could want in the kitchen. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, her home will be my first choice from here on out. Thank you for making our first ever mom/daughters vacation spectacular.

Perfect rental for beach loving families!
Beautifully renovated oceanfront condo with spectacular views, just steps from the beach! Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out across the open concept kitchen/living room and three bedrooms. The property was stocked with more than enough kitchen gadgets to cook up a meal, as well as ample bedding and bath towels. Beach chairs and toys conveniently located under the unit in the parking area, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The only challenge for me was that the reserved parking spot was a little bit tight. That being said, I did have a huge Ford F150 and I was able to park in one of the four 'first come first serve' spots right in front of the unit. We used the truck multiple times per day and never had an issue getting a spot in one of those four spaces. I recommend a mid-size SUV which would fit in the reserved spot perfectly. The unit was extremely clean and Joni was very quick to respond with any questions we had throughout the stay. Would absolutely return and look forward to doing so next year!

Excellent place to relax and enjoy the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is the second time staying in this beautiful, clean, and relaxing home. Joni has thought of everything to make this our go-to place to enjoy the beach. It is right on the beach and the balcony is a great way to bring on the day watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee from the Kuerig (we really liked not having to bring our own).
During the current pandemic, this was the perfect place to "isolate" and be on vacation at the same time.
We hope to head back there one day soon!

Great Spot for a Family Getaway
The condo was great with lots of extras. We loved being right on the beach, especially with young kids. Joni was very thorough in her communication and responsive. We will definitely come back!
