Ci sarà un momento da sbalordire quando entrerai e vedrai quanto è bella questa cabina. Una grande cucina espansiva con splendidi ripiani in granito attirerà anche i più esigenti chef. Nulla è stato risparmiato negli appuntamenti e questa cucina soddisferà ogni tua esigenza. Ma c'è molto di più.
La grande sala con una vista ampia delle Great Smoky Mountains è una delle prime impressioni che avrai. Poi ci sono quelle 7 camere da letto tutte dotate di bagni privati e caminetti. Comodi materassi e viste da ogni camera ti terranno rannicchiato e sognando il più dolce dei sogni. Per gli amanti del divertimento che hanno bisogno di tanto divertimento questa cabina soddisferà i suoi numerosi giochi. The cabin was nice. There were a few things broken (bathroom door, swing on deck, bathtub, blinds) Maintenance came quickly to fix the broken door and ordered parts for the rest. Everyone was very kind and helpful and we were able to work around broken things. All in all it was a great experience.

Over 20 family members enjoy the cabin for a week. The location and view was amazing.

Beautiful views and decorated nicely. Several advertised amenities did not work properly. Hottub was not functional at all even after calling maintenance, game in game room did not work, dishwasher would not dry, hot water not sufficient for large group and a few too loose for comfort beams on the decks. Also, trash was never picked up. Maintenence did respond quickly about burnt out light bulbs and did attempt to fix the hottub.

This place had everything that we could want and although I've read other comments that said otherwise, it was a great spot. We were mindful on the number of "real" (non pull-out) beds (10) & bedrooms (7) they had. The only thing I'd recommend is planning on bringing extra trash bags/paper towels/coffee filters because there really weren't any that we could find. One of the coffee pots was broken (crack in the pot) but they had two pots, so we were able to make that work. The views were stellar, the game room was fun, and this place had at least two of every kitchen item you might need. The only other watchout was the tv situation. There were Rokus on most tv's, so if you don't stream much, that might be tricky. We couldn't find a Roku remote for the main level, so we downloaded the remote on our phone (or you could bring your own and just plug it in). Again, it was a simple fix and at the end of the day, we're not taking a vacation to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal. So yes, a few minor "issues" but this met our needs and everyone was pleased.

This house was good in the aspects of being clean and in a good location but we were a bit disappointed overall. The hot tub did not work which was half the reason we booked this house. We had to fill it up ourselves and then it never got hot. We reached out to the host and it was not resolved during our stay. Also this house said it slept 23 but comfortably only slept 17 unless you want to sleep on a literal cot. We were thankful we thought to bring 2 air mattresses. Also, the house was not stocked with enough towels for 23 people. The main level tv also did not allow us to change the channel. The downstairs also was freezing and the heat did not kick on. Also the jucuzzis in each bedroom had a sign that said they were all missing a part so we did not get to use those. All around, the house did the bare minimum but we would not stay again.

Our family tradition of spending a few days in the Tenn mountains over New Year was a resounding success in this beautiful cabin. From communications to trash collection, every thing went as we would have wished. The cabin is perfect for a large group and the view is spectacular. Only problem that existed was a bad hinge on the back door on main floor. We decided not to use the door to prevent further damage. That was a minor inconvenience.

The house was big and spacious! The view was breathtaking. Plenty of parking spots for all of us. We did need to contact maintenance about a few things. The dishwater was full of mold and was unusable. We had to hand wash dishes for 17 people for a full week. There was also mold in 2 bathroom showers. The hot tub was dated but the water was nice a warm. Overall, a great spot! Returning next year!

Everything was great with the exception that the ice maker did not have water lines ran to the refrigerator. When the guy came out to replace the battery in the smoke alarm, we had him to show us how to turn it on and he said that it was not connected.

We had our church youth group stay for CYC event in Pigeon Forge. Place was wonderful. The temperature in the upper bedrooms was challenging to control. It stayed warm. We finally got the room A/C to not get n. Both upper bedroom units need detailed instructions.
Brighter light bulbs in upper activity floor with pool table would also be a good addition. All other items were fantastic.

This was a great property with great views. The number of bedrooms worked out perfectly for us. All the games in the game room (pool table, air hockey, three electronic games, etc.) provided entertainment in the evenings. The road in was a bit challenging but the view was worth it.
We did have a problem with the freezer staying closed and the owner is obviously aware because there was a note about it on the refrigerator. It would be good to figure out why and get it repaired. The only other thing we noticed was some of the bedspreads were showing wear. All in all though we would use this cabin again. Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Cabin Vacation 2022-Sevierville
The cabin has a large kitchen and dining table which worked well for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms clean and comfortable. Ample parking spaces were available. This cabin would have rated a 5-star review except for some minor issues: ice maker did not work; broken handle on the microwave door, used k-cup in the coffee pot, 3rd floor AC was not effective in the bedrooms and the text with the door code came about 15 minutes late. Our entire family enjoyed the stay and made comments about the spaces, playroom and entertainment systems.

We had a family vacation with 6 families. Plenty of space for everyone. The three separate floors were great for us not being on top of each other. The kids loved the game room. It was extremely nice to have a bathroom in each bed room. Beautiful view and conveniently located to area attractions. You will not run out of things to do.

Our cabin, Picture Perfect was everything and more that we had imagined. The kitchen was well equipped. The kitchen table was big enough to seat all 16 of us. Each room had its own bath and fireplace (except) the bunk bed room. The game room was wonderful enjoyment for the kids and the hot tub was a huge hit for the newlweds. Then there's the view that is spectacular. We sat on the deck in the rocking chairs every day that weather permitted. The beds were comfortable and jacuzzi tubs in every bedroom was a real treat. Thank you Eden Crest for such a lovely accommodation. We highly recommend this home for a large family or group to gather. Check in was effortless and i appreciated being called by representative to make sure we were satisfied!

For our first Christmas all together after the passing of our family Matriarch, we chose a place we could gather that each family could drive to within 6 hours. Our cabin, Picture Perfect was everything and more that we had imagined. The kitchen was well equipped. The kitchen table was big enough to seat all 16 of us. Each room had its own bath and fireplace (except) the bunk bed room. The game room was wonderful enjoyment for the kids and the hot tub was a huge hit for the newlweds. Then there's the view that is spectacular. We sat on the deck in the rocking chairs every day that weather permitted. The beds were comfortable and jacuzzi tubs in every bedroom was a real treat. Thank you Eden Crest for such a lovely accommodation. We highly recommend this home for a large family or group to gather. The entire house was smaller than what was illustrated in the pics. Parking area very small although it did have some extra parking next door. We had about 6 vehicles (mostly trucks) and ran out of room. Kitchen wood floor creeked making it very noisy for those sleeping downstairs. No vent above cook range making it very smoky when frying bacon. Outdoor gas grill could have been better.
The house was very clean and three nice back porches with a great view. The House Managers were accessible and did follow-up to make sure everything was ok. Our group stays in houses around Sevierville every year and we have definitely stayed in large more spacious homes than this one for the price. Nonetheless, we had a great time and the House did meet our basic needs.
