Penthouse Suite - Largest Private Deck in Complex
L'undicesimo piano (ultimo piano) è situato direttamente sulla sabbia bianca come zucchero e sulle acque color smeraldo del Golfo del Messico. Goditi le splendide viste dal tuo balcone privato e dal tuo ampio terrazzo (vedi foto). Questa unità è stata recentemente ristrutturata. E 'arredata con gusto e offre un letto king-size nella camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una cucina di dimensioni standard con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e ripiani in granito. Only downside is no washer & dryer in the condo, but there is coin laundry available on the first floor!

Enjoyed our stay immensely. We have stayed in this unit many times and it never disappoints. Time for a new bed and patio cushions. Other than that we had a blast and will be back soon!

I relaxed with my husband and son in this beautiful condo on the beach. Great views from the huge deck! We didn't even need to leave the deck to watch the 4th of July Fireworks, it was wonderful! Very comfortable bed.
Restaurants right across the street and only about a 10 minute drive to the Florabama. Perdido Key beach is quieter/less crazy than Pensacola Beach, which is what we wanted this time.

Nice unit. For the price, its no nicer than the other 1 bedroom units. They put wood on ceilings and wood shutters beside each sliding door which take away from the entry size and serves no purpose. Most things are in the kitchen if you're going to cook.

We have stayed at the Perdido Sun several times. This lovely condo gave us wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. The extended patio gave us so much privacy!

Had some issues with the property, the entry keypad had a sticking number issue, the recliner should be replaced with a stouter version, having more than one trash bags, tissues and toilet paper would have been nice. The bottom roll out tray on the dishwasher is a problem.
The king bed was very comfortable, the rest of the space was good. The view to the water was wonderful. We had a great view of the New Years eve fireworks display a few buildings over. The stay was good and quiet with not much traffic in or around the building.
We ate across the street at the fish restaurant and enjoyed it. The beach was not very busy and we walked on it several times and walked in the water.
Recommend the NAS Air Museum that is free and well worth the time, several hours. You should go to Fort Pickens it was very nice.
Our stay went well and had a relaxing time. The question of how much should you have to pay to get a condo with a view directly at the water? The view is truly a bonus and worth some extra for those that do not get to water.
We got timely info from the owner and did not have any issues with him. The large balcony is a bonus and worth some extra as well but did not get used much due to cold weather and winds. Did see a few dolphins a few mornings swimming by.

We had family staying at another condo on property and we hosted dinner several evenings and late night drinks on the balcony. It was an amazing view and was a highlight of our trip.

Our stay was great, second year in a row at this condo. We love it! Had an issue with the oven that was taken care of in the end. The cleaning wasn’t the greatest. This place could use a deep cleaning from time to time. Will we stay there again? We plane on next year, same time, and same condo! We absolutely love Perdido Key!

The deck is very large with several chairs, tables, great view of the beach, etc. The interior of the unit was ok but the sofa/recliner were very worn. Nice kitchen & bathrooms.

This 11th floor unit was a perfect get-away home base. The views from the deck were one-of-a-kind.

Great location, excellent staff. Still had to get some work done and wife had a couple of zoom meetings she could not miss. We we're crossing our fingers when it came to the wifi and were not disappointed

We loved everything about this room especially the extra large balcony. Would definitely like to stay here again.
We did have company twice. One was a maintenance man trying to access a air unit for a different unit second visit was a inspection of the balcony.

The balcony space and privacy were the highlights of this condo. Some areas inside the deserve 5 stars, countertops, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bed. Some things that could use some attention that would be easy to fix: clogged tub, clogged sink (I guess we should have called maintenance), the hall bathroom toilet doesn't work if you push the flush handle all the way, stained bed skirt, bedsheets we're so wrinkled like they had been in the laundry basket for a while, a couple of towels were stained. Some areas were spotless and some were overlooked. I would probably rent again, hoping the minor issues were taken care of. We definitely enjoyed our stay, especially the balcony.

The property was just as the photos made it look to be. Property is nice. Beautiful view, and the balcony was great. The sun can be pretty intense in the later afternoon on the balcony. I rated everything a 5 star besides the cleaning. It didn’t look like there was much effort put into the cleaning. Other than that, can’t complain a bit.

Comfortable stay
Over all it was a very comfortable stay, just a few things that would have made it even better but didn’t make or break it. The building locks all the doors at 5pm, felt this was very early. When your condo is top floor and opposite end of building it makes for a long walk to get outside to the beach or grilling area. It also would be nice to have some sort of table by the grills to set your supplies. The flow of getting in and out of the building was not convenient. As far as the condo a long mirror is a must that should be added. We only had two small garbage bags, which were full on day one. Paper products and hand soap were slim but luckily we brought extra. Like I said theses are just small things but important to some people. View was awesome, can’t complain about that. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great view/deck!
We enjoyed spending time on the deck soaking up the sun during the day and watching the lightning show at night. Condo was perfect for two people. Outdoor pool and complex is very nice. Condo could use updated furniture, they’ve seen better days. But we will definitely be back! Best burgers at Flora-Bama bar. Not impressed with Jellyfish Restaurant or Paul’s Pizza (both across the street from condo).

Amazing but
The room was great. Beautiful view of the water. Only negative thing would be people taking all the carts and keeping them all night. Carrying your stuff to leave from the 11th floor is a lot of work.

Great vacation
We enjoyed our stay very much. View was fabulous, watched osprey fish and dolphins play daily. Condo was very well stocked. Great location. Restaurants very close by, several within walking distance. Lobby and elevators very clean and never crowded. Desk clerk friendly and helpful.

Only inconvenience was not locating 2nd TV remote and the one we found was partially inoperable. (Volume control only) All other functions had to be performed manually)
Minor inconvenience but one that could be easily remedied.

Nice for a week or shorter stay!
Nice place with a wonderful inclosed heated pool for snowbirds. Unit would be nicer if had Netflix or HBO for those too cold of days to enjoy! Only thing lacking is a in unit washer & dryer for longer than a week stay.

Mostly ok
I just wanted to say the owner needs to look for better cleaners. There were old worn masks behind the dresser. There were chewed sunflower seed hulls on the floor. There were also hulls on the deck as well as a cigarette butt. Other than that, the condo was exactly as described.
