We had rented another VBRO and found out the day before the owner had discontinued it. VBRO was not very helpful but we called Kimberly at Scenic Coast Property Mgmt and she pulled out a miracle. She even had the house ready a day early. LOVED the house, super cute and a short walk to the beach. We stayed with our dog and it was just perfect. Appreciated the spices in the cupboard and the variety of kitchen tools as we cooked a number of meals. Bed was super comfortable. Washer and Dryer worked great. Overall a wonderful six days in a beautiful part of the world.

Best part of this property was the gas fired fireplace. Very cozy. Kitchen had most everything. Needs much better exterior setup for pets. No access to fenced area from interior. Rear area needs fencing.

This house was perfect for a getaway with the in-laws. We loved the cozy home and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again.

A very nice home in a great location...can hear waves crashing at night! If you are bringing a pet, just be aware there is no direct access to the very small fenced front yard. We happened to be there on the 3 hottest days of the year and with no A/C it was to say the least "toasty". FYI, we bought a fan which hopefully is still there. The Wi-Fi never worked but that may have been a system wide problem...maybe. The living room couch and chair are at best uncomfortable. The home is well stocked, the management company is very responsive, and the house is very cozy. It does not have a "Welcome Book" so you will have to figure out restaurants, local sites, how to work the TV, the fireplace, etc. all on your own. When you arrive, you will see a garage and second floor unit at the end of the driveway. Unless told otherwise, which we weren't, the driveway is all yours and you will have keys to get into the garage where the washer/dryer and BBQ grill are located. We are telling you all of this not to complain, but to make sure you are aware what to expect.

The location is great as you can walk down the street and enjoy the beach.It is an older house, but pleasantly decorated. It had what we needed except for a few things.The patio has a table with benches but not useable as no outdoor umbrella was provided, but the umbrella stand was there. The sunroom is great for cool days but too hot if the sun shines, so the umbrella would be an affordable addition to improve customer experience. The owner accepts dogs. A dog bed would have been great. There are no washer/dryer in the house for longer stays.

This is a very cute property. It was very clean and just a couple blocks from park and beach. However, if you are looking at the pics and it looks as if the backyard is fenced in, it is not. There is a fence at the back of the property but it belongs to the adjoining property and does not enclose area. Cute area in the front to sit out. Driveway very steep, but packable. There is a garage, but it is not for this unit. Must be for the unit on top of the garage. Very quiet neighborhood.

We had 3 tiny pupps and 2 kids, so finding a place within walking distance to the beach, that Fit us all, and was affordable, was hard to find. This was basically our only option but it turned out so great. They have a little sunroom and it was amazing drinking coffee in there.
The check in process is annoying, as I drove to the property only to realize you had to drive back into town to get the keys.

Overall the place was great. Furniture and decor were unique though a bit dated. The beds were surprisingly comfy. The floors creaked a bit but the place had a lot of charm. My only real complaint would be the drunken people yelling in the late night/early morning hours. But the location was great and convenient.

Properly was old and dated. Many maintenance issues uneven waking sefaces,rubble laying about. No sink stopper in restroom. Yard has dying plants and dead unkept areas. No air conditioner and pealing paint inside and out. Bathroom has visible mold.

We truly enjoyed this comfortable property of a two bedroom, one bath cottage. It is perfect for a couple, as the square footage is on the small size. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, and many channels to choose from on the T.V. - kitchen is fully equipped, but needs one full cupboard for the storage of food which we brought in from the outside. We spent a delightful two weeks here, and we hope to be coming back again next year. Property owner needs to repair/replace front patio. Also, a railing should be installed for the steep four steps leading from the driveway to the patio area.

The place was lovely and clean and the stay here was wonderful. A short walk to the beach was nice, and we visited during the harvest festival which was very fun to see all the scarecrows in town. The town is so close and cute, it made it a very fun stay.

Plenty of room for Us and the Furbabies
Clean and comfy. Enough room for 5 of us (2 adults and 3 furbabies). Kitchen has plenty of cooking/serving stuff. Fence in front and back need some love, but we helped with the reinforcement. Washer/dryer in separate garage and key is provided. Quiet neighborhood except for some hammering at times. Wonderful front garden and stone front porch. Older home with sunroom/dinningroom added. Had constant trouble with TV. Overall, nice place

House feels bigger than it looks in the photos. Kitchen was well-equipped, with good pans and knives (even an oyster knife). The driveway is real steep and the floors are not level, so take into consideration if you have mobility issues. The dining/sun room is awesome and the garden outside draws lots of birds.

Love this place
Its not modern/upscale and that's why I like it. It's a family beach home, just nice and cozy. In my view it's just right, the way a real home should be.

We enjoyed our time staying in Park Hill. The location of the home is perfect. We walked to Fiscalini Ranch, Shamel Park, Moonstone Beach and the trails. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. The downside of the home is that the beds were not very comfortable. The furniture in the living room is arranged awkwardly and they ask that you don't rearrange it. The neighborhood was so quiet that all we heard at night were the waves UNTIL the neighbors next door showed up. They were so loud even after midnight. I read another review from a guest stating the same.

Needs deep cleaning
This is an older property and it shows. It needs a deep cleaning especially the kitchen cabinet doors. The dishwasher needs to be replaced and some of the dishes were dirty and had to wash before used. The upside is it’s a quiet neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach

Very outdated furnishings and decor
The house was dated and had bones but lacked character with mismatched furnishings/lighting and uncomfortable beds. We stayed a week and had 2 sets of very noisy rental neighbors next door and house construction in the back yard neighbor house (our poor timing). We love the location and having a garage but will not return to this property on next vacation to Cambria ( we come every year). Check in/out system was a breeze and very clear in details. Thank you.

Great Little Spot
This is a great property close to the West Village of Downtown, Moonstone Beach, and other trails to explore. The place was clean when we arrived and had plenty of space for me, my wife, and my pet. We plan to continue to look at this availability of this property for future visits to Camrbia.

Excellent Location Beautiful Home
This home is ideally located, just a few blocks from the beach.
We had a terrific experience. The property management company is incredibly professional, they had excellent no contact check-in. The home was very clean and it made us feel safe about our stay.
The town is just a short drive. We utilized the home itself and not the additional studio. The home is ideal for small families and/or couples. We were especially grateful that our small dog was also able to join us. It is very pet safe.
Overall highly recommend this home.

Cute little house with lots of potential a very short walk to moonstone beach. We had a great stay, but wish that the house had been a little better stocked. We mostly cooked at the house, but the cookware definitely felt like a hodgepodge of castaways. Same with the furniture, and no games, puzzles, etc. If we had known that ahead of time it would have been helpful. Otherwise, can’t beat the location and cozy nature of the house.
