We stayed 3 nights with our granddaughters and had a great time with them in the pool. It is spotless with plenty of towels etc. and close to everything. We would definitely go back.

The pool and surrounding area are very nice. We spent our entire time there in the backyard. Fantastic pool during the day and an outdoor gas fire place to sit by in the evening. The space is very private and offers a nice shaded spot to eat or play games. The interior space is fine, nothing fancy. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay. Very clean and organized with access to extra towels, linens, etc. the pool was more then expected with a cute little BBQ hut including a TV. The additional sitting area and pool toys was great! Quiet neighbourhood and the owners were very kind and even brought additional propane in case we ran out. Will definitely come back!

Our stay at this property met our expectations. It was close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, etc. The pool/patio area was breathtaking. Beds were extremely comfortable and private bathrooms and kitchen were clean and fully outfitted. We had a little trouble getting in the locked gate. My recommendation would be to ensure that the code provided includes non-numerical characters, if there are any. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. Thank you John! We loved our stay at this property. The backyard and pool were great and our young teens were in the pool every chance they got! The neighbourhood was great, the house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and would 100% stay again!

When we booked this rental it was not obvious that this was a basement apartment. It also did not say the keypad to check in was on the side of the house and leading to the apartment. The place is very well put together with plenty of space although it would have been nice to have an actual stove top and not a plug-in burner and no dishwasher. The pool side area is very well landscaped . The title of the listing is misleading as we thought we were getting an entire house and relooking at the pictures, it is now obvious it is not. The owners who lives above were very nice.

This property is wonderful. Everything people had mentioned as a downside in the reviews has been addressed, proving the attention to detail by the owner. My only note is that the property listing talks about biking as something that can be done from the property, and yes there are bike lanes everywhere, but the property is located on the top of a very steep hill. Biking back is VERY difficult- especially with kids (yes they have gears on their bikes). Otherwise, everything is wonderful. Privacy was a concern for me when I found out it was a basement suite, but it’s a non issue. We felt perfectly comfortable to use the pool and back bbq area. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Spent 3 nights with my partner and my two teenage daughters. The inside set up was nice as the bedrooms are on separate sides allowing a lot of privacy. The location is all about the pool area. Amazing pool with lots of sitting space. Shade and sun depending on what you want. Outdoor TV so was able to watch the Blue Jays game!

The property was great, we especially enjoyed the private backyard and sitting out by the pool. It was beautiful. Inside was large and spacious which is what we need for 3 of us although it could accommodate more. Very clean. An extra linen closet with blankets, towels, tea towels was great! Large TV, Netflix and comfy couches. The only thing was that we couldn’t control the temperature only the tenants upstairs could, so when it was very hot, they had the A/C on naturally, and it was very cold downstairs. We bought a little space heater that solved the problem though! It is a basement suite, so I really should have known when booking I just didn’t realize you couldn’t control the temperature. Other than that it was perfect! We met the owners and they were so friendly and courteous even gave us cherries!

Quiet and peaceful setting. The outside space is incredible. Even better than the pictures. The inside is beautifully furnished and very comfortable.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Love the pool and outside area. The only improvement would be a oven or double burner. There is a hot plate to use, other then that, the suite has everything you need. Very nice quiet neighborhood, all shopping needs just down the hill, roughly 5 minutes. I would stay there again and highly recommend for anyone else to stay there. Fyi, the suite is huge.

A great place to stay! The place was much bigger than expected, good quality finishings! Very large fridge with an ice make, - no need to buy ice! Very clean, lots of towels and bedding. Surprised that we never ran out of hot water, bonus when both showers are running! Amazing outdoor space, water feature, pool, fire pit and the BBQ area. We had perfect weather, morning sun on the patio along with the evening sun sets. Easy access to a hiking trail just outside the door.. Even though it is a bit fair from the downtown core, easy to get to places. When we arrived meet the homeowners lovely couple, they take pride in their yard. Only down fall is not a lot of details of where to park or where to enter. Had to look at the photo and send a message to the property management for more details, very prompt for getting back. Would Recommend when they send the check-in info to provide those details.

Beautiful property with outdoor seating for sun or shade. Lovely saltwater pool and bbq area. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with common living and kitchen areas were comfortable, clean and well stocked. Amenities just a quick drive away. Unseasonably cold but we can't control the weather :). Thank you!!

Beautifully appointed rental. Very clean. Modern washer/dryer, plenty of linens and towels. Beds are super comfortable. The outdoor space surrounding the pool is terrific for relaxing . The covered area has a BQ and table. Lots of dishes and cutlery in the VRBO. Two infusion plates for cooking . Amazing place to stay. Secure, off street parking and lovely neighborhood.

A little attention to detail would’ve been nice. A welcome note. With welcome and if host can help. Place needs more stuff like hairdresser ? Kleenex boxes ? Etc etc Nice place but would not book again. Just not warm and welcoming. Great place to hang hat but far from coffee shops and definitely not walking distance to anything. But clean and tidy and spacious Jethas

We had such a lovely time staying here. The unit was much bigger than expected. The biggest room has an ensuite bathroom and what appears to be a former walk in closet has a door and double bed in it. The other bedroom is on the other side of the unit. There isn't an oven but the BBQ area was fantastic and there was a 2 burner hot plate which we used lots. The only thing that we didn't love was how tiny the sink is. It's a small bar sink and faucet which made washing dishes hard. The dish drying rack was quite dirty when we arrived and the only place big enough to clean it was the shower. There is also no sink in the BBQ area which means some back and forth. But ultimately that is a tiny thing and the rest was truly wonderful. The yard and pool are glorious and we would absolutely come back and recommend.

All good at this property. Lots of kitchen stuff and linens. Thanks for adding the hot plates. It was a much cooler weekend than we had anticipated so the pool appeared closed. Property manager was very responsive. Enjoyed the location.

We arrived during the heatwave so were thrilled with access to beautiful pool and air conditioned suite. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen is small with hot plate which is ok for something quick but there’s an outdoor bbq area as well. Would stay again for sure.

This 2 bedroom house had an excellent layout and had everything we needed. Good quality finishings , clean and well payed out. Pool and yard was excellent. Highly recommend this and I will 100 percent rent this place again.

Very roomy, clean and in a great location

Great place !!! I was there with my 10 year old son . Not long enough as we had more exploring to do but had an amazing time while we were there. The check in was easy and the owners were easy to reach when we had a few questions we needed answered. Thank you for our fabulous stay!!!

We will return- a fantastic fun filled family holiday, just need more room for the rest of the family.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the villa! Can’t say enough about the privacy and intimate feel of the entire place. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful landscaping/garden. The trails for hiking and mountain biking was just a few steps away which was awesome. The owners were lovely and helped us feel as though we had the entire place to ourselves. We will be back!

This place was amazing . Warm pool with all the amenities of a paradise getaway. The accommodations were well kept with everything you needed to enjoy yourself. The outdoor facilities were a nice bonus The weather for us was hot so the pool was perfect to relax in and enjoy ourselves Great place to staycation

This property is as advertised and then some. The pictures are accurate but Actually being there is Like having your own private oasis. One family member has mobility issues but was able to manage the outside stairs and because the pool has a set of shallow stairs was able to enjoy time in the water. The walk in showers are an added bonus. We would book again for sure!

This place was perfect for myself and my two kids. Lounging by the pool during the day and bbq’d by the pool in the evening. It was better than pics show. Recommend 10/10

The place is like having your own little private resort. It is located in the residential area of Penticton, away from the tourist areas and downtown. Shopping is close by "within 5min " you can get your major chains for everything.

This two bedroom suite attached to the main house was super clean, fully supplied and very quiet. The pool was lovely. The house is quite a distance from downtown but fine for driving to the many beautiful wineries from Penticton to Naramata. Poplar Grove our favourite.
