Nice place

This was a family get away. There were 12 of us in all ranging from ages 6 - 80. The rental was clean and in a safe location. We had a spacious area for all of us and very close to down town pigeon forge yet far enough away for a peaceful restful stay. We will definitely use this facility again.

We didn’t like going downstairs but once we got in the unit it was nice. We heard a dog barking all night next door to us. Overall nice condo. Would stay again.

The location, size, amenities, and communication was amazing. The only downfall is it seems youth groups like to stay here too. The level above us was so noisy, moving furniture, stomping, and being loud in the parking lot till 1am. That got old. But the property was very nice aside from the thin walls/floor. 😁

This property was fine for a one night stop over stay because we weren’t there long; however, I would not stay there longer. Eden crest was great to deal with and had wonderful customer service over the phone, unfortunately the property itself was beyond underwhelming. It was not clean. It merely looked picked up. Beds were made etc. but the floors were dirty and over all it needed a good cleaning. Spider webs cover the ceilings and hang over the beds. There is filth in the corners etc. to get to the unit you have to go down a musty putrid smelling, basement like area. when we got to our room we had no cell service and were given no WiFi information. One of the beds was so broken no one could sleep on it. The water was also a tepid temperature, we all took cold showers. While Eden Crest Rentals was friendly enough in communication we will never stay in this property again.

Overall our stay was good. We did find mold in one of the shower stalls. Noise from the other families above and across from us was a little difficult at times. We would certainly stay with the property for future trips .

I received 2 separate calls telling me the property we chose was going to be changed or unavailable. This is not acceptable. Then we had no wifi, unable to watch TV. There were not enough linens for the beds or towels for showers. We had to make some of the beds ourselves. The pans in the kitchen were awful & not enough to make food for 12 people. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. The dryer needs repairs, it makes such a horrible noise we could not use it. There was a terrible hair clog in the main bathroom drain that my son removed so we could shower in there. I had hoped to find the place to be our home away from home as we come down at least once a year. I can say that this will not be it.

Renting the property was simple on vrbo and management was good for answering any questions that we may have had

The unit met our needs as far as sleeping arrangements. Plenty of space. Needs updates some repairs. You could hear everything. Neighbors above were EXTREMELY noisy. Sounded like a heard of elephants. Could hear conversations in unit next to us. Room with alone queen bed was unstable.

Went with my family and friends 15 in total. Had ample room, the location was great. Some minor problems like no hot water the first day but other than that it was great

There were lots issue with our stay-hard to sleep when other tenants made impossible to sleep by running or moving furniture at 2 am. Water came running from ceiling . We could not locate an emergency contact number for help. There was mold growing on the ceiling. Called the office the next a.m. and asked about the mold. Was told maintenance would be right over to repair, never showed up. We paid $1200 for 5 days! We expected better. Musty smelling, the steps up to the front door were really dirty. We will be reporting the issues to the BBB.

Our condo was not ready for us when we arrived. But we did get a notice from leasing agent that entry was going to be delayed. When we got there a large trash bag full of trash which smelled bad was at our front door which stayed there for two days. We were in the basement unit which smelled musky. Bunk beds did not have bed spreads. Just a baggy with sheets on top of mattress. Bedding needs to be undated. No big pots so if you are cooking for a group you need to bring your own. Neighbors who came on our last night there were very loud. Our kids joked about us staying in the dungeon. We stayed at this facility before in one of the cabins and it was extremely nice so we were disappointed when we got here. Property managers were very nice. Needless to say we won't be booking the condos in the future if the cabins are not available. Location is very good in proximity to everything.

Loved the location. The check in process couldn’t be any easier. The condo was very nice plenty of room. I did feel that for the price trash bags and dishwasher tablets should have been provided. The stairway to the entrance was scary. It was worn and always wet do to the unit above us jacuzzi being right by the top of stairway. Upon entering was horrible odor do to garbage containers by entrance. The activity rooms air unit wasn’t working so we called and no one came to repair. The pool was nice but you have to drive to it online makes you think it’s right there. Had roaches in kitchen area. Furniture was slightly worn. People above us were extremely noisy. After 3 days we called no one came to resolve. I know it sounds like we didn’t enjoy but we did I’m just being honest for the next person. The customer service person was very polite. These are all fixable things We love Tennessee and will be back.

Overall it was an ok trip. The pool was the reason we stayed but it was drained. Kids was upset. No tv or wifi the 1st day. Maintenance came and fixed it our 2nd day there.

Overall, this property needs a lot of updating. The whole unit has a musky smell. I did not like how you have to walk down steps to get in it, feels like walking into a basement. The kids were VERY upset when we got there and found out the pool didn't even have water in it. Which was the whole reason we even picked this place. There was no compensation for the pool not being in working order. Which was disappointing. The next closet thing for the kids being able to swim was the hot tub. (which was also broken the first night, but fixed the next day) Luckily, we had good friends with us and we were able to enjoy our time together, but overall I would NOT stay here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

We had several hiccups, hot water went off a couple of times, TV in one BR had no cable box and one wasn't brought out to us. We found rat dropping on one of the top bunks. The carpet is very old and stained as are the floors. The kitchen floor was very dirty when I wiped floor with a paper towel. It's a nice condo but needs updating!! For the amount of money we paid, do not feel we got our money's worth.

A broken couch yet said we did it knowing full well we did not. Do not accept anything they tell you because they are liars, John the maintenance man especially. He says hes an ex firemen and police officer, HA!!!! Not with that lying tongue and low integrity in my opinion. He told us he knows we didn't break it because there was a basketball team there before and it's strongly believed they broke it because of the noise level and horse play. Yet waited until we left and told them a different story. Integrity is not high on their list and honesty isn't either. Trust me, do not go through the BS we did. They even had the nerve to cheat me out of a 6 bedroom for 2 nights by giving us a 3 bedroom, and acted like they did us a favor. How about refunding the money you cheated me out of... RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Instead we were split up between two floors and had three large families surrounding us as well in separate condos. Sid ( renter ) had also requested that his family stay connected b/c they had 20+ kids. So, every night until wee hours of the night and early am their kids ran and made a lot of noise that I called you guys twice and e-mailed you for assistance in asking this LARGE family to quiet down after midnight. I can honestly say that I did not get sleep the entire time I stayed in your facility..O.K. maybe a few hours in the early morning before sunrise. The same goes for my other family members in the other condo.. All we heard the entire time was running, moving of furniture, bouncing the soccer ball on the ping pong table, jumping off beds for all hours of the night.... I normally don't like checking out, but my entire family was ready to leave to get back home to a quiet room and get some rest. If you know there are a lot of kids, you should put them on the first floor so no one has to hear them run and jump all day above their heads. I know it's not the kids faults... they are being kids.. but Sid ( renter ) did ask for a bottom floor and was not granted.. So, maybe y'all can do a better job of mapping out families and in the future, this won't happen again....

You have to walk to the pool and playground. Our bbq grill was out of gas and we had to call 3 times before we got one but overall I would stay there again. We did have noisy neighbors. Disgusting! Overpriced and 1970s decor. No wifi or anything from this century but charged an arm and a leg. Don't stay here!!!! Sleep in your car!!!!!
