It was a perfect place to get away to. Unit is lovely and the view on the 4th floor balcony is stunning. Shady and breezy for coffee. Warms up during the day and then after a perfect perch to watch the sunset, it cools down again to watch the stars. Unit has everything you need. I wish I could come back tomorrow.

Excellent room with a fantastic view of the golf. The sunsets were amazing even from the balcony. Easy access to the beach and close to everything we needed! We will stay here again

This place will only get better. We were there in a mix of upgrades occurring what I believe is a slower period. Our stay was mostly perfect. Well stocked and ready for fun. I have 2 complaints that can be easily reviewed. 1. the bed closest to the balcony is in poor shape (no support). 2. the shower would require some science major in the mysteries of controlling ever-changing water temps. This may be due to something bigger than a mixing valve but was either getting jetted with cold or boiling water. Please understand - these are just 2 things that we hope we could get recognized to make this experience better for others in the future.

This was our first time at this location. You are situated on 4th floor overlooking the Gulf , Your view is spectacular. We saw Dolphins, and Manatee.Lots of Beach walking and relaxing . Great spot. Will for sure return.

This condo has an ocean front view and right on the beach. Our family enjoyed the beach, bar/food, and the pool. We could also get to the pass quickly!

We stayed June 26-28 and will definitely be back!! Mattresses, pillows, and all bedding was high quality and very comfortable. Had trouble with figuring out the regular tv channels but watched Netflix and didn’t really care. Had iPad to check weather etc. Debra was absolutely amazing with being available with the couple small instances we had. I don’t recommend relying on the so called snack bar as it is basically a bar with an air fryer and pretty pricey. We did frequent the restaurant up the road called Foxys, which had awesome food,daily for breakfast and or lunch and had brought quick fix food. The fridge was ice cold. The pool was clean. Room was equipped with very good quality beach items and had plenty of towels. The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony and noise wise we couldn’t even tell the construction was going on. If I had to add or change anything I would improve the bathroom lighting and add an assist bar in the shower as my balance isn’t what it used to be but that won’t stop me. So thank you Debra for a wonderful stay and as stated when I do another beach trip I’ll definitely be back! Happily , Penny and Amy.

This was exactly what we needed/wanted. Safe, clean, lots of families, nothing crazy at night and the beach and pool right downstairs! Everything was easy. Check-in was simple, free travel shuttles if needed, and relaxing. Our room was even ready hours early! We were late because of travel but again, super easy. We will 100% be staying here again.

This is a super convenient location to several restaurants and a grocery and the beach itself is quite shallow meaning a very very short walk to the water. The building is undergoing renovations so we will be back next year to see how much nicer it looks!

I will start by saying that Debra is fantastic, kind and helpful. We only had one issue and she fixed it right away. She personally called me and I feel very good about that she really cares about her tenants. The Island Inn is a pretty hotel. Everyone there was so nice to us. Check in was a breeze. I didn’t like that we had to pay for laundry and it only takes quarters, so $2 in quarters to wash and $2 in quarters to dry. That was a pain but didn’t effect our stay any. The room itself was very cute, but also pretty small. The bathroom is very small. I didn’t like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. But it worked for us. Just know that 4 adults would be pretty tight for space in this. The stove was really the only thing I didn’t like. We like to cook a lot on vacation and it didn’t get very hit. It took me almost an hour to fry bacon. The pool was fabulous and the pool area. Overall we loved it and would definitely come back and would definitely rent from Debra again.

Everything about the hotel and the stay was great. I come here every year for my Birthday and Mothers Day and it never disappoints me. I love this place for the excellent view during the day and of course the sunsets.

We had a great time here! The unit was very clean, the balcony was amazing. Parking was not as much of an issue as I thought it might be, there's an entire lot across the street if there's nothing adjacent to the building. We also found the folks at the front desk to be extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever decide to spend another few days at the beach in Treasure Island, this will absolutely be our go-to.

Another perfect getaway in the books! My husband and I have vacationed on the Gulf coast many times. We have yet to stay in a studio type condo so we were a bit hesitant! When it comes down to it, while on vaca, we are really only in our condo to sleep- so we thought why not! This condo did not disappoint. The one and only complaint I have is regarding the dresser drawers smelled veryyyy musty. We ended up throwing all of our clothes on the kitchen table instead of using the drawers. Which worked out fine. OHH! And early check in was available on our day of arrival 🙌🏼☀️. Stunning gulf beach views. We walked down to sunset beach multiple mornings (a must if you enjoy walking! There you can find a Boardwalk that wraps around the point. ) stunning sunset views. Nice pool. Clean! Chairs and cabanas and umbrellas for rent. Kayak and paddle boards for rent too! Just a perfect for such a great price!

Wonderful to enjoy coffee on the ocean view balcony and ease of access to the sand!

Everything was as described, had no problems and my family and I had a wonderful time on Treasure Island!!

We only got to stay 4 days but we had so much fun. Condo was clean and has all the basic essentials!

Debra is an excellent host. We were only in the room to sleep, and the accommodations fit our group of three perfectly.

The description of the room is accurate. My husband and I stayed here comfortably but it would not be ideal for a family of 4+ or two couples. Checking in was very frustrating because we got to the hotel early and although check in wasn't until 4pm, we were hopeful to get in early if possible and still have the whole afternoon/evening! I called Debra, spoke to Joyce who said she'd text as soon as it was ready. A couple hours went by and when I texted for status I got a phone call from Debra that the cleaners had an emergency and weren't there yet. She let us in to drop our things at least so we could head out to the beach. She offered to Venmo me $ for drinks but I declined and said it wasn't necessary. We finally got a phone call at 5:40 pm saying the room was finally ready and Debra told us to enjoy our stay. The room had everything we could have needed during our stay (5 nights) including extra towels, beach towels, dishes, coffee, dish soap, beach chairs, etc. The beds were comfortable, but since we are used to a king sized, we didn't share a bed but slept great! No clock anywhere except on microwave, sliding door lock doesn't lock but room is up high enough, decor is cheesy, but the million dollar beach view makes it all worth it. Staying right on the beach at this hotel was great.

We had such a great time! We came down for spring break, my daughters, my mom, and I. The property was clean, safe, comfortable, and fun! We would go back!

The sunsets are the best part! And the people are very nice. The room could use some upgrades but it was very clean.

This place had all the amenities: paper towels, toilet paper, towels and linens. They even had beach towels and beach chairs to go on the beach. We were very pleased and beautiful view of the ocean. We couldn’t be happier. Pool was nice but food at the tiki bar was expensive and not the best. Really enjoyed our stay at Island Inn!

We had a great time. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was quick and simple, was even able to get in the room a little early. Would stay again.

This property is right on the beach. Probably the closest of all hotels in Treasure Island. Very nice pool and Tiki Bar. Mostly mature adults at the property in January so it was very quiet and peaceful. Our room had 2 beds but no other chairs/couches. It had a kitchen table with wooden chairs, not comfortable enough for sitting and watching TV at the end of the day/night. The sound of the waves crashing on the beach was my favorite part. We left our patio door open for this. Beds were a bit too soft but otherwise a nice room.

The view was amazing. Space was tight but functional for our quick 2 day stay. Clean and well organized. Kitchen was useful but had trouble with the burners. It took quite a while to get to boiling (almost an hour to make noodles). Pool was well maintained, the tiki bar was super fun to have close by. Elevators were fast, parking was easy and the view made it all worth while.

Loved our stay will definitely book again!! Host was very pleasant to work with!

Nice place, location convenient to services, restaurants, shopping. Can walk to outdoor dining, cocktails 🍸 n the beach. Great ocean view from balcony! We could hear the waves while sleeping! Host was quick to respond. Great value for the location!

Property had great views and was conveniently located. Front desk, at check-in was not particularly friendly. Parking is very limited It's first come, first serve, and you only get one spot per unit. If you have guests coming or have a 2and vehicle for any reason, good luck getting a 2nd pass. Unit needs some updating, and because it is small, it would be nice if they made better use of the space for maximum storage. Limited dishes/utensils. Adequate for me, but I wouldn't want to stay there with 3 or 4 people. Most of the furnishings looked like they came from the dollar store or similar. Could definitely be adorable and very functional with updating and better use of limited space. Overall good value for the price, but some updating needs to be done. Still, for the price, the beachfront views are fabulous.
