room wasn’t clean or ready when checked in bed not prepared. no towels no housekeeping had been in at all

Surpassed all expectations! I never normally write reviews but I needed to share how great this place is! The staff are so welcoming and were really accommodating to all our requests. They were incredibly efficient and we never had to wait to be seen at reception which was very impressive. The rooms are heavenly! One of the comfiest beds I’ve stayed in. The kitchen in the rooms are super useful too. Wonderful morning coffee service that delivers straight to you room was such a treat! Also have to mention how incredible this hotel smells! The scent in the lobby and in the rooms was delightful and really added to the welcoming vibe. These small details are always so lovely and you can tell how this hotel pays attention to the little things like this. This is the third hotel we’ve tried in New Haven and our favourite one by far! We will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable!

Comfortable. Great ambience. Excellent staff. Easily accessible to 95 and 91. Situated in the Yale neighborhood. Great restaurants, shops, attractions and things to do.

The location was very good, close to everything in the city. Staff are nice and helpful. Room is very clean.
