Hotel novo, ótimo conforto. Localização boa, mas não muito central.

las sabanas estaban húmedas y el colchón no era nada cómodo. La limpieza de las sabanas era mala.

Parking too expensive

Walking distance to Yale campus and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. The space lobby area is really nicely done, very welcoming and several places to sit and work, read, talk, etc. Room was really nice.

Street traffic noise: My room faced the main street. Traffic noise starts at about 5:30 am.

Decor

I think my AC system was broken. When I turned it on, it would get extremely cold in the room. Then, when I would turn on the heat to warm the room up, it would pump out very humid air. Everything would fog up within a couple of minutes, and the air would get moist & thick. So I only had a choice to very cold, or very humid

Great stay here. Room was large, clean and super comfortable. Wish we were staying longer in the area just to spend more time with that room. The lobby was nice and it was a nice walkable distance from the university. Would definitely come back.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.

The room was facing a very noisy street. People were drag racing there, I am home. 😘 believe. Very loud until the morrow.

Cleanliness, friendliness

The breakfast staff was very pleasant and the food very good. Our room was clean and quiet.

The front desk staff was not engaging from the start. The room key did not work which they took care of with out apology. The front desk staff drew a map of how to get to the Yale campus which led us in the wrong direction. The front desk assured us that we had paid for a full 2 days of parking and not to worry about leaving after check out. When we did try to leave later that day we could not get out of the garage. Last but not least we found the back exit door propped open with a broom stick. When I mentioned this to the front desk she said "They do that when a delivery is made." Which was not happening. She totally did not think this was a safety concern. Poor front desk communication and regard for the customer.

I loved the beds, very comfortable. Thanks! Everything is modern and clean.

I didn't like the shower door. It would not stay closed while showering. Had to wedge a towel in there to stop the door from sliding. Lol.

Newer hotel was spotless, has an amazing gym set up for a hotel, has food options on site, located close to downtown and parking options close by. The staff were friendly as well.

no pool which would have been amazing for the kids, parking was rediculously priced.

This place is BEAUTIFUL Staff was friendly & pleasant, courteous. We arrived a little early after having a horrible flight and they were able to accommodate with 0 hesitation. I'll definitely recommend also stay again

A breakfast would have been nice….but other than that, it was a great hotel!

No hot water available, need to ask front desk, coffee machine in the room can just have hot water. The comer room is quite noisy because of street cars.

management is poor . there reservation system is poor . they are not aware which room is vacant and which is free

Staff was excellent. Front desk very welcoming. Room was attractive and neat, and bedding was comfortable..

Night light under mirror in bathroom was so bright I had to wear eyeshades to sleep. I finally figured out how to disable the GFI / motion switches to suppress the light pouring into the room. This was not the level of comfort I expected for $400 a night.

Breakfast was good, hotel was in wonderful shape, and staff were friendly and very good.

At times a strong smell of pot. A group sitting at the bar and when I got off the elevator on my floor. This was the 1st night, 2nd night no smell. Not the hotels fault but this was the only negative thing I can say. Hotel was new, clean, and great staff service
