The pictures are 100% accurate. A VERY clean well kept unit (211). Great view and the entire property was so clean and maintained very well. So convenient to get to the pool and beach - great perk having chairs and umbrella as well. I don't think you can beat the location either. Less than 10 minutes from the best restaurants (Boshamps, McGuires, The Back Porch, and Lulu's). The ease of getting around was amazing. Great balcony where we had coffee every morning enjoying the view of the beach and pool. The private stretch of the beach was also pristine, well kept, and CLEAN!! We would love to stay here again. This property just had everything going for it . The owner was also super responsive, and easy to work with. Entering and exiting the property was also a breeze -- not to mention the great parking spot in the garage so close to the stairs and elevator and pool/beach entrance. Oh! and it was so quiet too...Hands down the BEST property I've ever stayed at.

Our family loved the beachfront view and the ease of access. The pool and hot tub were great. The condo was located close to the grocery stores and walking distance from restaurants (The Back Porch was awesome) and several souvenir shops and we also took advantage of the grills in the common area and stopped by Blalocks Seafood Market which was very close also for some fresh shrimp to grill. We had a blast and looking forward to our next stay. We planned on walking to Big Kahunas…but that will have to wait until next time as we spent all our time at the beach or the pool. The balcony was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise too.

The condo was beautiful and well taken care of, the location was great and it was wonderful to be right on the beach. Check-in process was easy and we had no issues with our stay. The only constructive criticism I have is the temperature of the pool. The pool water was hot, and the hot tub was unbearable. After a long day at the beach, a cold pool to cool off in is great. However, I understand it’s on the beach and the sun heats the water considerably, and I don’t have experience taking care of pools so maybe it’s inevitable that the water reaches that temperature at this time of the year (July). Other than that very minor criticism, everything was incredible. Highly recommend the condo!

Condo was as described in listing. Stacey was quick to respond to an issue we had the first day. Lower rise complex with less units made for quick access to elevators and being on the second floor made it easy to use stairs as well (2 flights to Ground floor to access pool & beach). Property was well maintained. Gym was quite small but well maintained and served the purpose for a quick workout during vacation. Gate codes to beach and pool and onsite security ensured access only to those staying at the complex. We used the grills twice and they were in good condition and situated where you can see the ocean and feel the breeze while cooking. Parking was easy in the assigned spot that is perfectly located at the garage entrance. Balcony was larger than most and enough for all 4 of our family to sit. Kitchen had everything needed.
A few things that could be improved:
Check in process. While wasn’t a big deal, I’d rather not have to visit the office to get park pass and pool wristbands. All other places I’ve stayed had these ready and waiting in the condo upon arrival.
Shower/tubs were skipped in the renovation of the condo. They were functional: clean, good water pressure, and drained well. However they are old and discolored. Would love to see these tiled with glass doors instead of gross shower curtains.
Curtains in the bedrooms are sheer and allow the hallway lights in all night. Need thicker curtains or a blackout liner applied to existing curtain.

211 is as described (beautiful) and Stacey was wonderful to work with and very accomodating! Condo was meticulous, had a stunning view, easy access to everything, and the beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk! We enjoyed everything about our trip and the property. I would highly recommend this property.

Overall, this was a great place to stay and Stacey was a great host. I would definitely stay here again. There were a few minor things that housekeeping could have done better (like the front load washer seal needed cleaning which I did myself before using), but nothing too bad. The condo requires a separate fee of $15 per person for wristbands, which I don't think was listed when I booked but has since been updated. I'm not sure if this is standard with other condos as well. The condo was beautiful and tastefully decorated with a great view of the pool and the ocean. Stacey was pretty responsive when I messaged her. I loved that this condo came with a covered parking place and 2 beach chairs and we thought this was probably the best stretch of beach too.

Mattresses in both bedrooms were uncomfortable, probably old, no cushion support at all. Bath tub in master bath needed to be cleaned better, I wiped it down myself; possibly needs replaced because it has stains leading to assumption it’s rather old. Shower head in second bath needs replaced. Rest of condo very nice, stocked kitchen. Location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay despite some of the needed improvements.

We had a great stay. Listing for this condo is very accurate. It was perfect for my husband & I. If traveling with small children it would be a great condo, more than 2 adults maybe a little too crowded. The accessibility to beach & pool is perfect, the beach chair & umbrella service were so nice. Centrally located for getting around. Crab Island is a must if you have never been as also dine at Boshamps!! So good. A drive to down 30A is well worth it also. We never needed the host until the last day & she was very accommodating.

This condo is great for small families. It was clean and nicely decorated throughout. Our family was instantly at ease and felt right at home. I especially liked the attention to often overlooked details: high-quality toilet paper and paper towels, every appliance and utensil needed, extra clothes hangers, and an abundance of blankets and towels. Being able to quickly watch Netflix or Disney+ because of the host’s family allowing visitors to use their login information was much appreciated. All facilities on site were clean and extra secure with ensuring those not staying at Sterling Sands weren’t able to access the pool, beach entrance, and fitness center. Parking was easy, especially with the assigned parking spot in the garage. The host was friendly, responsive, and quick to assist.

Great location to get to all the things around town if it’s a rainy day or want to do something other than the beach. However, you don’t have to leave the condo with the great view, condo amenities, and beach chairs included. We were there for a cheer competition so loved having coffee on the balcony (there is both a coffee pot and keurig option) and afternoons on the beach. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

The unit was as advertised. Close to beach, pool area was great. Quality of kitchen items/utensils exceeded our expectations. The daily access to beach chairs and umbrella were an awesome perk. Owner was extremely helpful in checking in and keeping in touch on helpful info and with any questions we had during our stay. Nice place!

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous unobstructed view of the Gulf and the endless white sand beach. It is very comfortable and well appointed. Stacy is a great host! There are many little extra touches. I have only positive things to say about our experience with VRBO. My only minor suggestion would be blackout shades in the master bedroom.

First time in Destin. The condo we rent was great. Easy to get to. Great view of the emerald coast. Condo was on the 2 nd floor which made it private.
Communication with the owners couldn’t have been better. From the time of contact to the time we left. We will be back and would stay there again

This property was very clean when we arrived. Easy parking. Perfect for two adults and the 2nd bedroom has full sized bunk beds. A family of 4 would be comfortable.

The condo is perfectly located in Destin, with easy access to the beach. Close to many restaurants and businesses. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the heated pool everyday even when the outside temps were a little chilly. My only critique is that the condo could’ve been a little cleaner. Check in was easy and all instructions/codes were provided.

This location is perfect! Parking, elevator, pool, beach, condo are all super close and easy to get to! The view is fabulous! Host was extremely helpful and quick to respond for any and all needs! We will definitely be back!

Location,view,amenities were all fabulous. Especially parking and pool/beach access. The size of the second bedroom was very small. It is not for 2 adults. Better for 2 children. (The one and only drawback. ). We ended up fine. Thank you for sharing.

Great condo! The view was beautiful and we liked being able to just walk down the stairs to get to the beach. Really loved that the chair/umbrella service was included, plus the condo had boogie boards and extra chairs in the unit. Stacey was super friendly, helpful and very responsive. Definitely recommend!

This condo was very modern and clean. Location is walkable to a beach merchandise store and some take out food/sit down restaurants. Only a 7 min walk down the beach to restaurant right on the water. Parking and beach service being included with the rental set this property apart from some of the others. We enjoyed our stay very much and will seek to rent again if we make our way back to Destin!

This condo has an amazing view and is right on the beach. Very clean and well decorated condo! Perfect for our family of 3. Easy access to the beach and the 2 chairs and umbrella (set up every morning for you) is a huge plus for guests. The complex itself is also very well maintained. Didn’t have any issues on my trip and Stacey was an excellent host to work with. Would definitely book this unit again in the future!

The condo is beautiful and is exactly as what is described and shown in the photos. The space was perfect for what our family needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo has unobstructed views of the beach and ocean from the patio and was very relaxing for evenings. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs that our kids could use, along with the beach chairs and umbrella that are set up on the beach. We also really liked the beach was private beach access, which made it very relaxing and was not crowded for the daytime. We would stay here for future vacations!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot for our family of four. Being able to walk right out to the beach, that is not a public access beach, was fantastic. The pool and other building facilities were nice. The condo itself is well equipped and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you would need. There were extra blankets and pillows. And having a washer/dryer was nice so I could get our laundry done before leaving, rather than doing it when I got home. The location is perfect as many things are within walking distance and everything is just a short drive (generally 10 min or less). The fact it comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was very nice. There are extra beach chairs and boogie boards under the master bed (we didn't realize this until later in our stay). Highly recommended!

We had an amazing spring break stay at this condo! Right on the beach with chairs and umbrella included, designated parking spot, condo was clean and in perfect condition, kitchen was well equiped, and pool access. Had the best seafood just a walk down the beach at The Back Porch. Enjoyed great sunsets on the beach or from the balcony overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely, good location and wonderful views. Getting the wristbands was unexpected and a bit tricky, cause if you don’t fill in the kids entry, even though we didn’t have any, it doesn’t go through, and you don’t realize it! So we got a bit delayed because of that. Other than someone parking in our space for awhile, things went smoothly from there. We didn’t have great weather, but that’s up to nature and the time of the year. Stacey was easy to work with, would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I spent five days at this property in October. What a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean view! The weather was perfect, the Gulf water was clear, and the beach was ideal. The complex is incredibly well maintained and secure, the staff is friendly, and our condo was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was available. Definitely worth another trip!

This is a great place to stay if you want a front row seat to the beach. Loved the pool also. Kitchen was up to date on all appliances and Loved all the restaurants close by. We walked right down the beach to Back Porch which I highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again.
