Questa spaziosa casa con 5 camere da letto e 3. 5 bagni offre una posizione eccezionale per il divertimento in famiglia. Cucina e bagni ristrutturati a gennaio 2019.
Goditi l'acqua dal molo o parcheggia la tua barca in uno dei motoscafi dopo una sessione di divertimento acquatico. Il dock comprende due scivoli per barche, uno coperto e uno scoperto. Il grande bacino ha acque profonde tutto l'anno.
Il noleggio include un kayak e due stand up paddle board.
La nostra casa è perfetta per ospitare diverse famiglie. Il livello principale di questa casa a 3 piani include una grande camera familiare che si apre su un portico schermato con vista sul lago. Oltre a una cucina ben attrezzata con nuovi elettrodomestici (2014), il livello principale comprende una camera familiare, la camera matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e una grande vasca idromassaggio, una sala da pranzo e un bagno di servizio. Divertiti a mangiare sul ponte con vista sul lago.
Il piano superiore comprende due camere da letto (matrimoniale + doppia e matrimoniale + doppia) e un bagno completo. Great location and neighborhood. The host was very friendly and quickly responded and got an electrical issue that he had fixed quickly. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The only negative thing I would say is if you are sleeping in the lower level bedrooms, the footsteps from the main floor was loud but likely due to being an older house. This is our first time to Norman, just be prepared with plenty of rope and buoys due to the large waves that hit the dock from the wake boats. I would definitely stay at this property again

Beautiful views of the lake from the deck and home made it is so worth while. The spacious deck allowed for swimming,fishing,sun bathing and just relaxing by the lake. The house may not look large from the front but it had more than enough room for 3 small families. We are already planning for next year.

We enjoyed our time at the house. The house is large and each family had their own floor and bathroom. We used the table, chairs and loungers by the dock. The dock was able to easily support a boat and wave runner. John, the host, was easy to work with. We had questions prior to booking and he always responded in a timely manner. I can’t wait to go back.

The house is very spacious and had plenty of comfortable beds for our family of 8. The view at the dock was awesome!! The kitchen is small but it’s very well equipped. There were plenty of towels and linings. The grill was practically new and worked great! Pool table was a lot of fun. We went in November and hosted Thanksgiving which was awesome because there was plenty of space to host and the house had extra chairs and small tables for extra seating. The property manager was amazing and responded to all our calls and text quickly even late at night.
The cons: the master bedroom bed is a queen and didn’t fit my husband and I comfortably. My husband is 6’4”, board shoulders which took up most of the bed. There was no outdoor fire pit. There is a bedroom on the bottom floor next to a utility room. The nose coming from the utility room was pretty loud.
Overall, we had a great stay!! Close to grocery stores, DND, eateries, etc.

The lake house was perfect for our group of eight golfers. Its location was within a 30-minute drive to several good courses and provided easy access to backroads that kept us out of the Charlotte traffic.
Lake Norman is absolutely beautiful, especially with the leaves starting to change color. It was very relaxing to sit on the dock in the evening after a long day on the golf course.
Access to food was easy and plentiful as the house sits within a few miles of several restaurants and a few grocery stores. A marina is just a few miles down the road if you're planning on bringing a boat.
John was easy to communicate with and quickly provided responses to my emails prior to our arrival. If he'll have us back, we are already planning next year's trip with the hopes of adding a couple of days to enjoy some recreational activities on the lake along with our golf.

We loved this house! It was a perfect "homebase" location for our daughter's wedding weekend! The lake access is amazing. Lake Norman is beautiful! The house with 3 levels had plenty of sleeping space for lots of bridesmaids! The owner was great to work with too. We definitely want to vacation here again!

We had a great week at this property. There were nine of us staying there and actually plenty of room to spread out. The dock and location are really amazing for boating. Got plenty of use out of the paddleboards and the pool table. The only real downside we found is that the living room could use some more seating for house the size. The host was really responsive with a couple of small issues we had. We would certainly stay here again.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful week on this Lake Norman property. The location is convenient to groceries, restaurants & marinas. Our host, John was available & helpful for any concerns. We would love to come back another time.

There are several spaces out a d large bedrooms. The dock was excellent fun for family! Be careful the swells from boats in the front water area make docking your boat a bit hard. Wish there was a lift for the boat but other than this everything was wonderful and we plan to return next year.

This is our 2nd summer renting this property for a week long vacation. It is fantastic for adults and teenagers in terms of space and things to do (pool table, kayak, paddle board etc). Great location. Needs a good deep cleaning but otherwise is a great lake house.
