Goditi una splendida vista sull'oceano direttamente dal tuo balcone privato in questa comunità di fronte all'oceano. Questa villa a tema nautico e sulla spiaggia si trova al secondo piano vicino alla facciata dell'edificio. Arredato con molto gusto e rinnovato di recente. Nuova TV a schermo piatto da 47 'nel soggiorno e TV a schermo piatto da 24' nella camera da letto. Forniamo asciugamani e lenzuola di alta qualità. Nuovo set di materassi confortevoli. Abbiamo anche due belle sedie da spiaggia e due biciclette da spiaggia per il vostro uso. Forniamo anche un abbonamento a una palestra locale con piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio, a 2 isolati di distanza. Ci sono molti ristoranti squisiti da scegliere su Hilton Head, abbiamo messo insieme un buon elenco per te e alcune attrazioni locali. Ma se preferisci mangiare, la cucina è completamente attrezzata con molti extra, come un crockpot, un frullatore, libri di cucina e molti altri. We had great time and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Convenient, everything we needed was there. It’s definitely on a smaller side but for two of us was perfect. Owners stayed in contact and were very helpful. Welcoming gifts were a nice touch. Would recommend!

Had a long awaited vacation and visited our daughter and new grand baby in Bluffton. Visited then went to the beach, relaxed and went out to eat. We are both ready to go back.

We were looking for an affordable condo for the week of the 4th of July and this condo and location hit the mark easily. Was exactly what was listed and I don’t have a single complaint. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Overall, my impression is fair, but needs improvement. The three best things about this unit is a comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and good location. The items are biggest concern are no grab bars in the shower, the shower floor is slippery and the air conditioner is woefully inadequate to keep up with the humidity.
Technically, you could possibly sleep for in this unit With two children and two adults, but it is terribly small for four adults. There are many convenience items that are missing but needed.
I would not stay in this unit again

The location to our wedding events was perfect. The walk to the beach was wonderfully Short! It is so close. We enjoyed our stay.

Our Seaside Villas experience was flawless. All the pictures and descriptions of the property were exactly as advertised. Anything you need is here.
Kendall our host texted our access codes to the property gates and room early on our arrival day, which got our vacation off to a great start.
The area is perfect, everything you can hope to do is close by and easily accessible.
The hosts also offer bicycles, which we utilized each day on the many paved off road trails.
We wish we could have stayed longer and look forward to having Kendall host us again.
Kendall is top notch and I highly recommend her and her numerous properties.

My husband and I used this unit for our honeymoon location. We have stayed in Kendall’s properties during our previous stays at Hilton Head, and she never disappoints. Clean property conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach and beach view from balcony. Very responsive, and super easy check-in process.

We were very happy with how clean the room was. The view was good and you could see the ocean. The only real issue was the mattress had two sunken places where you lay and this led to both of us having sore backs. Everything else was excellent!

Our host was very easy to work with, responsive, and accommodated all our requests. The unit is rather small, but comfortable. The only comment we have is that there could be more supplies in the kitchen, and the iron was broken-minor issues. Would certainly stay there again.

Overall, the place was small but clean. Online pictures make it look bigger than actual place. Kitchen and living room in same area. It is very close to the ocean, shops and restaurants. Internet speed slightly slow but ok. Roku TV limited with live channels/sports.

Didn’t use the bikes as we spent our time at the golf tournament but they’d e great to use in this area. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nicely decorated with a cozy feel. Only thing better would be a small floor lamp by the couch or eating table so you can turn off the overhead lights. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner rather than later!

Beach Vacation
The property was a very nice quaint place to stay within walking distance of the beach and also had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The facility offered everything we needed to help make our vacation a great time.

Very clean condo and location to beach is perfect! We also loved the use of bikes and king sized bed very comfortable!

The room was great and easy access to everything. The downside, when it said chairs on the beach we assumed it was the big wooden ones on the beach with big umbrellas, the ones at the room was small and had mold and mildew on them and the umbrella was partially broken. We loved everything but those few things would rent again!

Great Place with Extras
The owners were available for questions & gave us updates on the day of check in as the condo was ready early. The condo was even better than expected. Great location in the building, near washers & dryers, close to stairs. There were several extras including beach toys, boards, chairs, umbrella, board games, books, and more than I can list. We plan to stay here or with this owner again!

Great Location - Easy access to everything HHI has to offer
I enjoyed my stay very much. It was a great beachfront location with very easy access to the beach, pool, biking and local restaurants and shopping. I will be booking again in the future.
