Deborah was very helpful. She came by to help us check in and show us around. The pictures do not do the justice to that beautiful condo. The gorgeous furniture, high ceilings, amazing location, fully stocked kitchen just to name a few. My husband and I loved every minute. We will be coming back for sure.

Second stay here and we plan to return next year. Right in the center of everything Everglades, yet close to Marco Island and Naples for shopping, fine dining and entertainment.

I stayed at Deborah's place in 2017 and found it to be priced lower than what they should charge because the place is very spacious and clean. I made a point to stay there again this year for my family gathering. That choice became more important when family members at other locations got sick and we were stuck by ourselves in the condo. We felt very fortunate to have stayed at this location.

Comfortable, convenient, immaculate and bigger than it looks. Host is very good at communicating and gave us good local advice. Glad we stayed here!

This is a well maintained, comfortable and clean 3 bedroom setup. Worked great for a ten day fishing trip. Pool is a bonus and very nice.

The property and unit were immaculately maintained inside and outside. The complex is located in quiet, no-traffic, rural SW Florida. The town appears very sad, due to historic hurricane losses. However, the people are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is maintained at the perfect temperature! This is a great place for fishermen.

We come back several times every year to the Everglades area and always stay at this property. We always enjoy the condo and our fishing charters. It's nice to fish different seasons.

We really enjoyed our month long stay in Everglades City. The condo is bright and spacious with a screened patio facing the water. This was our third year coming to the Everglades from Indiana we are planning to come back again next year.

Beautiful decor and view. Amenities perfect. Can’t emagine a better place to stay in Emerald City or a better fishingcharter experience. Manager so caring and accommodating. We love the area.

Arrived to find the condo just as nice as the pictures...Garage was big enough for our boat...Boat landing was easy to use...Great people and wonderful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished and clean. We were very comfortable during our stay in February. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we ate all of our meals overlooking the water. We also found the pool to be refreshing and at a perfect temperature.

Property has all amenities, including immaculate, warm pool, boat ramp, dock and cleaning table for fish. The neighbors were all friendly and helpful. Villa is centrally located to restaurants, Park, tennis. Gorgeous, breathtaking view of sunrise and sunsets. Our stay was superb. Deborah made our stay special -she is so helpful. Thanks.

Condo: Very well appointed. Very comfortable. Very well organised. Loved it! Owner was very easy to contact and very helpful.

We spent a week in Everglades city and enjoyed ever moment air boat ride at Jacks and fishing with capt Bob and the peace and quiet cant wait to return. The condo was super clean and well equipped for all or needs even had time for some fresh fish dinners on the patio(thanks to the capt). The pool is cooled to the perfect temperature and was just great for cooling off on those hot summer days. We hated to leave just feels like home.Thanks again Debbie for a wonderful vacation!

Really enjoyed the spacious condo and view from the screened balcony. Pool was great too. Ramp and dock in on the property. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful time in Ochopee (Everglades City), Florida. We were there from January through March. We stayed at the Estuary. It was a beautifully, well-kept condo. We had lots of family and friends come and visit and we always had plenty of room. The management and guests there were super friendly and helpful. Most everything was in walking distance from the condo: restaurants, coffee shop, museum, park, library, post office, supermarket, and swamp tours. The streets were great to walk on or bike. We really liked the food. We ate at The Rod and Gun Club, Camillia Street Grill, Osyter House, and others. We never had a bad meal. We liked to charter fish, so we would fish in the morning and have one of the restaurants cook the fish for our lunch or dinner. We highly recommend the location and condo for a great place to spend a warm, relaxing winter.
