This hotel is older but has obviously been remodeled and they did a nice job. It was clean and comfortable. No complaints. There is a cafe next door that we walked to for breakfast. All good!

Room wasn’t clean when we arrived - so we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Perfect for Grandma and Grandpa traveling with two teenage grandsons! Much as!

Even though we were right next to the road, it didn’t matter as Everglades city is a very peaceful place to stay. The diner next door had excellent quality and value food. We booked a room with kitchen facilities but no cutlery when we arrived. We managed to speak to a cleaner who got us some from another room. Also, despite arriving after check in time, our room was still being cleaned when we got to it. Reception is in a different location which means it’s inconvenient when there are issues to sort out. The Wi-Fi worked fine when we arrived, but then was on and off.

Service at check-in was excellent. The motel is cute, conveniently located, no frills and a little weathered but comfortable, clean and spacious. Sound carries between rooms but we had good neighbours.

Overpriced, but for the area, it was adequate. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were fairly well taken care. Everglade city itself is a small interesting town. Overall a decent experience.

This is a no frills; no amenities property. If you're coming to fish and the weather holds, it's the perfect accommodation. However, if the weather turns, there's not really anything to do while waiting out the weather. Not even Neftlix and nothing other than the bed and one desk chair for your comfort.

Our room was surprisingly great. Looking at the buildings outside, you would not expect the room to be so nice. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend this motel.

Clean, well located motel for our visit to kayak in the Everglades. Good bed, nice bathroom. Only complaint is walls are very thin so if you have a noisy neighbor you’re in trouble. But everything was quiet the night we were there. Enjoyed an excellent seafood dinner at local restaurant Camellia Grill.

This recently refurbished motel was very nice and very clean. I am sure they will work it out but an ice machine on the premises would be nice. Check in place is a few blocks north of the motel so it was a bit confusing but extra large rooms and new futures made it a great place to stop and the diner next door was great for breakfast—get the fish and grits!

Check-in is at a different location, not far from the motel. Look out for signs as you drive in. The rooms are a bit loud from the water pipes. Asides from that, all comes as advertised. Rooms are clean, accessible and convenient. Staff were very friendly and hospitable.

This was a mom and pop motel. Drive right up to your room door! We loved it!!
Also, i had to call because we were coming in late and the lady i spoke with was so nice and helpful.
Would definitely come back!

The motel was perfect for our stay in Everglades City. The room was very clean and spacious for a motel. Liked that it had a microwave and refrigerator. Also, the motel was located in a convenient area where you could walk to several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was good enough for a decent price. Didn't like that I accidently left something in the room and when I came back later that day and asked to get it back I was told the cleaning staff didn't see it. Yeah, sure. Overall would recommend, not that uncommon to not recover things left behind in rooms anyway.

With all the tropical weather in the recent past, the effort and expense to be operational is very noticeable. My stay was at least as I expected, the room was clean and convenient. The best part of my stay was the friendly welcome from the staff as they were busy wrapping up a days work, just minutes before they left for the day.

Looks like this place was recently remodeled. It was clean but the bathroom door didn't wouldn't latch or stay closed the bed was moved and there wasn't enough room for a wheelchair to get through even though this was supposed to be a handicapped accessable room. However for these small issues, the bed was great and the room was clean. We did enjoy our stay!

The facilities are very good and the room interiors are all brand new and top notch, including a fabulous bathroom and a small kitchenette that includes sink, fridge and microwave. The checkin process was great and the staff was awesome. The Cafe next door serves FANTASTIC food and drinks (plus great breakfast). In the area, I would only stay here.
