Il nostro condominio di lusso (F102 al Mauna Lani Terrace) è a pochi passi dalla classe mondo Mauna Lani Resort, con ristoranti nelle vicinanze, tennis e campi da golf. Si tratta di una breve passeggiata sia per Mauna Lani hotel o di una delle isole più belle spiagge con snorkeling, paddle boarding, e le immersioni subacquee. La nostra unità si trova vicino alla prima buca del percorso a nord delle Mauna Lani campi da golf di classe mondiale ed è a pochi passi dalla club house. È sia privato e lussuoso, ma vicino a tutti i comfort, tra cui negozi e negozio di alimentari. Andare a cena fuori in prossimità del fiume Canoa Casa, o mangiare in. We love the Big Island. We love these condos. This unit did not disappoint. A wonderful property to act as home base while we enjoyed all the island had to offer. Clear and fast communication with a caring host. We are rested and rejuvenated before our return to school, sports, and work. All around great experience. Mahalo!

The Terraces F102 was so lovely.... nicely decorated, spacious, right on the pond, sounds, smells, and small view of the ocean from the spacious lanai, access to pool and ocean just a 5 minute walk, as well as easy walk to The Mauna Lani Beach Club one direction down the beach and the hotel the other, right next door. The owner was very kind and responsive. I adored my time here and plan to come again!

This condo met all my needs for an easy, truly enjoyable Hawaiian vacation! It's the best location I've found in years of visiting the Kohala coast: five minute walk to a sheltered beach cove with spectacular snorkeling; 12 minute drive to Hapuna Beach state park for waves and boogie boarding, restaurants within easy walking distance, grocery store and shops a 5 minute drive. The condos feel private and luxurious with grounds containing beautiful plants and birdlife. They are set back from the ocean but with no buildings or road in between - you feel like you have an expanse of beauty in front of you. There is a landscaped lagoon that reaches the lanai and in the distance palm trees and ocean. The condos are adjacent to ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and these are fascinating for observing birds and fishes. I took a number of scenic walks and there are places for biking too.
I was able to easily speak with the owner and he was always gracious and helpful.
In sum, I loved my experience in F102. It is well away from the hustle/bustle of the hotels and yet offers better amenities for a much better price. Highly recommended.

The Mauna Lani Terraces are perfectly situated on the ocean, with prime swimming and walking to the north and south. This unit is welcoming, comfortable and well appointed. It boasts two master suites, a washer and dryer, living room, dining room, and kitchen that let out onto the lanai where we spent many hours. The host, Daniel Crowe, is gracious and easy to work with. A property manager is available in case of problems.
It's a joy to get here and hard to leave. We've stayed here a couple of times and hope to return for many more visits.

Every detail is well-thought out in this place — the linens are great, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-stocked, even the closet with books and games has lots of great choices.
We loved staying here, it was easy to walk to the beach (or drive) easy to get to the pool or to the hotel nearby. Super comfortable and the manager was very responsive. Would love to stay again.

Daniel Crow and Harry Crow were awesome hosts- their condo is beautiful, clean and so comfortable! It was a special time for my husband and me to spend time in our favorite place, Hawaii. The condo was a good fit for two couples traveling together. Each bedroom had it's own private bath and an additional powder room. The condo is comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai..it was quiet and private. Lots of extra bath towels and nice big beach towels. The washer and dryer is a nice feature. The kitchen is, as others have already mentioned, very well stocked. Most dishes and glassware don't match though. Super ice maker!! The condo parking lot has a nice view of Mauna Kea and is beautiful at sunrise (February). The condo overlooks the natural fish pond and there is not an ocean view, but we knew that going in. The only drawback for us, and it was our own fault for not asking, was that from the photos the condo appears to be a ground floor condo, but it's not...there is a set of stairs down, a landing and then another set of stairs. All of us at 65+ the luggage hauling was a bit much! Daniel is a super host! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Very comfortable and nicely appointed condo unit with two owner's suites and 2.5 bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Sitting on the lanai any time of day and looking toward the ocean was a favorite pastime. Guests have access to a gorgeous and private pool, beautiful beaches on either side of the Mauni Lani Terrace property, and miles of favorite walks.
Daniel Crowe is a landlord who is a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning next January.

The big island has so much to offer, but if you are looking for a place to truly relax you can't really go wrong with this place. We were very busy with other scheduled events (conference, snorkeling, etc) that unfortunately we did not have enough time to truly enjoy this well-maintained and outfitted condo, however, without hesitation it is easy to recommend this location.

Over the years, we've stayed in many units throughout Mauna Lani Terraces, and Daniel's property is the best we've visited thus far. It's true that there's not quite as much of an ocean view, but this comes with advantage of a great sense of privacy and peace. In addition, the unit is clean and wonderfully furnished, and had everything that our group of 4 needed for our stay. We'd gladly stay here again on our next trip. Mahalo!

Awesome condo. Great location, easy access to golf, beach, beach club, and hotel restaurants. Condo was extensively outfitted with all the gadgets you would want in the kitchen. Nice to have a walk in shower in the second bedroom.

The decor is gorgeous and super clean. The condo is fully stocked with anything you need whether for the beach, to cook, or to read a good book (there are a bunch of books). The lower level location is peaceful and quiet overlooking the fish pond. Danny, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Just a beautiful condo in a perfect location at the Terraces.

The Mauna Lani Terraces are my favorite condos on the island and F102 lived up to my family’s expectations. Perfect location, spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed, and stocked with all the beach equipment you need. The owner is responsive and very easy to work with.

Great Property in a Wonderful Location
The Mauna Lani Terraces are always a wonderful place to unwind. They have walking access to the beach club (providing some of the best snorkeling on the Kohala coast) but never feel crowded, and the sunsets are incredible.
Danny's rental has great views across the water feature and easy access to the pool/BBQ area. We've stayed in four different condos at the terraces. His unit was the best maintained and cleanest. The showers and kitchen area have been upgraded. The beds and furniture were all cozy. He was super-responsive to inquiries.
The 2-bedroom unit is great for families of four (including with older teens/younger college students) or two families of two.
We look forward to returning.

This condo is in a beautiful location with pond views and the sounds of the ocean waves. It is very well appointed with a well stocked kitchen, beach equipment and lovely interior furnishings. I would highly recommend. Danny the owner was very helpful!

Simply Beautiful
This property was beautiful! The premises is held to the mauna lani standard which is pristine! The condo was quiet and the perfect distance from the Beach Club which has some of the best snorkeling! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay - Fantastic Location!
We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly situation condo on the Big Island! The property and amenities were great for our family. We arrived before Christmas and stayed through the holiday. Having the ability to cook and grill at the Terrace BBQ made us feel right at home, and the condo's lanai was so comfortable! We can't say enough good things about this place and can't wait to return!

This place had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, inflatables, and snorkel gear all included.
The unit itself was clean, well stocked with towels and anything you could think of for the stay. Very calm and peaceful, easy walk to the private club beach.

Couldn't have been better!
My husband and I were very pleased with every detail of F102.
It was our first travel experience post pandemic and we felt that life has turned the corner now! The very large lanai is furnished so comfortably for relaxation and outdoor dining, enjoying the fish pond and beyond view. The interior is beautifully furnished. Nothing has been overlooked in providing everything you need to prepare a meal in the large kitchen (if you so desire on your vacation!). The master bed is so comfortable. Need I say more! Thank you Daniel and Harry for being so available and willing to accommodate us when we had a last minute change in our plans. You have been great! We look forward to returning another time.

We enjoyed our week long visit at this beautiful place! Perfect location, walking distance to the beach and pool. We even walked to the coffee shop and grocery store a few times. It doesn't get better than Mauna Lani!

Great condo for families!
I recently stayed at Daniel's condo at the Mauna Lani Terraces with my parents and one-year-old daughter and it was perfect for us! Nice, sizable bedrooms with good separation, great kitchen for prepping and cooking food (plus we used the complex's barbecues), and good common areas. We were especially grateful for the beautiful lanai! On top of the nice condo, the location worked super well for us - walking distance to beaches and restaurants/bars and a 5 minute drive to groceries and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful unit! Beautiful grounds
We loved this spot. It was a easy walk to the beaches. The fish ponds were a hit! The snorkeling wasn’t bad either! We hung out with a giant sea turtle for over an hour one day!
