Awesome updated apartment! Very clean! Close to everything and on shuttle route. We Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed with my 3 kids and the property couldn't be more perfect. Close to restaurants and easy access to the mountain.

Stayed at this property with my 19-year-old son for one week in Feb. 2022. We were very pleased with the condition. Every inch of the apt was clean and had been updated recently. It felt like an IKEA showroom. Wifi worked well, although Netflix was slow. The only negative was the uneven floor, which had some nails sticking out of it. Bring slippers! Otherwise, I would not change a thing.

Property was as advertised and was perfect for easy access to the ski resort. Literally three minutes. Property is in town and we walked to all of the restaurants we went to. Very convenient. Property itself was great- clean, well appointed and relaxing. Enjoy.

Easy place to come ski for the weekend. Ski Shuttle stops across the street. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and Okemo resort. Would recommend. Only complaint is beds were extremely firm.

Beautiful unit near Okemo State Forest. Excellent location in town, close to many restaurants within walking distance. Clean and beautiful decor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

This Ludlow condo is absolutely perfect for our family of four. We really enjoyed the beautiful renovated space and had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is highly recommended for skiers as it is such a short distance from Okemo’s entrance. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Ian’s place was great - clean & spacious. Nicely appointed, and clearly recently renovated. Best of all, it’s a 3 min drive to the Okemo base, (& a 2 min walk to town). Ian was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Perfect for our ski weekend getaway!

I traveled to Okemo with 3 friends for a spring ski weekend. The location of this apartment can't be beat - less than 5 minutes to Okemo base, and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and anything else you need for your visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was perfect for 4 of us (we especially appreciated having two full bathrooms). The one thing I would note for future travelers is that the walls are pretty thin. We could hear footsteps and loud conversations from the neighbors above. It definitely would not stop me from staying here again, but I would recommend bringing earplugs for any light sleepers just in case!

Perfect place to stay if visiting Okemo. It's really just a mile down the road from the slopes. Also walking distance to a surprising number of restaurants and a good grocery store, etc. Inside it's perfect, very comfortable bed in the master, full kitchen, comfortable living room. The manager was very helpful with the minor issue we had. Highly recommended!

The property is nice, clean, convenient. Would stay here again. The only cons I can think of are tv situation was not great, you could only use Netflix (and had to use your own account so be aware of that in case you don’t have one!) No cable unless the remote wasn’t working. I tried to contact property manager to figure it out and I didn’t hear back until the next day. But it was not a big deal. The only suggestion I would make to the property owner would be to have an extra blanket and a couple more towels. It sounds like I’m griping but I’m not! We had a very nice stay and I would definitely stay there again!

This was our 3rd year back to stay at 12 Pleasant Street for our ski vacation. With this property, you get both extreme comfort and convenient location. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive. Thanks for another great stay!

Great place

Clean, updated, still some charm of the original house. Comfortable beds. All the amenities you’d want. 10 steps from the shuttle to mountain. Not sure we’d ever stay on the resort if this house is available.

The location is excellent and very convenient. You can easily walk to many restaurants and is close to the Okemo Clock Tower Base if you want to drive and park there. There is a shuttle service on the weekends and holidays that will pick you up at the apartment and take you to the Clock tower base. We used this and found it very convenient. We decided to stay another night and they worked with us to allow - very much appreciated. It seems to be a recent remodel or upgraded using all Ikea items. It was the right amount of space for 3 of us. The only complaint would be the mattresses on the beds - very firm. Easy to get in and check out. Available parking. We enjoyed our weekend and would make this trip again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, renovated house right in the center of picturesque Ludlow. The ski bus stops right in front and some really nice restaurants are literally around the corner. The kitchen has all the basics that makes it easy to cook and dine at home and it's really nice to have two bed AND bath rooms.

The first thing you notice upon entering the property is how immaculate it is. The property is up-to-date and was very comfortable for my my family of four. The shuttle to Okemo is across the street in front of the Pettigew Inn and then a short five minute ride to the base. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, and Rite Aide pharmacy. Ian was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Would highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was newly renovated with new air conditioning. The property owner and manager were easy to communicate and deal with. It is close to shops and mountains. Nice place.

We had a great stay in a very clean, conveniently located unit. Sue, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything in the apartment was very clean and new. We didn't take the shuttle but we saw it out of the window right across. We walked to all our dinners. Thank you Sue for a great weekend

Our stay in this lovely apartment was perfect from arrival to departure. Sue provided plenty of information for our stay. The interior is beautifully decorated and offers plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults. Each bedroom has its own private bath...this is very difficult to find in the rental world. All the furnishings appear to be new. The technology is all new and impressed our tech savy crew. We were quite happy to cook dinner and breakfast in the spacious kitchen. All the kitchen equipment including the pots and pans looked new and in excellent condition. I love to cook to save a little cash so to find a host who cares to have decent equipment and serving items was so nice! The location is perfect! The shuttle stop to Okemo was right across the street and because we were the second stop we all got a seat. In the evening we took a quick walk to Main St. for cocktails and dinner when we wanted to dine out...no parking hassels! We'll never stay slope-side again. We've fallen in love with Okemo and with this apartment. We will be back!

Great location - right on Village shuttle. Feels very European with its compact and comfortable Ikea vibe. Communicative and responsive owner. Perfect for our family of 4 when visiting to ski Okemo. Squeaky clean for our arrival. We will be repeat guests. Thanks Sue!
