The A/C worked well. The maintenance man was friendly.

The indoor pool and sauna was indefinitely shut down, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. There was an infestation of ants in the kitchen. There was no cable or wifi in the condo as promised. The two bedrooms could only do DVDs. The patio did not have a view of the mountains and it was smaller than advertised. There were bolts missing on the railing, the curtains wouldn't open properly. All of the chairs were wobbly. There weren't enough pillow cases for the pillows. The bed frame in the one room was detached from the headboard causing it to lean. The other room had a box spring with a spring popping out of it - we had to cover with a small pillow to avoid cutting our legs. The exhaust fan in the bathroom and the toilet paper roll were broken. The bathroom door was stuck. We also didn't receive the check in emails and had to call to get the code to the property.

There are 2 things, 1 is the appliances need updated and the company didnt tell me the indoor pool and hot tub room was closed for renovations.

price is good.

the bed and sheets need to clean up because of fleas there.

The apartment was comfortable for the family of 5. It was clean and well stock with towels. It was completely furnished and kitchen was equipped.

I didn't know it was in a very high area but the view was wonderful. The buildings need a little more care, in certain areas they look neglected. The oven was still a little dirty and most of the time didn't have internet.

Close to the Aquarium which that was the main focus of our trip. We also went to Ripley's Believe It or not and walked the main street a few times during our visit.

The sofa bed was awful. It really needs to be tossed in the dumpster. You can feel the metal bars as if there is no mattress at all. And there was no TV in the master bedroom.

we had ants in the condo my kids and myself got bitten, the let out couch was broke, some of the lights were out. The bears were scary, that roam around the complex. there was no internet nor cable, plus the clubhouse was close with the internet in it.

Enjoyed seeing the the black bears right from our balcony multiple times during our stay. Condo was clean and nice overall.

Bedrooms did not seem to have good air circulation and we would get too hot at night while trying to sleep while the rest of the condo felt perfect.

The location allowed for a nice remote mountain vacation.

The property was not updated. The pictures did not match the actual property that were on the booking site. it was disappointing to not have satellite or cable. Also, could never get the password to Wi-Fi. The indoor pool was also under construction which was not specified before booking. The smoke detector also needed new batteries and rang very loudly during the stay. The kitchen appliances were old and had caked on grease and gunk which causes the smoke detector to go off when even just opening the oven.

I didnt know there was breakfest available

I didnt like that the inside pool and jacuzzi was under construction and it was listed in our description of the hotel that we would have availability today and we wasn't able to so all we had was the pool the small pool outside and also the people that rented above us was so loud stomping all night till 2 a.m. and we called and complained about it and nothing happened to fix the problem

Loved the access to laundry and the incredible views of the mountains at both sunrise and sunset.

The bear risk and the lack of internet

The view, but then there was the drive to get there which scared me to death.

NO WIFI, NO CABLE or LOCAL ACCESS TV. There were ants all over inside and many cobwebs. None of tech issues was mentioned, or I would not have booked. NO indoor pool.

beautiful location

There was a pest problem, I seen 4 roaches and in the second bedroom the mattress and pillows were nasty and stained up. Also part of the reason I choose to book there was based on the pool for my son and the pool is not open at all. this needs to be changed on your sight.

I like the location . I love how it’s high up in the mountains.

None of TV’s had cable nor worked for any channels at all . The living room Remotes were missing batteries. Had to watch movies from an old VCR set. There were dvd’s in the master bedroom, but not DVD player . We weren’t able to watch tv in the rooms at all . There was no internet connection, no hand soaps in any of the restrooms at all . Very disappointed!
