We loved the location of the property and easy access to the beach. We even got to observe sea turtles laying eggs at night!

The property has close beach access. Its such a beautiful area. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Grocery and restaurants are close. We would definitely stay here again.

Secluded enough to be semi-private, but super close and convenient to everything you could want! Quiet, clean, and well equipped with everything we could need! We made a lot of memories and found refreshment for our bodies and souls - thanks Joanie!!

The trip couldn't have been better. Owner was extremely accommodating, friendly and the place was wonderful. Great views. Listing doesn't do it justice! Would go back again for sure.

This is our second time staying and the location is the best. We can walk and bike to everything we need. The rental is well stocked with everything you’ll need for a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet other beach minutes from back door is this home. The beds are comfortable and the view is remarkable. Property was better than i expected beautiful view from master bedroom balcony, location was perfect, many restaurants close by some walkable Beach had very few people most days All appliances work well There was even a recliner that’s not in pictures which I used a lot Owners were very nice and helpful We all had a great time

This was our second year visiting Indiatlantic. Last year we stayed at one of the homes a few units down. The location cannot be beat. You are right on the ocean and in walking distance to restaurants and some shopping. The town has a beautiful small town feel and we will continue to visit it. The property itself was great. Well decorated and maintained. The ocean view is a little obstructed but honestly you barely notice, the views are still breathtaking. We did have an incident with the smoke detectors going off for no reason, which I understand is no one’s fault, but I was a little disappointed when it took the host a few hours to respond. Once we were in touch however the host came quickly and was very apologetic. Overall, I would love to return during our next trip to town.

Staying at Joanie's home by the beach was amazing, just steps from the ocean and beautiful sunrise walks along the shoreline! Spotless, spacious and beautiful beach style home design makes for a very relaxing stay here! We'll be back soon :)

Great trip with wonderful ocean views. Access to the beach was easy and only steps to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and online pictures provide an accurate reflection of the townhouse. Our Host Joanie was readily available . I would definitely stay again.

My sister and I enjoyed the calm and tranquility of this lovely beachfront property as soon as we walked in. The colors and the furnishings were the reasons it was so serene and comfortable. Being able to watch the waves from the patio and 2nd floor balcony was so nice and calming. Watching the full sunrise the first morning was fabulous, and I'm sharing all my pictures with friends and family. I would recommend this beachfront condo to everyone. It was just my sister and me, but there was enough room for at least 4-5 more to stay in lots of comfort. Great place. The beach is the draw!!

This property was a short walk to the beach, which was never crowded. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was beautiful. Everything seemed to have been updated within the last couple of years so it was definitely not outdated. It was clean and spacious for our crew of 5. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. The shower in one of the bathrooms stopped working and she had someone there within minutes to fix it. We would absolutely stay here again if we traveled to the area.

It was close to the beach. It was clean. Wish it had another umbrella and beach chairs. They are not listed so we knew they were not provided but every beach house we have rented 25 years on both west and east coast of the USA normally has beach chairs the house was great and I would definitely rent again. The chairs are just a suggestion

We really enjoyed our visit. The property was nice and clean and the location was fantastic. Lot's of things to do and places to eat close by. All kinds of interesting things going on including some cool rocket launches. We even saw Doug Flutie drive by in his new bat mobile!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and were so glad it was available again. Location is great--right on the beach, literally--and close to shopping. Place is very tastefully decorated and pleasant. Great for families with 2-3 kids, or two kids and one other adult. Only issue: kitchen seemed to be missing a spatula, so I bought one for $2.50 at WalMart. We will be back!

Unit was close to everything without a crowded beach. We would definitely return.

Everything was wonderful! House is neat & clean and beach is in the backyard. Joanie is a gracious host who took care of all our needs and answered questions immediately.

Had problems in the beginning that condo was not ready for our check in, which was annoying but the rest of the stay was fantastic! I would stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described but even prettier in person. My whole family was impressed by this property and enjoyed our stay there to the fullest.

Property: Clean and comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Location: Very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Short walk over small dune to the beach. Beach was nice and clean. The ocean was very rough, with strong undertow, at least the days we stayed in early June. Friendly beachside town, lots of shops, dining, etc. Relaxing atmosphere. Property was perfect having 3 girls and my wife. We had enough rooms, bathrooms and personal space to accommodate everyone. Best of all the backyard overlooked a long clean private beach for sunrises over the Atlantic, coffee on the patio, dinners and a party on the beach we had for our graduating daughter. It was the perfect property.

This condo was perfect. We had my parents and kids with us. The ground-floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The kitchen felt new and stocked with appropriate kitchenware. We cooked, grilled, and had takeout all from this location.The ocean view from the main bedroom upstairs is great. Beach access is easy. There are a number of stairs going down to the beach. The stairs closest were very rough, actually, just a railing with some uneven pavers. I don't know who is responsible for them so do not let it detract from the property significantly. We would defiantly stay again with out whole family.

The home was cozy and well appointed. The beach was perfect for our family. There were no crowds, the water was a gorgeous aqua and the view was scenic. Even though we were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping it felt like a mini private beach .

Wow! What a great place. We used Indiatlantic by the Sea as a home base for visiting my father in Melbourne Beach. The pictures are completely accurate, the kitchen was well appointed and the morning views incredible. Very very responsive hosts. We will be back.

This little piece of heaven was just what we needed this year. It was immaculate, even better and prettier than the pictures, well stocked and full of charm. Even though a town house, and folks were in other units, it was very quiet. Walking along the beach in evenings and mornings was soothing and invigorating. We got to see the mars rover get launched, a very cool experience. We will most definitely be back, highly recommend.
