Questa favolosa residenza cittadina di lusso recentemente rinnovata e decorata professionalmente è una VACANZA FAMIGLIA o il paradiso della spiaggia dei RESIDENTI INVERNALI! Questa unità è uscita da una rivista Coastal Living. Goditi i dintorni eleganti a pochi passi da una delle migliori spiagge della zona. Wonderful location and easy access. Ocean views on the website .... "what you see is what you get". All the essentials are there that you might need, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and showers with lots of storage areas though out the condo. Outside patio seats six with great ocean view. Beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids etc ... just make sure to wear sandals because the sand gets really hot. While we were there July 19 a turtle had laid her eggs near where we accessed the beach. Although The Beach Shack is in a condo "complex " it was quiet and comfortable - while we were there the folks next to us had a private wedding on the beach. Nice. Great hosts and very responsive.

The townhouse is in a wonderful location. It is just steps from a quiet beach and there are great views from inside - both floors. It is well-equipped and very comfortable. You can easily walk to a park, a few stores and restaurants, and it's an easy drive to anything else you can think of in the way of restaurants and stores. If you''re into surfing or surf fishing, it is the place to go. One of the owners, Dean, is a friendly guy and was easy to contact and readily available when we needed anything. It was great!

This was not our first time at the Beach Shack and it was perfect as always. The VRBO is spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. You have everything you need including the very well stocked kitchen!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love it! It has plenty of room and is close to many things.

Not your ordinary beach condo. We felt really pampered with the large Master Bedroom located upstairs with Plenty of space and 2 large sitting chairs to view the Atlantic just outside your window. The robes and slippers were a nice touch letting you sit outside on the balcony without getting too cold. We were there in Nov. for 5 days and the weather was both warm and cool. Never too hot. The appliances are top notch and there are plenty of condiments and spices. We could not figure out how to get the icemaker to work and never tried the TVs so I can't comment on that. Children (2) and 4 adults all had a very good time.

The Beach Shack is a delightful condominium. It is well cared for and the owners include many amenities.

Great property! Nice, quiet location one street east of A1A, right on the beach. Very close to shops and restaurants. With two bedrooms and baths upstairs and one bed and bath downstairs, it's a great size townhouse for a family with grandparents or for three couples traveling together. The owners even accommodated a late check out for us so we could have some beach time on our last day. We loved it and will be back!

Couldn't have asked for a better location walk out to the beach was very easy especially with a 16 month old active boy who just loved it. There were 3 couples and 2 small children we all had our own space having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice. The place had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals and beach chairs and cooler definitely came in handy. We were able to see adult turtles coming ashore and laying their eggs as well as baby turtles heading to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this place for families the experience was by far one of our best beach trips we have had.

So close to the beach ! Quiet and not too crowded . Stocked with all the essentials . Lots of extra touches like bath supplies , extra beach towels, ice packs in the fridge , board games , and sand toys. We even saw sea turtles! A++ from this Ga family ! Thanks so much for having us !!

Master bedroom view AMAZING!! The location was perfect. Everything was clean. All the beds were comfortable. The only negative that I would give is the beach stuff which was either broken or old. But with that said it would not keep me from going back there again. It would also be nice if you could lock the glass door while you were at the beach. But I would still give it a five star.

We enjoyed our stay! All the pictures do it justice. As advertised. Very clean, great view of the ocean, great access to the beach! I highly recommend and plan on returning at some point. Thank you Dean and your family for allowing us to stay at your property.

This is the 3rd unit we have rented in the same townhome complex and this is by far the most welcoming, comfortable and well stocked home on the beach. Host was accommodating in every way and reacted to a small issue immediately. Indialantic is a hidden gem and we hope to return many more times in the future.

This wonderful Beach Shack (and "shack" it is not for it has every high-touch amenity and all the comforts of home!) is off the charts amazing. The location simply cannot be beat - it is truly ON the beach which means the sounds of the ocean are always soothing the senses and walks on the beach are mere steps from the back porch. It's also close to shopping, restaurants, grocery, etc. The whole place is beautifully appointed, very coastal but not at all kitschy. Beach supplies (chairs/towels), puzzles, games - it's all there. The kitchen has everything needed for entertaining on both large and small scale. Washer/dryer are top of the line (important as we stayed one month!). Of most importance to me - each of the bedrooms is absolutely dreamy! All beds are super comfortable. Pillows and linens fresh and clean. Bathrooms spacious and appointed with fluffy towels. Stocked toiletry/essentials closet with things you might need but never knew to pack. Hosts Dean and Patricia are super friendly and responsive. Our family will definitely be back! If you are looking at this property, don't hesitate to book. If there were six stars I'd give them all.

The location on the beach was great. Hearing the ocean waves was relaxing after a long day of wedding festivities.

5 Stars and Then Some
Place is remarkable. Location is of course amazing and perfect with steps to the beach and a perfect view. It is quiet and a nice distance from the town and other activities (restaurants, surf shop, etc.). Not too close but not too far. All of that makes it worth it. But then this place adds a little more. We have stayed at various rental properties around the country and this place is one of the nicest (if not THE nicest). There are many guest-centric upgrades from the owners. Games and beach toys for the kids (or adults?!). A very well equipped kitchen (the blender and hand mixer were nice touches). Comfortable beds. Exquisitely decorated. This place is one to return to. Thanks for making it a great spot.

Beautiful location with at-home feel condo units. The condos in this select are unique because the are two floor units right on the Atlantic not in high rises. Community is excellent and not overly busy. The owner was responsive when contacted.

This property was extremely clean and neat. We stayed over Christmas, and there was a tree set up for us! This is a great location and we will definitely be back.

We thought the beds were comfortable and the view from the master bedroom was breath taking. Our unit was well equipped with everything you’d need. Very clean unit.
The grills need to be cleaned and grates on charcoal grill replaced, But that’s it.
Very relaxed stay and beach only short jaunt off the downstairs patio. We’d definitely book again and the host Dean is dedicated to make you feel welcome and at home.

Amazing townhouse!
This is our 2nd time staying at The Beach Shack! It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation from a fully equipped kitchen, cooler, beach bag, beach towels, and grill on the patio. It is also pet friendly!
It is located on a very quiet beach. It is a short drive to shopping, boating, fishing, or restaurants.

This Place Over Delivers!
Most everything about this very comfortable townhouse was perfect. The size and layout was larger than expected and it was very nicely decorated. The location was ideal on a quiet stretch of pristine beach just a few steps from the back patio. The owners have thought of every detail including great wifi and TV cable plus various streaming options. Outside a large chest full of water toys, beach chairs, clean towels and even high end vacuum cleaners and hose to keep the sand out of the indoor areas. The outside grill worked great and very easy to use. The property was very near plenty of stores, and great restaurants. It was such an added benefit and joy to bring along our dog, so that was a definite bonus! We loved this laid back town and very comfortable home away from home. We will be certainly coming back!
