This home has a wonderful dock with a large swimming platform and an excellent easy to use ladder! The pictures don't show it but the walk from the house to the dock is very short and very easy. Super nice for families of small children who need to go in and out frequently. It's location on the lake is just beautiful. The views from the house and the dock are lovely. The drive into the neighborhood was very easy and it's a lovely little neighborhood. Parking was very easy. The host was very welcoming and responsive. She provided lots of ideas for fun things to do and resources for boat rentals. Our large group appreciated the multiple bedrooms and the thought put into the space. There is a lovely screened in back porch just off the kitchen and living room that the pictures don't show. We enjoyed this space so much. We had everything we needed for cooking large meals. We enjoyed eating meals outside on the deck with the water surrounding us. There is a twin rental property next door that shares the same approach to the dock. The people renting that place were very friendly and enjoyable to be with. Sharing the dock walkway was no problem. The only weaknesses we could find about this property are the kitchen is on the small side. We often had traffic jams in the kitchen with the number of people in our group. We also had trouble storing the groceries as there isn't a lot of extra storage space for groceries for a large group. Lastly the mattresses are very firm. If you're u

This is my second stay at this lovely lakefront home. The screened-in porch offers bug-free relaxing with panaramic views of the lake. We enjoyed the large dock for some morning swimming. The home has a well-stocked kitchen and lots of space for large groups or families. Towels, linen and bedding fresh and clean. Lots of special touches - lake art, game room and big screen TV’s. Really enjoyed our stay!

The place was so much more than we expected. Beautiful, roomy, warm and inviting. Watching three generations fishing off the same dock was priceless!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this fantastic Lake property. We've normally not spent time on the west side of the Lake and really enjoyed it's quiet atmosphere. There was still plenty for our crew to enjoy and the house and dock were fantastic. The host was great about accommodating our two doodles and they enjoyed their first trip to the Lake also. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in staying in this part of the Lake of the Ozarks area.

Wow! We had a wonderful week at this really great Lake home. We had a large family with 10 of us (6 adults and 4 Kids) plus two dogs and there was plenty of space for all of us across 5 bedrooms and two nice living room areas. The kids loved the downstairs with the air hockey, TV and games. The house was very clean and stocked with needed cleaning supplies, trash bags, coffee pods, plenty of towels and some basic food items salt/pepper and few spices. The kitchen isn’t huge but it had everything we needed to cook several large meals. The location is a nice spot on the lake with truly beautiful sunrises. The large dock is super. We utilized the boat slip to tie up our boat as well as the PWC lift. Although the dock is shared with the next door neighbor, there was plenty of space on our side of the dock and both sides have huge swim platform and really nice Wet Step ladders. We swam and enjoyed the dock every day and the kids caught several types of fish off the dock. A great feature that was not pictured was the large screened in back deck. So nice for enjoying the lake view with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our communication with the host was great and she has done a great job of making this home so nice and comfortable as well as functional for a large group. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

Property was spotless! Set up was perfect for a lot of people. Dock are was wonderful to just hang . Response time from owner was top notch!

Location and view beautiful. Home away from home no doubt. Everything you needed was provided. Great space, decor was very nice, felt comfortable right when walked through the door. Elizabeth is a great host and her care and about your stay can be felt throughout the home. It was soo hard to leave ...will back again. For a longer stay for sure.

I felt the description and pictures were misleading. There were differences from the pictures to the house. It was not just a shared bridge to dock, it was a shared dock. I had no information on the boat, had to figure out where to put it in the water. The spider webs were downright ridiculous, we had to buy a broom to be able to get out the door to get to the dock. They don't clean them that's for sure. As for the house, lighting in one room had only a 15 watt bulb! Downstairs there were numerous bulbs out. Towels...bring your own, there are not enough to begin with and the ones there are stained. The bedding is old and stained. One bed had a bug in it when we arrived. The hot pads are old and one has a hole in it, my daughter burned her thumb. There are zero kitchen towels. The bathroom downstairs has only a hand held shower option. Most alarming was when my daughters got there and were having trouble with the entry, the neighbor walked over and punched in the keypad and opened the door for them. The owners were responsive and helpful every time I sent a message so no problems there. Overall, for the price we have stayed in MANY properities much better then this one.

The home is in great condition. Two levels makes it attractive for kids and adults. The foosball and air hockey were a big hit! Kitchen was very well equipped. Choice of screened porch, covered patio, martini deck and dock for outdoor activities. We hope to return this fall.

This cute house Came with an incredible view right on the lake. Plenty of outside and inside space to enjoy your time there. The owner was so easy to work with and accommodating.

We loved the location of this property, and Elizabeth was quick to respond and easy to work with. Having the dock with a slip was definitely a great amenity. We loved being able to keep our boat there and relax and swim from the dock. The property did accommodate our party of 10, but was not super clean or organized. We had issues with the shower in the master bathroom not draining.

This property is great for families and/or extended families. The multiple bed rooms and bedding configuration was perfect for our extended family getaway. It has great views of the lake as well as a nice doc for the kids (and adults) to swim off of. Elizabeth was great to work with and very responsive.

Not what we expected we are used to stand at timeshare properties where everything is up-to-date and very clean. The windowsills in every room had dust on them. Shower door in the master walk-in shower fell off I’ll taking a shower the door seemed to be too big for the area. When we were about a half hour away from the property we received a call from The host of The property letting us know that there was a problem with a septic, we could not use some washing machine until Monday was told to limit the time for showers and tell that could be fixed on Monday. Later the manager of the cleaning service came to check things out and said the septic had been out for three weeks also she said to dust the window sills was deep cleaning also the oven was dirty also the refrigerator. Went to use a frying pan and it was terrible should have been thrown away and replaced also the cookie sheet was the same way. I almost fell on the steps going into the doorway as a middle wood is loose. railing is loose on the front stairs. There was a big hole in the drywall in the basement bathroom. The cleaning manager said we would get credit the cleaning fee as the condition was not acceptable it could not have been clean before we got there, but as of yet I have not seen any credit back on my account. The comforter in one of the bedrooms Was staying and should’ve been replaced. The king size bed in the master bedroom mattress probably to be replaced as it leans on right side and not very comfortable to sleep on. The house just needs some TLC thank you Sharron Harvey

Amazing view so close to the water. House was laid out great for me, husband and four young adult kids. We rented a boat and wave runner and the facilities were great to keep them right there with us. House was decorated very cute.

My high school friends, their families, and I wanted to start an annual tradition of meeting by the lake a weekend every summer. This place made it easy for us to start that tradition. It was perfect.

Wonderful week-end to spend with family! We came from Quad Cities in IL and Pella IA to meet up for fishing and relaxing. Home was just as expected. Some family fished and others visited and relaxed. Great time for our 3 generations group. This is a beautiful area!

We had a great time at this home. Plenty of room for us all to spread out for Thanksgiving. Home was as described, quite a few spiders and cobwebs everywhere, but that did not stop us from enjoying this beautiful lake house. The beds were amazing! Plenty of naps were taken during this 6 day stay. We left well refreshed, had most of everything that we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner, and even got to enjoy time on the dock with the beautiful weather.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful lake front home! The kitchen is well-stocked , bedrooms comfortable and the two-level layout gives everyone lots of space. We loved the screened-in porch, the large decks and the sound of waves lapping on the shoreline. The home is beautifully decorated and we will definitely make plans to vacation here again!

Kids and grandkids got together to celebrate their mom/grandma's 70th birthday. The house was large enough for the 13 of us to not feel like we were on top of each other the entire time. The dock was great. From the kitchen and bathroom supplies, grills, grilling supplies, first aid kit, etc, the house is very well stocked. I packed a lot of things that other rentals do not include and was pleasantly surprised to find that I did not need most of it. We would definitely recommend.

Beautiful lake house inside and out with plenty of room for a family gathering to the lake. It was very convenient to many amenities around the area by road or water. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. I would recommend this place over and over.

We stayed here last summer for a family vacation, and decided to come back this year for my 41st birthday with friends. Elizabeth was amazing and accommodating as usual, and the property was comfortable, well equipped, clean, and perfect for our group of 9. Thanks again for hosting us, we’ll be back again for sure!
