We love staying in this townhouse, it’s clean, beautiful area and it’s quiet! The hosts are so wonderful! They’re the reason we continue to come back! It’s a wonderful place!

Both beach and drinking water were contaminated. No drinking or bathing water available.

In town with 2 adult kids for a few days. Easy access to the highway. Not far from imperial beachfront (we drove). It is a nice townhome, looks brand new!

Really enjoyed the townhouse and it’s location. It is only 5 minutes from Silver Strand Beach and 15 minutes from Coronado. Also lots of restaurants in Imperial Beach. Easy to hop on I-5 and get downtown. Hosts were great and kept in touch. Great place to stay with family.

The townhouse located just within 15 min from beautiful Coronado beach. There are other beautiful beaches nearby. Everything you need is within couple of minutes drive including shopping, restaurants, gas. The location in near San Diego and all the fun activities. The property has everything you need and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would book in the future

Spent four nights here with my parents and two daughters, plenty of space, clean & great access to anywhere in and around San Diego. Had a great time with all the comforts of home.

Everything was perfect and exactly as advertised. The hosts were very attentive, checking in via text to make sure everything was OK. The location is great, with a nature path for walking, running, or cycling. You can get a day or week pass at IB Fitness gym across the street and there are lots of other amenities nearby. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures of the place don't do it justice. Plenty of room, clean and great location. They are well stocked with everything you need. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner here, ibet a little died down from our normal. There's a great trail to walk and so close to anything you need. The owners were GREAT!!!!!WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

We stayed here for a work trip. This is a wonderful property and the owners were very accommodating. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our small group of 3. I would absolutely book again.

This townhouse was bright, clean and modern. I was perfect for our group of 5 adults who were in town to attend a retirement ceremony at the Naval Base on Coronado.

This property is super clean! The area is safe and is just minutes from the Hotel Coronado. The owners were very communicative and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully furnished and there were complementary bathroom amenities, such as soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste/toothbrushes. I would definitely stay here again! Absolutely wonderful property!

Modern townhome community that was well maintained, safe, and comfortable. Owners were great!

The condo was clean and spacious. Garage parking for 2 cars was a plus. We had room to relax here. Close enough to all the SD sites, but a quiet neighborhood.

Great place for my family to relax at night and easy to commute to Navy beach and Silver Strand. We will be back soon. Owners were very welcoming and made sure we had what we needed.

Everything beautiful and clean! Well organized and the rooms are very spacious! The only thing we wished the showers had more hot water and better pressure! We would definitely stay again!

The rental was roomy and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Also for us, it was well located to the project we were in town for. The owners are very friendly and provided some nice touches to the space. It was very affordable and we feel fortunate to have found such an excellent rental.

Very well kept and spacious townhouse. Only a 20 minute walk to the beach or about a 7 minute bike ride with a great bike rental place near by. Would highly recommend staying here.

Check in was a breeze. The bedrooms were nice and roomy place was very clean. We were there for a funeral so most of the time everyone was at the townhouse. Very private and secure. Stay here you won’t regret it. Thank you Nataliya ❤️for being so gracious and kind.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is very clean, spacious, new, well run and in an excellent location if going to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home!

Unit was super clean! Lots of kitchen supplies so we could cook. Someone had taken the second garage remote so we only had one but it was workable. The water faucet in the garage was very useful to wash off. Closets were large enough to put a pack and play in. Having a high chair and pack and play for the babies was great! Drive to Coronado beach was not too bad.

Have stayed in Harold's and Nataliya's places the last couple of years and they always treat us like family...looking forward to staying there again soon.

Our family spent 6 days at this townhouse. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Easy to work with and did not pressure to do a bunch of things as we left like most VRBO owners. Location is a 10 minute drive to Coronado. There are some restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores but had to drive. We did not find it to be in a walkable distance with a family to anything. Definitely not walking distance to the beach or anywhere like expected. The stores to walk to are across the main road which I couldn’t do with my children. Location otherwise is good. The house is spacious, very simple. It was very clean. Doesn’t have bells and whistles. Scarce in many ways. Plenty of towels and things to take to the beach like umbrellas, a boogie board, sand toys. The kitchen is lacking many things if you plan on cooking while at the stay. Bring all oils, spices, etc. Its a regular coffee maker, you will need to bring ground coffee, creamer, sugar. We had a very limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Owner brought us a few extra tp and bags. Washer/Dryer is very old so I struggled to get it to work. The Master bedroom is very large. No dresser for our clothes and only a couple hangers in the large master closet. I wished there was a dresser so I didn’t live out my suitcase all week. The night stands are tables so no storage to keep things. I also would have liked a chair of some sort to relax upstairs in the master rather than going downstairs to the couch. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Owners were very very sweet and made it relaxing.

Property was clean and quiet. Owner was very responsive. Pictures truly represented the home. Criticisms: the bedding was hot to sleep in - would recommend an upgrade - and Mattresses could use updating in the 2 kids rooms. Imperial beach has a sewage contamination which was inconvenient - we drove north to find better swimming opportunities for the kids. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you.

Me and my family had a great time. We were so close to everything. Rental had everything we needed. Very spacious and beautiful home. Nataliya came by to meet us and make sure if we needed anything to let her know. Definitely would stay here again.

15 minutes from San Diego downtown, 2 minutes to the beach, extra everything you may need, equipped with everything (including extra new toothbrushes) like a 5 star hotel. Best VRBO stay I have ever had.. see you again. Nice work !!!
