A great stay and very cooperative when I needed a later checkout. Having a bar on property was great for relaxing without having tingo elsewhere.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn during Labor Day weekend. Overall the stay at the Hampton Inn was fantastic The lobby and rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was in close proximity to the beach. The first night in the room, the vent in the bathroom was very loud. I contacted the front desk to report the issue and maintenance was quick to respond and fixed the problem. At checkout there was an issue with my price since I booked from a third party website; however, staff resolved the issue for me and credited me the difference. The Continental breakfast had a good variety and the food was delicious. I would stay here again during my next visit to IB.

Perfect place to stay for a bike ride to the beach & Coronado Island.

The stay was comfortable and nice. The staff was very friendly and made the stay better. We had an issue with the plumbing very early in the morning but we were able to figure it out. The only thing I did not like was that they did not service the room on a daily basis. This meant our trash was very full. Other than that everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Large room, easy access to everything, one had one desk chair and lacked a night stands on one side of one the beds. They did bring two additional chairs, used one as a night stand.
Great breakfast and the had apples out for snacks all day, nice touch.Thank you Mia for your service and the bar tender was great.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and professional. The room was very nice, both spacious and clean. Next time visiting San Diego we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located in a nice and friendly area.The first night I had to request a new mattress.Because the one that was on the bed was pretty worn-out. Housekeeping change the mattress without hesitation.
The night before our checkout, I gradually move the mattress from the headboard and I notice a lot of hair and crumbs between the headboard and the mattress. I was pretty disgusted. I did inform the front desk. And she stated that she would address this situation immediately to the housekeeping department.
After discovering this hairy situation I was disappointed after paying $1,400 for 4 nights. The desk clerk did offer points towards my rewards membership with Hampton Inn & Suites.
I will think twice before I will booked again at this location 771 Palm Ave Imperial Beach California.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff very accommodating. It was a convenient location for us to visit family and also for sightseeing. We were able to walk to shopping and dining.

Its pretty distant from everything or anything near downtown San Diego, getting to the border to Mexico is almost impossible without a car and the manager and asst manager were promoted beyond their grace or host quality.

Arrived at 11:30pm. There was outside security who directed us to the hotel. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. The pull out bed mattress was really thin so my 17 year old preferred to sleep on it as a couch instead.

Our king studio suite was perfect for our little family! We brought our dog with us and gave us plenty of room to play with her inside and make her comfortable as well! We had everything we needed and the place we so clean! We absolutely loved the fact that the hotel is walking. Distance to lots of food options near by! I highly recommend! Even though there are many signs to take your valuables from your car due to theft, we luckily did not experience any theft. You just have to be diligent in keeping your valuables out of your car.

Everything went well except the little refridgerator inside my suite was not working and the power went out inside the hotel for on 3/26/2024 for about 30 min and had to take the stairs to get back to my room
