Bella casa sulla spiaggia con vista panoramica sull'oceano e passerella privata, situata sull'isola di Palms. Questa casa del sud è situata sotto vecchie querce dell'isola e decorata con allegri colori della spiaggia e l'arte di Charleston. La cucina ha un piccolo bar per la colazione con ripiano in granito. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8 persone ed è aperto sul soggiorno. Il soggiorno è aperto con TV a schermo piatto e posti a sedere per tutti. Uscendo sul portico dello schermo ci sono sedie a dondolo e tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con amaca.
Al terzo piano è una master suite con una spaziosa camera da letto principale con solarium privato, bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni. Backyard offre un grande spazio verde per giochi di famiglia. La proprietà ha una meravigliosa passerella privata dal cortile attraverso le dune che consente l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Questa struttura offre una griglia a gas situata sotto la casa (i serbatoi di propano possono essere cambiati presso il nostro ufficio durante il normale orario lavorativo), WiFi e biancheria inclusi. Non fumare o animali domestici per favore. Il camino non è ad uso degli ospiti.

Property was in excellent location. Liked the path out to the beach! Needs updates almost all windows said could not open with signs. Screen was fully ripped off one side of porch and just hanging there from storm 2 weeks earlier had to call management to fix twice. Like island realty for most part but could we check lights and remotes and replace these proactively for guests before each visit. Every year we go in August and by end of season half the bulbs are burned out, one out of 4 remotes has working batteries. Would just like to see some proactive efforts so I am not constantly calling to fix things.

We had the best time swimming in the surf, pitching a sun shelter tent and having a great place to talk, walk and visit. We also enjoyed watching the Olympics. The house was not new, but very adequate for our needs.

The house was clean, well supplied, and comfortable. Although the home is older and somewhat worn we can attest to its sturdiness as a tornado passed with ion 150' of the house! Weather wise the whole week was a challenge but quick access to the beach enabled us to take advantage of every break n the storm. Great location!

Wonderful accommodations/location to the beach. The home was clean with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable linens.Our one negative experience was a coyote attack when walking the dog! This animal was relentless charging at my niece and her dog and only succeeded reaching them by me screaming and charging back. Very Scary! A tragedy averted, thankfully!

Great location & comfortable home. We enjoyed the screened porch!! Does need to extend boardwalk to cross the marsh & muddy back yard. Now, the walk requires walking through water and mud to get to the amazing beach.

We had a great long weekend and this was the house to do it in. Even though there were neighbors to the immediate left and right, the trees and large yard made it seem like our own isolated place on the beach. Nice older beach house, plenty of room, great views and wonderful large screened in porch with plenty of seating. The yard is unbelievable for croquet, bocce, soccer ball, football, etc. The ONE drawback, and not really a drawback if you are aware and plan for it, the parking is tight. I will absolutely stay here again and again.

The house was in an excellent location. Overall, it was clean with nice furnishings, but the downstairs bathrooms were dated. A definite problem was that the air conditioning was not fully functioning. The technicians indicated that the unit was on its last legs and was in need of being replaced.

Great house on the beach. Quaint house from the 1970's. Some trouble with ants. Bathroom/kitchen fixtures are original to the house and it showed. Backyard was excellent. Easy access to the beach. Overall, we would stay there again.

As is common for beachfront rental homes, this is a homey, but rather aged residence on an extremely valuable piece of property. Large back yard. Nice screened-in porch. Parking arrangements were remarkably difficult. Wi-Fi signal was somewhere between weak and awful (another common theme- why can’t beach rental homes provide reasonable Wi-Fi?). Minor maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Impressed with the management company’s communication.

Great house! Would absolutely return. The beach access is without parallel. Yes, it could use a little updating of bathrooms and upstairs carpet. But the place is well maintained and the important stuff like kitchen appliances are all good. Nice grill, too. If you rent this house, you will spend your time on the beach and in the well appointed deck area overlooking the water and a football field sized lawn. Only leave to go to the grocery store.

Overall wonderful ocean views & great location can not be beat. However, this house is in dire need of updating! Old carpet in bedrooms, old bathrooms & dated kitchen need refreshing. Heat worked well, massive front porch & yard were really enjoyed! We really loved the front yard, huge! Played soccer with our 2 year old grandson. Only other con is that there were two large dead cockroaches on the living room floor when we arrived. Looked like no one had checked the house before we arrived. Beautiful trees in the front yard. Check in was a breeze as it always has been with Island Realty! We love renting from them!

We loved this IOP rental home! Perfect location close to the grocery store and restaurants and right on the beach! The boardwalk over the dunes made for picturesque views, but was a just little tricky going back and forth from the house with little ones. The home had plenty of space, but I do wish the kitchen had some brighter lighting for cooking. We LOVED the screened porch and hammock! Everyone in the family agreed that was our favorite part of the home. Our children loved being able to play and ride their bikes on the slab under the house, too. My mom did mention that there was mold in the shower in the colorful queen bedroom on the main floor, and the bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to open the door once inside. That said, We’d definitely rent again!

We booked this home for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. Positives: great location, large screened-in porch with rockers, hammock and table, a huge backyard with private boardwalk to the beach. Negatives: the kitchen is dated, awkwardly designed. Cooking was challenging in the space. Refrigerator is old and rusted on the outside. The decor, which appears to once have been carefully designed and lovely, is worn and cluttered. Blinds broken and fell off window in bedroom. Plumbing fixtures are dated. The backyard grass was a foot high. I requested that it be mowed on Monday morning, not mowed until Wednesday so it was unusable until then. Overall, I expected a nicer experience for the price and was disappointed. With some updating and love this place could be stunning.

Great place to be on the beach with just the right amount of room for a family gathering after a couple of rough years. Huge yard for the kids to play and a nice private walk to the beach. The sound of the ocean on the back side of the house was uninterrupted by a pretty busy road in the front, which you could barely see through the beautiful live oaks. The parking was fine with a little maneuvering, smaller cars win here. All in all a very nice time, lucked out with the weather too. :) Great porch overlooking vast back yard and dunes.

Great location! The some faucets were backwards for hot and cold, finally figured that out (last day).Driveway is no turn around except on grass, could be wider.There was a hole in the screened porch (I put paper there so no animals could possibly get in). We did have something come up on the porch while we were sitting there.I thought it could have been cleaner. Bathroom floor upstairs looked like it could have used a sweeping.The cleaning service came at 9 (just so happened we were leaving at that time) don't know if they would have come it while we were there or not.

Absolutely perfect oceanfront setting. The screened porch and the grassy lawn are the best assets of this house. Unfortunately, the 80's decor is fading fast and since our visit last year, it appears a bit neglected.
