I stayed here with a small group of friends/family, and we had the most amazing time! The location provides privacy, relaxation, and is the perfect distance from town. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and stocked with everything you could need. The wrap around porches and large backyard was perfect for soaking up sunshine or reading a book. Mark’s hands down one of the best hosts. Mark was very responsive, super flexible, incredibly friendly, and provided some awesome Nantucket recommendations. This was a beautiful, stress-free getaway that I highly recommend!

we had the best time at this property. I have been coming to Nantucket for years and staying in rentals and this was hands-down, the best the house was well equipped, and had absolutely everything we could have needed and more and mark was extremely responsive and the best host I would absolutely stay again.

The house was in perfect condition and communication with the owner was seamless. It was so close to the venue we needed to make it to and not a far drive from downtown at all. And a reasonable price for our group on top of all that. I would definitely stay again!

From checking in to checking out. Everything was absolutely perfect! If there was a higher rating - Mark’s home would deserve it. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. We had a family dinner pre-wedding and a welcome cocktail hour the following night. We brought 10 x10 tents and lights in case of rain - which the East has seen a lot this summer and the yard lends itself perfectly - large and level.
The home is in an ideal location - quiet neighborhood but close enough to bike (our 7 year old grandson did the ride multiple rides - to town -Cisco- the ferry & beach). There are bike paths everywhere.
The weekend was better than I could have imagined much of that had to do with the help Mark gave us over months leading up to our son’s wedding — including a reminder to reserve the car ferry! Which was key.
All in all it was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Our family had a wedding on Nantucket and this was the perfect house for us! Everything we needed was there, very comfortable for the 12 of us!! Can’t wait to go back!!

A wonderful place to stay the location is off the beaten path, provides privacy, intimacy, relaxation and space. With three kids it allowed then the space to run around and be just that, kids.

The whole family loved our stay in Tom Nevers. The property was beautiful, with multiple wraparound porches and impressive views of the ocean. The kitchen had all the equipment, pans and tools we needed, along with a massive and brand new grill on the porch. The 3rd story loft was private enough for an adult to sleep. We opted not to use the detached apartment, but it is a great option for mixed family configurations. We walked to the nearby tennis court several times.
The host was very responsive and informative. We highly recommend this house for families who enjoy peace and quiet and scenery!

Wonderful family house ! Plenty of room especially when you add the apartment. We were 13 people 8 adults and 5 kids and we had room. Lovely yard and decks! The outdoor shower was a big hit!!!

Perfect weekend getaway for groups
Stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn’t love the property more! The house was gorgeous, extremely clean and there were tons of space for my group of 10. The host was delightful to work with, answered all questions and even gave some great local recommendations. I’ll definitely be back next summer!

Perfect weekend stay
We really enjoyed our weekend here in Nantucket. The house was very clean. The only thing that would have been nice was if there was coffee/condiments in the fridge and extra toilet paper/paper towels accessible. We looked in the cabinets and closets and couldn’t find any. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend it everyone!

Perfect house for a Nantucket friends trip
Beautiful property with plenty of space. We had a group of 10 and there was room for us all. The house is located in a private area and has great amenities to enjoy the property (sound system, grill, plenty of kitchen space, etc.). Would highly recommend.

We were a large group of friends (10) on the island for the Christmas Stroll.
The house is beautiful, clean and extremely easy to get to - we had a rental car. Mark made the whole process extremely smooth and un-hassled. Loads of space and the views from the house are gorgeous - especially at sunrise/sunset. Would definitely recommend this house.

Wonderful Vacation Home
Spacious and clean vacation home located in a quiet part of Nantucket. The bike path is just down the road and beaches are 10 minutes away. The owner and property manager quickly responded whenever I had a question. Highly recommend this property for large groups.

Great
Mark is a fantastic host - he's very responsive and makes sure you have all the necessary information prior to arrival to enjoy a stress free trip.
The house was immaculate when we checked in. Our group got lucky with a few nice beach days and we really enjoyed our seafood dinners out on the porch at sunset. (I suggest the take-out clambake from Sayles Seafood).
The property is spacious and everyone was more than happy with their sleeping arrangements.
We'll definitely look to reserve the house again next summer!

Getaway
The most perfect girls’ getaway! The house was beautiful, fabulous views and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Kitchen was well equipped and owner was super responsive. Only a 15 min drive from downtown and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Great home with beautiful yard and outdoor space!
Mark's home was perfect for our group of girls and offered what we were looking for: sleeping space for everyone, a yard/deck that provides ample opportunity to spend time outside. Check in and communication were also great!

Bachelorette weekend
This property was so clean and beautiful! We had such a nice stay. There were 12 girls and it was extremely comfortable to have everyone sleep there. Mark was an incredible host! Extremely attentive.

The views from the decks are lovely, the house was very clean and our host, Mark, was super easy to communicate with. The location is quiet and serene but also just a quick 15 min drive into town and 10-15 min walk to the beach

An Absolute Must Stay !
This property was the highlight of our trip to the island. It had everything we needed and more. The view was spectacular we never wanted to leave the deck. I highly recommend staying at this property and hopefully will stay here again in the future!!!

Wonderful property for group
This property was great for our group of 11. Everything was clean and the property provided plenty of space for all of our guests. The owner was extremely responsive and provided all the details we needed to ensure a successful trip to the island. We had a wonderful stay on Nantucket!

Great property - perfect for large groups of friends or family!
This home was exactly what we were looking for! The house had comfortable accommodations for our group of 13 and an ideal deck/yard to enjoy a view out to the ocean. The owner was exceptionally easy to work with and the check-in/check-out process was seamless.
It is a short ride (10 mins or so) into town, but we had no problem with UBER and public transit, and we enjoyed being removed from the occasional masses of people that Nantucket can attract.
Definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely beautiful property and views.
Five couples on a motorcycle trip. We spent two nights in Nantucket in this great home. House is extremely well maintained. Best part was an outdoor shower that was great - hot water with cool evening temperatures! About 20 minute walk to the beach. Recommend highly.

Lovely home in a great spot!
This home is in the perfect location to get into downtown Nantucket in about ten minutes and Sconset in five. Both have great aspects to them and lots to do. There are endless beaches to go to that are fabulous and an easy drive from the home. Our large family comfortably fit in this beautiful home using both the main house and coach house. We had everything we needed and loved the spot. Mark was very great to deal with and any questions we had were answered right away. Definitely a great spot!

Beautiful Home!
This is a great property and a good location, not far from town and center of everything! We stayed for the Christmas Stroll and had the best experience. This house is beautiful, well kept and comfortable for my large party! Mark was great to work with and always reachable when I had a question or concern about the property! Amazing touse, Mark's the best!
I stayed here with a group of friends/sisters stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party and had an amazing time. Mark is fantastic, super responsive and the house is gorgeous with plenty of space, especially the beautiful deck and lawn!

Perfect stay in the perfect house!!
This home was wonderful to stay in. It very comfortably fit 14 people without folks being on top of each other. It is very well kept up and has a ton of different porch areas that you can sit out on to enjoy the ocean view.
Not only that, but there is a large lawn where you could host a party or play lawn games or anything else you may want to do! The kitchen is large and was easy to cook for a lot of people (and also had every kitchen supply you could possibly need).
Mark was a delight to work with, he was incredibly responsive and very helpful both before, during, and after staying. I would highly recommend staying in this house if you are considering a visit to Nantucket - you will absolutely not be disappointed!

Amazing!
I couldn't have chosen a better home to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday with family and friends. The home was spacious and and we never felt like we were crowded in any of the shared space. When it was time to call it a night we had the luxury of using the carriage house. It is just as charming, but on a smaller scale. The views are amazing and the home is very well maintained with up-to-date amenities. If you are looking for a secluded Nantucket home that offers plenty of space, do not overlook this property!
The owner was also very easy to communicate with. An overall GREAT experience!!!
