Great 3BR + Loft Condo in La Vista Blanc Near The Park and the new Hockey Rink
I condomini La Vista Blanc si trovano sul bordo sud-est di Mammoth vicino alle montagne Sherwin e vicino al Mammoth Creek Park. Il complesso condominiale è ben tenuto e si può raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, negozi, escursioni e la navetta che offre corse gratuite per la stazione sciistica e tutto il Mammoth in inverno. Ci sono molti ottimi motivi per visitare Mammoth. In inverno c'è sci, snowboard, sci di fondo, slittino, racchette da neve e motoslitta nella vicina stazione sciistica di Mammoth Mountain e June Mountain. In estate ci sono escursioni, mountain bike, pesca, golf, canottaggio ed equitazione nella zona. Il Mammoth Creek Park si trova accanto al condominio ed è un ottimo posto per far giocare i bambini e fare una passeggiata. Il condominio ha un facile accesso alle piste ciclabili locali e lo skate park si trova a circa un miglio di distanza. Puoi anche fare una breve gita in auto al Devil's Postpile National Monument. In tutte le stagioni è possibile raggiungere a piedi ristoranti, film, caffè e vini. Il locale preferito The Stove Restaurant è a circa cinque minuti a piedi dal condominio.

Our stay was great. We had three couples, each with infants aged 12-15 months, all on different schedules. The condo had plenty of space for everybody to spread out and was quiet enough from exterior and interior noise for everybody to sleep soundly after a full day of playing in the snow. It was also well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. On top of that, the beds were surprisingly comfortable for a rental cabin and there was a nice view from the living area. Rick was very helpful and quick to reply to any messages. We would definitely stay again.

Condo is nice size for 10 people comfortably. Great kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds. Really close to Mammoth shuttle stops for easy access to the mountain and close to Vons and other places to eat. Rick is a great host! He was attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at this condo!

All of our extended adult family enjoyed the place. Very clean with everything we needed. Three bedrooms with overflow loft area was perfect. Only downside was the lack of laundry, but found the common laundry across the street conscientiously if you can find an open dryer. Great location and close to the resort. Great communication with the manager. Perfect location from the mountain and amenities. More than enough space for the whole family. The individual space heaters were great for the current conditions. I would highly recommend this location. I am saving this spot as a favorite place to stay.

The home is very cozy and nice. And the location is great, we walked around the corner for the free bus pickup to the slopes and to dinner a few nights. Plus the owner Rick was excellent with communication and even called before our stay to see if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here!

I enjoyed the property and location. It was centrally located and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time. The only issue we had were the stiffness of the beds. I wish they were more conformable. Both me and my children found them to be hard and uncomfortable. If I went back, I would stay there but likely bring our own pillow and a pillow top for the mattresses.

This was a wonderful cabin to stay at. We had a group of 9 adults staying in this cabin. A few key items worth noting:
-The owner (Rick) was incredibly responsive and even reached out to us leading up to the trip to make sure we have everything we needed.
- The kitchen is very well stocked and clean. Plenty of cups, mugs, plates, cutlery, and cookware.
- Heating the unit was very easy and straight forward. Make sure to use the ceiling fans to help circulate the heat.
- The storage locker outside helps a ton with gear storage.
- The was a boot dryer in the closet which was a nice surprise.
- Very short walk to the shuttle stop and the surrounding stores.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Rick was very nice and the cabin was great for 9 adults.

Comfortable place to stay in Mammoth
The unit is centrally located which makes riding the bus to the ski resort straightforward. Stop 4 on red line will get you to the village or main lodge depending on how far you take it. Restaurants and stores are also conveniently close, the late night/evening shuttle also services this spot, something to consider if you're going to be out drinking or what have you.
The unit was well appointed with towels, bedding, etc etc and everything was clean. Coffee for the coffee maker and wood for the fireplace were nice touches. I'm not sure if these are leftovers from previous guests or stocked but it was appreciated.
Rick was nice and easy to correspond with. Access is easy via keypad on the door. There is a storage outside the unit for skis and boards, also convenient. There was a bit of a miscommunication on checkout procedure but Rick was a gentleman about it. Would stay here again, thanks Rick.

Had a great stay! Property was a good size. Was very clean. Close walk to shuttle stop #4. Closest to eagle lodge. Close to the Vons. The owner was very polite and helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Fun with friends
Our family came here with another family. We were a group of 10 and we all stayed comfortably. The condo is in a great location. Close to Vons, Eagle and the asking trail. We cooked and watched TV and hit the mountain. It was perfect! Rick is a great host. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped. A family of 5 and 4 had plenty of space. Kids loved the loft! Rick was very responsive and helpful before/during our stay. Bring your own spa towels unless you want to use your bath towel.

Had a great weekend at this condo. The space was big enough to comfortably house our 7 person group. It was very close to all the restaurants, eateries, & grocery store. It was very convenient to get to Eagle Lodge. We hope to stay again on a future trip to Mammoth.

Communication was on point
Rick was so great with the communication. He was quick to respond to all questions and he also reached out of me ahead of time to make sure I had all the info I needed. The condo was roomy, kitchen was a bit small but other than that, it was great for a large group. My group had a great time here.

Very nice place
Stayed at Christmas 2021 winter storm. Very nice property. Clean and staffed with all you need for kitchen cooking. Enjoyed cold winter evenings with the wood fireplace. Very nice area to walk. Fish, Bike, Hike and Golf in Mammoth
Had a week with my family in Mammoth and enjoyed the perfect summer weather. This condo is perfectly placed in town. I was able to golf in the morning, hike mid day and Mtn Bike or Golf at a variety of locations close by. If you are thinking of bringing your family and want to enjoy the best of Mammoth; this condo has the perfect location and amenities.

Cozy place
This was a nice little condo with all the comforts that one needs in the house. We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed our stay in the house. The condo is upstairs so if you have kids, you might have to control them from running around and making noise. Over all a pleasant stay, ample parking, quite and nice, walkable distance from shops.

Great condo, great location
The condo was situated with easy walking access to the Mammoth Shuttles and less than a mile from local grocery store. The condo was clean and accommodating. Rick even called two days prior to arrival to make sure we had everything we needed to know for our ski trip for my sons my Birthday. Will stay again.

Mountain getaway with exceptional snow
Rick's condo is the perfect mountain getaway. It is very clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable and once you get the heat going, it is warm. The fireplace is the highlight though -- it was wonderful sitting around it, toasting smores, etc. after a big day on the slopes. There is a ski closet outside to keep the skis in and every appliance you could possibly need in the kitchen. Its a super short and easy drive to Eagle Lodge Lift at Mammoth and to the grocery store (Vons). Only thing to note, is there is not a laundry machine in the unit, so make sure you pack enough clothes.

Perfect Cozy Place
Perfect family friend stay! The rooms were nice and spacious. The decor of the room literally makes you feel like you have Mammoth right inside. The view is beautiful and everything was close by. Definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Great place and location!
Easy communication with Rick before and during the stay which is always a huge plus. The place was perfect for 2 families + 2 adults. It was clean and the beds were pretty comfy! The location was great - close to the market, shops, and to surrounding lakes. Will definitely look to stay again!
