This is a well equiped property conveniently located to the Old Mill district and the Hayden Homes Amphitheatre.

The place was very clean and organized and close to shopping and restaurants. The only thing that didn't meet my standard was the quality of bed mattress..it was outdated and was not firm enough for me.

Where do I begin? I usually do not give bad reviews of my vrbo’s but, folks, this was one of the worst Vrbo I’ve stayed in. I’ll list the pros first. Super deep garage, adequate air conditioning, lovely new washer and dryer. That’s about it. Cons: windows were filthy inside and out. Same with window tracks. Disgusting. When we pulled out the tv in the living room to watch some Olympics with the family I was shocked to see the dust that was behind the television in the entertainment area. The bean bag needs to go. I’m not sure who would want to sit on that. Your dining room table underneath the glass is gross. Seriously I could go on and on. Threadbare towels, a curtain in the master to separate the bathroom and the bedroom? No extra toilet paper. Stains all over your white carpet? In the master shower, there were pubic hairs, slime in the soap holder, and soap scum on the shower doors. The sinks didn’t drain properly. You honestly need to throw away the purple dryer because it is a fire risk. The entire back of the dryer becomes extremely hot and could burn someone if they weren’t aware. The stovetop was dirty. The rug in front of the kitchen sink had stains all over it. The guest towel in the bathroom needs to be thrown away. Honestly, this house looks like it was lived in heavily in the 90’s and then you decided to use it as a Vrbo investment. I’m not sure why you keep getting great reviews to be perfectly honest. We were extremely disappointed. And I don’t say that often.

The condo was clean and comfortable and convenient to the Old Mill area, Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and restaurants along the river. I will stay here again next visit.

This townhome is in a great location in Bend. Walking distance to the river and beach. Minutes drive to downtown. Was super clean and all the amenities you need. The bunk bed room worked out perfectly for our kids to stay in. The big garage even fit our truck!
The only reason I’m giving a 4-star is because the master bedroom bed is pretty uncomfortable. I’m not that picky, but it wasn’t great. My wife ended up sleeping on one of the bunk beds. A simple mattress topper would help make it more comfortable.
But everything else was great. We’d stay there again and again if the bed situation changed.

Love that the Old Mill District was within walking distance. There were 3 of us and we all had our own comfortable bed. Parking was also easy, one of our cars parked inside the garage and the other on the street. The neighborhood seems safe and was very quiet.

We came for a concert at Hayden Homes Amphitheatre, and this location was perfect for a short walk down to the venue. Great for families, too.

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was a 10 min. walking distance from a few restaurants a shopping center. Would recommend driving to Old Mill District shopping and restaurants - it was at least a 30 min. walk to those, but worth the stay. Property was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed with our two adult children, and they were fine sleeping in the double bunk beds. Thank you for the great stay!

Clean, uncluttered space that was great for a weekend away with the family. Very nice if you want somewhere close to the Old Mill/Amphitheatre/Riverbend Park etc. and right off the highway.

The place is clean and has a nice long garage for your vehicle. This space is definitely better for 1 couple with children and not for 2 adult couples. The main bedroom is comfortable and has a double bed. The second bedroom has bunks that could essentially sleep 5 people. However, the bunks are VERY low and are there for you to hit your head on. I think it would be nicer to have 1 bunk and have the queen bed not have another bunk on top of it (since the max amt of people to stay here is supposedly 6 anyway).
The couch is comfortable, dining table nice and big, kitchen is small but usable. There is a bean bag that might be good for kids, but not great for sitting. It also smelled a bit like dog. The gas fireplace is very nice and cozy. The fridge opens away from the kitchen which doesn't work very well.
It is very close and walkable (straight down the street down some steps) to a large shopping area and the water, so you can get there and to old downtown Bend walking pretty easily along with several breweries and restaurants.
I would rent it again if the second bedroom had a better arrangement for adults to sleep.

This house is located perfectly, it’s close enough to town for shopping and right in the old Mill District! Close to restaurants and a lot of fun activities! There are so many sites to see in Bend.

Great location and great owner
This place is great if you are staying in Bend especially with a young family. We stayed with our 12 and 8 year old daughters and it was perfect. Bunk beds upstairs for the kids, they loved it. The property is very clean and is located very nicely to the Mill District - 5-10 mins walk. Rob, the owner, was great with the communication, first off giving us tips on places to go and then texting us to tell us the location was ready earlier than the usual check-in time. Prior to us getting their he informed us of an issue with the guest room shower and while this wasn’t a big deal for us, he informed us, when checking in, that it was fixed. All in all a fantastic location and a fantastic rental experience with an owner that obviously cares. We will definitely be back!

Amazing weekend!
My four friends and I rented this property for the weekend and had the most amazing time! It’s a perfect location and a short walk from the beautiful Deschutes River Trail and Old Mill District. Only a mile from downtown and less than a 15 minute car drive from beautiful trails and hikes.
The place was perfect with a great setup and very clean. Rob is the best host and very kind and communicative. Couldn’t recommend this place more and I will definitely be returning!

Location, location, location
Rob was great before, during, and after our stay. He communicated everything well and thoroughly. Old Mill District is a short 10-15 minute walk down the hill and downtown is a quick 10 minute drive. Home was spacious enough for my husband and I along with our four kids. My daughter wasn’t too keen on sharing a room with her three brothers but they each had their own bed and the room had its own bathroom. No A/C, but it cooled down quite a bit in the evening so we just slept with the windows open. Quiet neighborhood and close to main streets for easy access around town. We’ll definitely be back soon.

Super location and great host. Super easy and very well maintained. Could use AC and some fans due to the excessive heat, but that wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

Excellent property with location close to river, old mill district, and Old Bend. All except Old Bend within easy walking distance. Old Bend about 10 min drive, or longer walk. This property was well stocked with cooking pans and utensils. A double deep lockable garage to keep a car and bikes/water toys was a great bonus. Excellent mountain biking and paddleboard etc opportunities very close by. We are outdoor people and this was a great home base. Owner was very helpful both through email and by phone. This property has the feel of a home that is lived in by the owner instead of a stripped down rental only unit that other properties that we have rented in the past often have. Will definitely try to stay here when we return to Bend.

Great location and the right price
A great spot 5 minutes from Old Town shopping and Drake Park floating. Price was definitely a bargain. Was warm at night and could use a little AC unit downstairs.
