Questa unità 1 camera da letto ha il fattore wow ed è un posto assolutamente da vedere per sfuggire alla città. Situato in Mission Laghi con piscine, golf e divertimento in famiglia. Aggiornato nel 2009 con pavimenti in legno, mobili da cucina, bagno aggiornato, finestre con doppi dolore, porte francese nella camera da letto.
Questo appartamento appena ristrutturato con una cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno con TV 40 pollici, Apple TV e divano che può essere trasformato in un letto supplementare, grande terrazza con vista panoramica della montagna e tramonto eccezionale, parco con fiori e piante con barbecue zona dove si può gustare un pasto.
Il condominio è completamente attrezzato per rendere il vostro soggiorno una grande vacanza con internet wireless, piscina riscaldata, campo da tennis, club house, un parcheggio gratuito.
Nidificato in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda al fondo della montagna in un campo da golf vicino al I10 a 10 mn o zona commerciale, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e farmacie.

Nice location, very quiet and easy access to Palm Springs. We had all the amenities needed for our 5 day stay.There were some heavy footed residence above us at 5 am each morning, but otherwise the complex was fine.

THE HOME WAS IN IMMACULATE CONDITION. THE OWNER WAS PROMPT TO RESPOND WHEN I INFORMED HIM OF OUR ARRIVAL TO THE PROPERTY; HOWEVER, WHEN I MESSAGED HIM TO LET HIM KNOW THAT WE HAD LEFT THE PROPERTY AND MENTIONED HOW SATISFIED WE WERE, I NEVER RECEIVED ANY REPLIES BACK. OTHER THAN THAT, OUR STAY WAS THE BEST EVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WE MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE THINKING OF COMING BACK SOON!

Great Snowbird Getaway
We had a great stay, the condo was very comfortable for the two of us. Location was great, easy access to whatever we wanted. Pool and hot tub made the stay very enjoyable. The owners were very attentive and helpful with any questions we had.

The unit is basically falling apart , cabinet doors hang wide open the floor is lifting up ceiling is cracking ect , if you use the heat/ac or bath fan the unit smells strongly like cigarette smoke . The walls are paper thin and the neighbours are very loud and would play music or argue into the night . We where quite disappointed the pictures and reviews made it seem much nicer than in was .

The room was as described, we ate dinner at the clubhouse restaurant Saturday evening, it was delicious, they even had live music!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The location is convenient to Palm Springs (15 minutes) but a quiet neighborhood. Amenities are a plus to a relaxing stay. We had a glitch with the electronic lock but the owner was responsive to get things resolved.

This was our first visit to Palm Springs and found it to be incredibly beautiful, especially Joshua Tree National Park, a short drive from this condo. However we would probably not choose to stay here again as we found it a little out of the way. Our choice, should we return, would be the Central Palm Springs area or the La Quinta area. The condo was reasonably comfortable but was in need of a good cleaning. The area was incredibly windy (windmills everywhere) so much so that sitting by the pool for a few hours was out of the question. Palm Springs sits protected out of the mainstream, and was always calmer. A car is an absolute must for this location.

FIRST TIMERS IN PALM SPRINGS
This was our first visit to Palm Springs and found it to be incredibly beautiful, especially Joshua Tree National Park, a short drive from this condo. However we would probably not choose to stay here again as we found it a little out of the way. Our choice, should we return, would be the Central Palm Springs area or the La Quinta area. The condo was reasonably comfortable but was in need of a good cleaning. The area was incredibly windy (windmills everywhere) so much so that sitting by the pool for a few hours was out of the question. Palm Springs sits protected out of the mainstream, and was always calmer. A car is an absolute must for this location.

We stayed in the condo at Mission Lakes and found the stay enjoyable. The pool was very close to the unit and so was the laundry. If we were down in the Palm Springs area, we would probably take a look at the rental again from Pascal.
