We loved the pool being so close to the cottage. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having the beach chairs that were in the closet and the hose to wash the sand off of our feet when we came back from the beach.

I’m hesitant to say how great this property is because I’m inclined to keep it all to myself. But in all sincerity, the property, location and property owner are top notch. Don’t hesitate to book - just not when I want to stay there!

Great location, close to beach and amenities. Cottage was ok but the living area was very cramped . Storage area in kitchen for dry goods very limited. Bathrooms need towel racks. Closet and drawer space was limited by excess linens and towels stored in them. The kitchen faucet leaked water

On location and neighborhood, I'd give this 6 our of 5 stars if I could. It felt like we were centered in the midst of all the best restaurants. And a short walk to the beach was just the best.
The property was very clean and set up very well. There were family games provided. Also, and I was happily surprised by this - there were seasonings and spices in one of the cabinets. We are certainly going to plan on coming back but not in November!

Perfect house for a relaxing weekend with friends. Two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Nicely decorated and clean close to restaurants and walks on the beach. Steve the own answered any questions we had promptly.

My sister and I really enjoyed our time together. We spent a lot time sitting on the porch and talking! The whole atmosphere was so relaxing and we were so happy to have a beautiful safe place to relax!

It can be hard to find a stand-alone unit for a smaller family, and in the past I have rented houses with more rooms than needed just to have access to a nice house. With prices having gone up after the pandemic, I looked for something smaller for my family, but still nice, and this was the unit I was looking for. We had an HVAC issue the day after we arrived, but Steve (owner) was very prompt in getting it fixed. Everything is as advertised, and the pool area is better in actuality than the pictures.

I really do not like leaving bad reviews but I emailed the company who handles the rentals and they did not respond to the email.
We arrived and the sheets had makeup stains on them and the comforter was disgusting. We had to spend the first hour of our vacation washing the bed linen.

This was our second stay at this property. The place was very comfortable and nice and stocked with everything needed for our stay. We had to call the owner with a question and he responded very promptly and took care of the issue.

This property is steps from the beautiful Atlantic Beach. Having the dedicated parking spot was terrific! We just loved the property, including the cozy couch for watching Sleepless in Seattle. Great kitchen, great property!

We found this property to be clean, comfortable, in a great location and with a pool that was perfect for our children. When one small issue arose, the property manager resolved it fully and in a timely fashion. I did find it a bit odd that we were expected to clean all linens and make the beds with fresh sheets prior to check-out. I'm used to a service doing this however, it was clearly outlined that this would be our responsibility at the time we booked so, I knowingly signed myself up for this task :) Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with the experience and plan to book again in the future!

Mother and Cousin Retreat
My Mother and Cousin enjoyed their much needed retreat. Mr. Steve was very attentive and extremely helpful. I was very nervous as I had never booked anything like this and had never used Vrbo. I can truly say that the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend staying at any property that Mr. Steve has.

Holiday Get Away
We had such a great time at this property and visiting Atlantic Beach after Christmas. The property was a block from the beach and within short walking distance to beach shopping, good dining and just a relaxing time. The property had all the amenities needed to enjoy a great time at the beach and was nicely decorated and comfortable in all ways. We look for to another visit in the near future

Fantastic stay
I’ve been coming to the bungalows for years and this was the first time renting #4. The unit is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable! Steve was very easy to rent from. He made the process seamless. The bungalow overlooks palm trees and a pool with just a quick walk to the beach. We had such a relaxing week. It was perfect. Thank you Steve!

Nice property and manager
The property was nice and in great location right next to beach access. They property is well equipped with supplies. The manager was super responsive and very pleasant to work with. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars was because the price was a little high and there was a very large water bug in the kitchen the last night of our stay.

My friend and I stayed for a quick getaway mid-week. It was the perfect location. Well appointed, great decor, super clean and within walking distance to everything you would want for a beach trip. We will definitely recommend and book again.

We loved that it was a very short walk to the beach from the unit. Our 7 and 3 year old enjoyed the stay too and they were able to make the walk to the beach just fine. This house and the complex is so neat and tidy! This unit is well laid out and is a good use of space. Plenty of extras there already like garbage bags, soap and extra toilet paper. The decor in the unit is beautiful. The kitchen was very efficient and I liked the granite counters and nice appliances. I was shocked at how most days were so quiet and tranquil. The pool is so nice in the middle of the complex and is literally steps from the door of the unit. I like the assigned parking space so you don't have to wonder if there will be space when you return from dinner. Most mornings we would sit on the front porch and drink some coffee and enjoy the breeze. We will definitely rent here again if we return to Atlantic Beach.

Lovely Rental
The Bungalows in the Grove are in a great location to walk to so many activities & restaurants. The Key West Bungalow that we visited was grand and stocked well. The owner was exceptionally nice and generous in working with us. Hopefully we will get to stay again in the future.

Execellent stay
Overall great stay and easy to rent. Great location in walking distance to the beach and other things to see. House was decorated well and had many amenities such as the basics- toilet paper, garbage bags, ziplocks, dishwashing detergent to get us started. The only nuisance was the size of the bedrooms. It was hard to manoeuvre around and storage was tight. I would stay there again.

The property was everything as advertised. Cozy clean place with wonderful pool and great service. Owner, maintenance etc was very accessible and attentive. Absolutely loved my stay here and plan to come back soon! So close to beach and walkable to several restaurants. Highly recommend

Key West Bungalow was a home run for me and my spouse on our 28th anniversary. New, great location, well appointed, well stocked with new kitchen items, and more than clean enough to make us feel safe during a pandemic. The design and size was all two adults could ask for. Owner made the booking and check in process as simple as I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely be back!!!
