Nice house, clean, well equipped kitchen great location to walk around Los Olivos. Tranquil comfortable back yard deck.

The pictures on the site are not accurate and appear to be very much out of date. While the back yard is nice there is no hammock the furniture is not as shown. The deck benches shown are stacked next to the front parking area and they look like they have been there a long time. The etched glass on the front door is not there it has been replaced with a plane piece of glass with no curtains so if someone is at the front they can just look into the house.
The refrigerator and pantry need to be cleaned out. The fridge has a lot of stuff in it like half used bottles of expired salid dressing. The pantry had crackers in it that had expired two years ago that we threw out.
The driveway is so steep that we were unable to walk down it. The back parking area is better but the hill leading from itis also steep. We had to drive every time we left the house .

2 couples over the age of 40 for a long weekend. Parking was easy, one full bath on first floor and the second full bath on the second floor - both in the hallway.
Location was walkable to everything in Los Olivos - truly perfect.

The house is a great central location for wines of Santa Barbara county. For 5 adults it was enough wine glasses (always an issue) and the kitchen was well stocked. Our biggest issue was how very dark the street was at night. We walked to dinner several nights and had to use our flashlights to get back.

Our family stayed for several days after Christmas. The lay out of the house fit our needs and the location was just right. We had fun walking through town for wine tastings, shopping and dinner.

My husband and I flew back to California from Indiana to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and also my mom‘s 75th birthday. We spent three nights and four days in los Olivos and each time we stay, it just gets better. We will definitely be back. The property was a great fit for the amount of people we had. The only issue for us was the steep incline of the property made it a bit challenging for my dad at times.

The house was big enough to accommodate our family, great walking distance from Los Olivos downtown and had good Wi-Fi. However, it was not stocked with enough kitchen items to cook with, and the lighting throughout was the house was very dim. The house needed a good cleaning as there were spiderwebs everywhere inside and out. The shower and the kitchen faucet needed new attachments. As every time you turned on the kitchen sink it would shower you with water and the nobs in the showers where marked wrong as the cold was the hot and the hot was the cold. The lack of outside lighting and the parking area was up a very steep hill that made it hard to park and find your way to the front door at night. The location of the house was right across from a auto repair shop and it was hard to get through the alley way to get up the hill into the parking area of the house with all the broken down cars in the way. The homeowner controls the temperature and would not allow it to go lower than 72 which made it really hot on a warm day as we had asked to have it lowered and was told that it does not go lower than 72. The backyard with overgrown, and made it hard to enjoy with all the spiderwebs and bugs around the grapevines.

The best location for wine tasting in Los Olivos, just a brief jaunt to the first tasting room. The home is lovely and comfortable. Will be returning!

This is a great location to walk the village of Los Olivos and do some winetasting. The house was comfortable and well appointed. The only negative for me was no washer and dryer. When you were staying somewhere a week it is appreciated to have access. Reviewing the listing none were promised so it was not false advertising just something I have come to expect.
