If anything the pictures don’t do justice to this property. The view is tremendous and the design of the house maximizes the views. We could literally sit all day in the living room or on the patio and just look at the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked several meals here. The bathrooms are expansive and well-appointed. The location is close to many shops and stores although I’d save walking for cool days. Grand Canyon a 2-hour drive roughly and very doable. Susan and Peter super hospitable and responsive. Would stay again for sure.

Location, VRBO, Sedona all was fantastic !! Hot air balloon ride was nice. Hiking was our favorite, beautiful! Great restaurants. Went to alot of fine dinning., but also found senor Bob's right down the road. Went 3 times for lunch. Great burgers homemade fries. Just a little hole in wall but rock on sandwichs

The house was perfect with stunning views of Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock. It was well equipped and very clean. The location was very easy to get to restaurants and hiking trails. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day hiking. I would definitely stay at this house again.

Three of us came out for a retreat and picked this beautiful home to stay in. It was perfect for us and we had an amazing stay. The location was close to our retreat which was great for us. The view was fantastic and we were just in awe of the breathtaking beauty that is Sedona. We got to see some birds and some javalina which we absolutely loved!
We had a question about something and had to contact the owners once and they were speedy in their response and so helpful and gracious. It was truly great to have the opportunity to stay here, I would do it again in a heartbeat! THANK YOU!! :)

The house was clean and spacious, the patio wonderful to sit on and to enjoy the view. Quiet location yet close to everything in Sedona, a big supermarket in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped, but most of the knives were dull and difficult to cut with. Lots of instructions for everything. We got a surprise visit from the owner on our first night.

First of all, I prioritize communication over anything when booking a place and these owners are absolutely incredible (I've booked over 100 places throughout the years so I've learned a lot). Furthermore, the cleanliness and view from the property are top notch. If I could buy this gem from them and move in asap, I would in a heartbeat! :-) Well stocked kitchen/bathrooms/laundry, warm comfy towels, heated floor in the master bathroom, cozy fireplace on those chilly/snowy nights, hot tub for our aching legs (60 miles in 7 days), outdoor area to enjoy the warmer days and did I mention the view?!? We also enjoyed the local trails from the house and appreciated the instruction sheets/recommendations from the owners for other things to do, places to eat, etc. I visit Sedona 3-4 times a year and would definitely rent this amazing place again without a doubt! Just wish I didn't already have places booked for July and December already! :-( Thank you for EVERYTHING Peter and Susan!!! We appreciate both of you so much and will definitely be back!

House and location are fantastic! Close to town and trailheads. Only issue is lack of doors on bathrooms plus open space above the bedroom doors creates lack of privacy when using bathrooms and bedrooms. As wonderful as this house is, would not choose this house for our next stay in Sedona.

What a lovely getaway! The large and cozy home was a perfect Sedona spot for our group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. We all swooned at the view every morning and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and heated floors.
Check-in was a breeze. The home was very clean and quite. And the location is perfect for easy access to all the West Sedona sites and grocery stores. We loved being so close to trailheads in the neighborhood. We were happy with the restaurant recommendations - Javelina Catina really does have the best margaritas and fajitas.
Like other guests have noted, there are no doors to the large en suite bathrooms nor shower curtains for the showers which made things a little awkward - the king bath got especially slippery - but everything worked out.
I would definitely stay here again and you would love it too.

Property was beautiful. Inside all the amenities you could want were available and beautifully designed and decorated. Used fireplace to take chill off in evening after spending time on hiking trails or atv (ing), hot tub was a welcome delight to keep those muscles limber and prepared for next adventure.
But outdoor scenery with red mountains in background and patio to sit and watch light changes on mountains was incomparable.

The house is beautiful and just as described. The views from the back patio are stunning — including seeing hot air balloons every morning as we enjoyed our coffee. Super close to many trails, including some trailheads you can walk to from the house. Our family of five loved staying here! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Sedona.

This Sedona home is absolutely wonderful! The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home with our family of 4 over Christmas vacation week. We are avid hikers so this location was perfectly located, walking distance to several local trails and a short drive to others. We hiked every day and never tired of the beautiful red rocks. The home was so comfortable and clean. We loved coming home to the hot tub every night! The heated floors were an added bonus too! Such a nice property. Communication with the owner was very easy and helpful. Check in process seamless. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!

This home is absolutely breathtaking! Even after seeing the pictures, I was very pleasantly surprised. We arrived after dark so when I woke up the first morning I just stood there staring at the view from the wall of glass that is the living room. The morning light lit Thunder Mountain and brought it alive with color. Unbelievably beautiful! It’s also a great location and the house is gorgeous and has everything you could want. We will be back for sure.

My two college friends and I met here for a long weekend. We drove to the Grand Canyon one day and to The Petrified Forest another. This home was close to the destinations in Sedona, there was great hiking a 1/2 mile walk from the house, and the home was clean and well-appointed. I'm super picky about the smell and cleanliness of the home, but I was impressed. Thank you!

The view is all about Sedona beauty. The accommodations beautiful and quirky (only one bathroom has a privacy door to close) and utilities Best run during the day as they are noisy after bedtime. Hot tub spectacular. Full moon delights but kept stargazing at a minimum.

This house is perfect for your Sedona vacation. Perfect location to get to all the things easily but out of the traffic! And the views are just stunning. The house is lovely and has everything you could need. The owners were helpful with tips for our adventures!

The house was clean and up to date with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Check in was super easy. Reallly the only minor issue for us was that there was no blinds or curtains on the front windows which felt unsafe and being a dark sky community that kind of freaked us out a little comming from an urban environment. Also, there are no bathroom doors in the master and junior suites for whatever reason. Other than that it was great. We would stay there again.

Our group of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 teenagers) enjoyed 4 nights at this beautiful house last week. The house is located in a very convenient location with Safe Way, Walgreens and starbucks just around the corner ( liternally) Not to mention the patio offers the most stunning view of Red Rock ( both sunrise and sunset) The house is also extremely clean and beddings are super comfortable. Most importantly, the house is only 15 minutes drive to many popular hiking trails and Jeep off-road trails. Overall, we loved our stay very much and it definitely made our Sedona trip extra special by staying here. Look no further, book this now !

The minute you walk in, the view out the back window is breathtaking! The location is close to so many different destinations and close to all amenities. The house was clean and comfortable, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. Even if you hang out at the house, you still feel like you're experiencing Sedona with the gorgeous mountain view. The pictures don't do it justice.
Peter was a great host. Check-in was super easy and all instructions for the house were very clear.

Wife and I stayed for 5 nights. Magificent view of red rocks( Permian age 275 million years old)
from the terrace or hot tub. Pristine interior and high quality of everything. Luck had it, I was doing fieldwork to the west of Sedona. But the property listed was peaceful and big help.
