This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The pool is great for kids and minutes away from the beach. The house was clean. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The only we ran into was that they must have been replacing the microwave. There was an open hole above the stove. There was no fan for the stove. Luckily we didn’t use it much. They did provide a microwave but no one told us that there was an issue. It would have been nice to know if someone was coming to replace the part or give us a heads up before we checked in to the condo. With all that said our family really enjoys staying here and we will be coming back again!

Overall very happy with our stay in another Surf Court property. This is our 4th stay in Surf Court. 32 could use some updates on appliances and cookware but besides that is a great space. Over the stove microwave quit working mid week. Seashore staff as always were courteous and solved the issue quickly which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful condo and well-maintained. We have stayed in surf court for 30 years and have always been very pleased. Seashore vacation staff were always very helpful and informative. This was a great vacation experience and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful week and this property worked out beautifully for our family of 6. It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. We loved the location. Easy 10 min walk or bike ride (3-5 min) to Coligny Plaza for coffee, ice cream and shopping and to Coligny Beach or the Alden Lane beach access. We rented bikes for the week and biking on the beach in the morning and evening was a highlight of our trip. We hope to come back!

Overall, it was a great experience the management company for check in was nice and very helpful and the rooms where clean. It is in a great location to the beach and shopping, we vacation in Hilton head about 3 times a year and this was one of the better places to stay.

I’ve been coming to HHI for 25+ years. I only discovered Surf Court a couple years ago. We love Surf Court. We had an amazing stay at Surf Court 32. It was very clean and every thing was as pictured. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo couldn’t be better for the beach and town access. The layout was nice and spacious. The beds, linens and kitchen essentials are in desperate need of updating, but otherwise a good place to stay within walking distance of the beach.

The townhouse suited our needs perfectly. We were 7 adults and their was plenty of room and flexibility for all of us. My spouse and I had the third floor ensuite and we let our adult children, one boyfriend and another adult sort out their beds. The sofa bed was deemed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed (just be aware that there are no staples like salt, pepper, sugar in the age of Covid) and we very much enjoyed the outdoor seating. It's adjacent to the pool and other patios so I can imagine it might be noisy in the middle of summer but perfect end of March. On the map the beach is across the street, but in the way of Hilton Head it is an easy half mile walk and very beautiful. Don't miss Kenny B's for Beignets a short walk away. Communication with the management company was easy and uncomplicated.

Nothing that ruined the stay, as we really were only there to sleep, but I would not rent it again or recommend. Although the master bath was updated with a nice walk in shower with nice tile... there was black mold on much of it. I bought cleaner and cleaned the majority of it off myself. It came off fine. Just an issue of poor cleaning. The master bedroom in particular had a musty smell that would not go away and carpet over very uneven floors you could feel. There were holes in some walls and blinds that wouldn’t work. Again just an overall feeling of disrepair and not properly maintained.

Overall great place
Overall this was a great place - well located and nice three bedrooms. Big problem: second floor shower/bath didn't work. (Undoubtedly fixed by now, but a problem to discover on the evening of a wedding when five of us had to use one shower.) This is also not a place to stay if you're a cook. Otherwise - great value.

The location of this property is great. The location is perfect - short walk to beach, short walk or bike ride to shops, and away from the crowds. The property was nicely updated, and we liked that parking was just outside the front door which was very convenient for bringing in luggage and groceries.

This updated condo overlooks the complex's pool and is across the street from a walking path to the beach. It is also walking distance to Coligny Circle. The perfect location! The living room, kitchen and bathrooms have been updated in this airy 3 bedroom condo. It is perfect for one or two families. The kitchen is adequately equipped but could use some additional serving pieces (bowls, large plates). Very comfortable stay.

Loved it so much...we extended our trip 2 extra days!
I traveled with my young sons over New Years and we had a wonderful stay in this unit. It’s not a bad walk to the beach and we found a great park that is also close by and a very short walk. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. I cooked some and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The only thing that could make this unit better would be a refresh/update of the bedding in the master and queen rooms. Otherwise the condo was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to stay again.
