Feel confident renting from this home owner, she’s very responsive and extremely accommodating - a pleasure to work with! Property is centrally located and never more than 5-15 minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beaches and an easy drive to Sebastian or Ft Pierce. Very safe neighborhood too! We enjoyed our stay, thank-you!!

Property is great. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Answers fast. Everything was really positive. Yard is huge and fenced in. Outside property is maintained very well. Every week is pool maintenance and yard maintenance. Close to everything and not even a ten min drive to the beach. Good for dogs!!! Owner assisted me right away with any issues. If this help others , I made a mistake and didn’t read everything. It states it’s a smoking house in the listing. We don’t smoke so this was hard for us but we opened windows and sprayed.... And as stated they did list this in the listing and my fault for not paying attention. The only other issue but as I stated most was a positive experience was previous renters before us must have not been good renters. They broke some things and didn’t clean up after their pets well. When we did a walk thru with one of the owners he showed us some things they did. They also must have broke the springs in the queen size mattress as well. I felt some of this should have been addressed before we got there but the owner assisted us as we were there and were very helpful. We picked only some things to be addressed as others were less important to us. The owner had a cleaning crew come in right away for us. I would stay here again for sure even with the smoking issue as the house is set up great for what we need and local to everything. Thanks.

In my opinion the owners of this property are only concerned about making some extra income. The property had had a makeover in 2014 (probably when it was purchased) But being a property renovater i can testify how cheaply it was done. From bathroom sinks with no j traps, to kitchen cabinets covered with adhesive vinyl face coverings. (...the kitchen base cabinet door actually fell off during our stay, easy fix would be to have a decent independent trash can in the kitchen, $39-$49 cost) But here's the real kicker that broke the camel's back - the 2nd & the 3rd of 3 bedrooms didn't even have a dresser in them!!! (What do I tell my guest I had coming???) Well, I was told by the owner that they could just put their personal 's on the one top shelf in the one hanging closet!!!! That's what guest had had to do. Is that ridiculous or what??? After going round with the owner, rather then working together to solve this problem, (its called good customer service relations) he told me I could go buy one, but he wasn't going to!!! (a $29-$39 fix at a second hand store) See what I mean, obviously just in it to make some extra bucks, but apparently their hearts aren't in it to really serve their clients, or they just don't now how to.

It was amazing thanks to Jane we had a great time we didn't expect the yard to be so big and great for the dogs and kids, also the pool was kept clean all the time. Its located in a great area in the heart of Vero Beach we were close to everything and great fire place.

We stayed there for a month and we couldn’t ask for more! If you look for a peaceful place, you got it, games in the pool and the backyard, you got it. Barbecue, you got it. Place was clean and comfortable, and Jane is really nice and very easygoing. I highly recommend it for everyone: families, couples, friends. Thank you so much Jane!

The house worked out perfectly for us. We have family in Vero and we were only a few blocks away from them. Communication with Jane was great she responded within minutes. The only downside was as other reviewers said was the tv, only a few channels to watch.

Nice home in convenient location with a pool. House has everything you may need to feel right at home. This was our second stay and we love the large fenced yard and screened patio to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets.

Jane was great. The house was everything we needed and more for our month stay with our cats. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and just like all the other stays it was wonderful. We always have such a lovely time it’s difficult to leave. Jane was great about answering any questions we had and making sure everything is to our liking. The house had everything we needed while in Vero. Just a fantastic place for a quiet get away. The neighborhood is so quiet we felt we were the only ones around! Amazing can’t wait to stay next year! Thanks

What you see is what you get. The home was in a good location, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The home was VERY CLEAN upon arrival and had basic supplies for several days or more. The pool is good size and well maintained. The yard is all grass, cut regularly, fence makes it safe for kids and pets. The home does not have a lot of frills, but is roomy and would work quite well for a family. I would have liked to have seen a better cable tv package, but we caught up on our reading, and wifi was ok for us. The hosts Jane and hubby (sorry terrible with names) are the best. We had a minor issue with the AC and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We stayed for a month but for shorter or longer stays it would be ideal for a small family.

This was our second time staying here since we loved it so much the first time. This is the perfect Family Vacation Home. The kids enjoy the pool and the yard to kick around the soccer ball. Jane and her husband are amazing renters. Thank you for letting our family make memories in your home!

The house was perfect for our needs. We loved having the pool and being able to have the dog with us. Nice quiet location. Karen and her husband are lovely people and very easy to work with. The beds were very comfortable. The other furniture was pretty, but quite uncomfortable for my old bones. Need a little bit bigger dining table. Still, a great spot! Excellent price!!!

Jane was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our inquiry. The house is in great shape, very clean and gives you that home away from home feeling. We like it so much we asked to extend or stay. Unfortunately she had the property already booked. I can say for certain that the next time I travel to Vero, I will be make sure that I contact Jane to rent her house.

We really enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The rental home was perfectly situated for a family of four with two small dogs. Our children loved the swimming pool and the backyard is HUGE with plenty of clean space to run around! Jane made sure we had everything we needed and showed us around the property when we arrived. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever vacationing in Vero Beach.

Words can't describe the way the owner worked with us during our relocation to Vero. The house is fabulous. Pet friendly, Clean, large rooms and a great king bed in the master. Spacious covered lanai and huge, sparkling pool. Quiet neighborhood just minutes from the beach and excellent dining in the quaint, downtown Vero Beach community. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. Yes, come stay here. You won't be disappointed and may not want to leave!!

Lovely home with pool in ultraquiet nabe. Felt very private with big fenced-in backyard. All comforts of home. A little out-of-the way if you want to be near beach or shops but nothing more than 20 minute drive.

We had a great stay. The space met our needs as a family; the kids loved the pool; the screened porch and yard are great; everything inside was new and clean; we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood close to amenities. Our stay in Vero was excellent. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in your modern home. Jane went over and above answering my questions of where to find different items around town for our entertainment. This trip we were celebrating my son's 8th grade graduation and brought 2 other boys with us. The house was spacious enough we could easily enjoy some quiet time reading or relaxing by the pool. The house was well stocked with every day essentials and if we needed anything or had any questions all the numbers were provided in a nice location by the door. We will absolutely stay in the house again next year and even debated if we could squeeze another week in this year. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Carmen

This home was a great find in the awesome seaside city of Vero beach..We really did enjoy our stay. It was very clean, comfortable and centrally located to beaches, Parks, Theater, Museum and some really great restaurants. It exceeded all our expectations.

Home had new appliances, new bathrooms and new furniture so everything was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with needed items. Sheets, blankets and towels were in very good shape. Owner was very easy to reach. However, the futon in the office was only suitable for one small child, not adults or older children. Would be great to have a real bed (even twin) in that room! And the queen bed needed a mattress pad.

Our family stayed for an extended time. The kids loved having the pool. The backyard is large, fenced in and private. Its a quiet neighborhood with hardly any traffic. It's located close to downtown Vero. We enjoyed shopping, art shows, dinning out and the beach. The owners were great! They were very helpful with any questions. I recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a private relaxing stay.
