This apartment is spacious. Nice living room, separate dining area, two bedrooms (master with sitting area) and second bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was spotless and all furnishings in very good condition. The location is across from the university, and a nice walk (under 15 minutes) to Old Town and the Mississippi River. Communication from host was excellent. It is on 2nd floor with exterior access stairway, would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. A good experience. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and stayed here for the weekend. Perfectly located near campus, restaurants, and the downtown area!

This apartment was in a great location, you can walk every where. We were in town for SEMO football, we walked to the game and to dinner. It is decorated very cute, no noise problems on Broadway. We will definatly book this again.

We stayed at the loft this past weekend and we cannot be more happy about our stay! The place was awesome!! We were able to do an early check-in time through the owner. Her communication was always quick and very accommodating. We found the loft to be so comfortable. It’s huge too! The owners really went out of their way to put a lot of extras throughout the place just in case you may have forgotten something; extra travel toothbrush kits, soaps, blow dryer/curling iron, sewing kit, etc.. We didn’t need to use any of these but the appreciation of the extra details wasn’t lost in us. The loft was neat and clean when we arrived. And the retro decor was really neat. The one and only thing that I might change on the place is the shower head. It’s a little wonky and you have to point at a funny direction to get it to spray where you need it. But the water pressure was great and the water was hot the entire shower so it’s definitely not a deal breaker. Overall, I would recommend this place again and again! It was really a great place! I believe we’ve found our go-to place when we stay in Cape!

Loved the decor and enjoyed having the room to spread out in lieu of a hotel.

We stayed here for a cheer event at the college and it worked great. BONUS POINTS for proximity to a Vegan Restaurant! Good location and fabulous communication with property manager. I would have liked to know that the entry was a up outdoor stairs. Not a problem but I was confused until I figured it out.

Property was clean and has been well maintained. Close proximity to campus, restaurants and riverfront. We used Uber all night and our total for the night after 3 calls was less than $20. I Recommend this property

Perfect location and the host was perfect!

First impression was "That's a lot of stairs." (My mom has bad knees and if I had known it was on the second floor, I might not have booked this unit.) As we walked in, it reminded me of Grandma's house but was very clean and it didn't take long to make ourselves at home. Furniture was comfy, more than enough bedding, well-stocked in every way! There were notes regarding the wifi-password which was nice! Communication was great from Jo - I was lacking a bit because it was a crazy week for me - but everything went perfectly! They also provided an extra air mattress so my husband and I didn't have to share a twin bed (THANK YOU AGAIN!!). I'd book again - as long as my momma wasn't with me. :)

Location is in prime position and it’s the perfect amount of space for a group of friends to enjoy a weekend in Cape!

I stayed for 5 weeks and had a wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean and had everything you need. The property owners had great communication, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend checking out the bike trail, SEMO athletic events and the downtown area.

Very nice house with good location. Within walking distance for food and entertainment. ONLY drawback is the steep steps to 2nd floor but was not an issue for us.

The outside is a bit sketchy, but the inside is beautiful! The owners did amazing with the decor and making it feel a little like home. They’re very good with communicating & directions. Would stay here again!

Large apartment. Clean and many amenities. Recommend it highly. There ate 2 staircases; the wooden one is better if you are older. The mental one is a little steep. Would stay there again.

Very clean, with a retro theme. The only bad part of the stay is the entry to the apartment. Its on 2nd floor, and pretty much a fire exit stair way. I would not recommend elderly or disabled people to rent thus.

Perfect place for us to stay while attending graduation at the college. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host was very friendly and wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We were there for a baseball recruiting camp. It was close to the college and field. The apartment is older but was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would highly recommend.

We will definitely be staying here again! It was the perfect size and place for us during our short time there. During our stay there was a car show and cruise down Broadway. Many people were lined up and tailgating along the street. It was SUPER loud with a lot of peeling out and revving of engines for hours. That was my only complaint. The bed was soft and comfortable. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed!! Thank you!

I stayed here for 9 wks while completing a clinical at a nearby hospital. This apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. The stairs are steep to get into apartment but they were not an issue for me. I would recommend staying here.
