A cute cabin tucked away in the woods. Perfect for romantic get-aways
Siamo Backroads Inn and Cabins. La nostra proprietà si trova nella Valle dell'Eco. 8 acri circondati dalla foresta nazionale. Siamo l'essenza delle Black Hills, ma a pochi minuti da tutto ciò che la gente viene a vedere, come Mt Rushmore (2. 4 miglia) e Custer State Park (15 minuti).

All'interno c'è un letto king-size nella stanza principale e un letto a due letti nell'angolo sole anteriore. C'è anche un materassino a due letti. Con una piccola cucina (ma completa), grill a gas e pozzo del fuoco privato, c'è tutto il necessario per il vostro tempo libero. Inoltre, potrai rilassarti davvero nell'antica vasca da bagno nel bagno (anche con cabina doccia). Dimensione perfetta per una coppia o piccola famiglia.

We had no problems, everything was as described. There was a smart TV which made the rainy afternoons a little more enjoyable. We enjoyed staying here and will stay again!

This cabin was as described and more. The location is awesome and private yet only minutes from Mt. Rushmore and lots of restaurants and shopping. The bed was very comfortable and I felt right at home— highly recommend!

Good location. Loved the deer around the property. The WiFi was horrible! When we wanted to unwind at night and watch tv, the signal was going in and out- we finally gave up! Kept disconnecting on phone as well. The bathroom is extremely small- no need for a tub. Would have been nice to have a bigger counter by sink and a bigger shower. The toilet was horrible. It felt like it was going to rip right out of floor and would wobble and rock when you were sitting on it. Upon arrival, was a bug in the bed too. What appeared to be a dead spider fell out of one of the towels as well. With that being said, I would not recommend.

Quite, Peaceful, Lots of Wildlife on the Grounds, Short Ride to Mt Rushmore. Only 30 minutes from Rapid City Regional Airport. Great Hosts. 5 out of 5 stars.

We had a fabulous time in the Hugo cabin. It was perfect size for the two. It was so quiet and peaceful in the woods, but not too far from the sites and civilization. We enjoyed seeing deer and turkey from the little sitting area outside, and roasting marshmallows in the evening around the firepit. It was less than 10 minutes away from Mt Rushmore. The little town of Keystone was a fun area to walk around and eat a casual dinner. I highly recommend this fun little cabin!

It was very attractive. We enjoyed the drive to the cabin from Keystone. Very close access to Mt Rushmore. The trip was top notch and we wish we had planned to stay longer.

The Hugo cabin was a great place for a quiet getaway in the Black Hills. It had everything we needed and was close to all the activities we wanted to do.

Hugo cabin was perfect for the two of us! The bed was the best ever!! Plenty of hot water for the long showers after walking and seeing everything. Steps may be an issue for people with mobility issues, but we did just fine. Thanks for sharing your wonderful cabin!!

The cabins are nicely spaced apart. The pool was a nice addition for the littles. There was a couple of maintenance things in the cabin that really could use attention. And I know from reading other reviews that these things are not new. The toilet is not attached to the floor well at all, it rocks all over every time you sit. The faucet handle in the bathroom is not attached and come off every time you try to use it unless you are very careful. The cabin was so-so clean when we arrived. There were crumbs on the counter and floor. The cabin is well equipped to be able to make food. Oh yeah, the outside grill. We straight up had a grease fire the first night in the grill. No one had ever cleaned out the grease tray. The grill was up against the cabin. If we had not been attentive, that situation could have been very bad. Cleaning the grill should be part of regular maintenace of the cabins.

Great getaway
We had a great time at this little cabin in the woods. It is far enough away from neighboring cabins, but not so far that you won't be able to hear them. If you're looking to be absolutely secluded, this is not the place. It was a little comforting having others not far away though! The room was the perfect size for 2, with little to no room to spare for another adult guest, even though there is another bed. The property was super clean when we arrived and the check-in process was a breeze. Two negative points: the toilet was loose when we arrived, so whenever we sat on it it moved forward. We could have contacted the owners but didn't since it wasn't a big deal, but maybe this should be checked in the future. Other negative point is the fire pit on site was very weirdly constructed in a way that made it hard to use. We could not get a very good fire going while we were there, so maybe look into purchasing a more traditional pit! Other than that, this place was great :)
