Perfect location in town close to the water and playground for our little one. Stones throw away from fantastic eateries and local shops.

Very nice experience

It was a great location - across from the ocean and walking distance to the main shopping/dining street. Perfect for our short stay as we were out most of the day and just in evenings. Would pick again to stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would have loved to sit on a couch and chill, but there wasn't one :( as the apartment is set up as two bedroom as opposed to the one bedroom and living area that it is. But this unit still deservers the 5 star rating. Thank you for hosting us.

Had everything I needed and was very comfortable stay

Such a lovely property and we had an amazing time. It’s nice and clean and had everything we needed. We come down to Cowes quite a bit and love walking into the main part of town and the location of the apartment couldn’t be any better. Thank you so much for having us.

I would have given this apartment a higher rating if there had been 2 comfortable chairs! We are in our 70’s and past sitting on hard plastic chairs a cushion was not much help. Lying on a bed reading/watching TV is not our preference. We had a few minor things that needed attention in apt but otherwise it was clean and had a comfortable bed....for sleeping in.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for my family of two adults and two children. The location was excellent, directly across the road from the beach and park. I would definitely like to book this apartment again :)

We loved our last minute two night stay at Phillip Island; this was the perfect spot - right across the road from the park (our son was delighted!) and the beach. Comfortable bedding, quiet, good blinds (kept the room dark throughout bright sunshine) and a fantastic shower (oh that massage jet!). Only things we'd suggest for improvement is the provision of bath mats for the bathroom (shower had a tendency to leak = wet and slippery tiles) and a key for the sliding door so we didn't have to go around the building to get to the beach. But all in all a lovely spot and we look forward to returning.

The location of the property was really good. I went with my kids & they had a very nice time. The only problem we had was the climate was bit cold. The property is perfect for family of 4.

First impression was that it's not clean and has a strong odour throughout the apartment, especially the bathroom. We spent over an hour cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, including the fridge, which had smudge marks, food crumbs and was smelly. Toilet was dirty, bathtub was dirty. We went over everything before we could unpack to bring it to a more reasonable standard. There were cleaning supplies available in the apartment which was great and made it easier. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work so the poor ventilation could be one of the reasons that it smells so bad. There is aircon in the apartment but wasn't working effectively, barely cooling more than a fan. Bunk beds are in the same room as the small dining table and kitchenette which didn't suit us as we have small children. Outdoor sitting area is facing the main road and has no privacy at all but the location is great. The back of the property is facing the main road park and the beach! If the aircon and fans were working and the place was cleaner we would have enjoyed the stay alot more. There were a lot of towels and toilet paper provided. We were very thankful for that. The coffee machine is a nice touch. Wish there was more capsules as we were staying for 7 days.
