The apartment was clean and light filled. The front room is open concept with sliding doors opening onto a balcony. Gabriela received us and showed us around the apartment. She was always just a text away and very responsive. The location is incredible. There is a brewery and restaurant right below and cute shop and nail salon. We went to all 3! The neighborhood has a lot of cute restaurants and is shaded by beautiful trees. There is a lot to explore on foot in Condesa and is close to the Hippodrome and Parque Mexico. We fell in love with this neighborhood and the surrounding ones. The apartment does not have AC but we understand that not many apartments have AC. In November there was a cool breeze that kept things pleasant. There was also a floor fan and 2 table fans. We had the best trip to Mexico City and would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The property manager, Gabriela, was very responsive to the limited concerns we encountered. She was particularly patient in accommodating our haphazard arrival from the airport. The location was excellent for wandering around the Condesa. We enjoyed watching many sunsets on the balcony.

First there is 24 hour attentive security, dint forget to tip him! And great filtered refrigerator water that we drank the entire time and it was good. Gabby was great, walks you through the entire place and really lays it out for you tries to help you understand the entire place from closets to pillows to patio slider, etc. Our flight was extremely delayed, we got in so much later than we said, she was very sweet about it and literally probably wasted a whole day waiting around for us but it all worked out and grateful that she is the kind person that she is. The place was very well done, beds very comfortable closet space, large bedrooms, living room exceptional with large kitchen and table as you can see from the photos. Be sure to keep the rubber mat over your shower drain after you exit your shower because there is sometimes a little bit of a back draft. Other than that everything excellent and I would recommend. Also there's only one unit per floor, so you go up the elevator and it's only your floor, no one next to you, only ones that I hear the neighbor upstairs sounded like maybe kids might've been having a sleepover I talked to Security and immediately the noise stopped so they have a great system there and again I would highly recommend this place. Gabriela was a great host, the apartment is well appointed and well kept. The Condesa area is amazing with great cafes restaurants and people!

Very nice condo in the Condesa area, 24 hour security guard. Location is great, close to many restaurants, shops and a park. Easy to UBER to all points of interest.

The property is located in a nice area, near great restaurants, and experiences. The property is really nice too. Each unit has its own floor. There is a doorman. I’d definitely return.

Our stay in this very well located apartment was a very pleasant experience. We were walking distance from the beautiful Mexico Park and many amazing restaurants. It was a very safe neighborhood that was close to many attractions in the city. The apartment was very clean and the host was very accommodating when I needed to change a few days around. She was always readily available for any questions I had. I

The prime quality of the apartment was it's location, in the middle of the beautiful La Condessa part of Mexico City. A wonderful place to come back to from touring during the day. Many great restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.

We so enjoyed staying at Gabi's apartment in Condesa. It was sparkling clean, generously sized, and had everything we needed for a three-week stay (including fast wifi for working). The doormen were kind and professional, and there were tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Anytime we needed help, Gabi responded quickly with text messaging. Would stay here again happily.

We stayed at this apartment for three nights while visiting Mexico City. The apartment was very clean and as presented in the photos. The location was excellent with many restaurants, shops and parks within walking distance. It was also a good location for visiting the many museums and other activities in the Zocalo and Polanco. The property manager, Gabriela, was very helpful in answering our questions and providing suggestions for places to eat and see in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is great - two spacious bedrooms with lots of storage space, nice kitchen, washer/dryer combo and the outdoor space is amazing. The proximity to everything you want to do in Condesa is the draw; the park is one block away, great restaurants abound and getting to the metro is easy. Highly recommended stay for couples, friends or a family!

Gabriela’s place was an outstanding jumping off spot to enjoy Condesa and Roma Norte.. We felt safe in the neighborhood and in the building and completely enjoyed the ability to have it be within walking distance of all the cool spots. The condo was clean, the showers were hot and the bedding was comfortable. Loved having coffee and drinks on the patio. The water was not filtered so we had to go to the local Tienda to buy supplies to brush our teeth. But, that’s sort of normal for Mexico City. Overall, a great experience! Two thumbs up

This was my second time staying at Gabriela’s home. Overall, its a lovely place to stay. Its clean, modern, relatively quiet, has filtered water and ice in the fridge (but not throughout), hot water in the showers and is within walking distance to anything Condesa or Roma/Roma Norte. The street itself doesn't have much going on, but the patio is a relaxing spot that allows the outdoors in. Two thumbs up!

I can't say enough. it was nicer than the pictures and a great location with short walks to great restaurants . our host was punctual and helpful. and very nice as well. we will try to stay here again on our next visit. I can't imagine a better place to stay!!!

Great location. This 2 bedroom condo is fully equipped and ideally situated for discovering this neighborhood. Gabriella was very receptive and responsible. She is a non English speaker; however, we used WhatsApp, which is very prevelant in CDMX, and had no problem at all. Only thing to consider is that most units in CDMX are not heated, so pack accordingly, since evenings are cool and the room is cool in evening and morning, especially with uncoveredd marble floors.

The apartment is exactly as presented, spacious, clean and in a nice area. Everything in the apartment is at hand, supermarket, restaurants etc are close by. Gabriella is a great host, very friendly and very helpful in case you need something. We'll come back for sure.

This is a very nice apartment in a great part of town. However, there were at least two neighboring properties under major construction and there was loud construction noise from 8am to 6pm every weekday. There were some minor issues with the apartment -- dryer didn't function properly, a sink was leaking. Property manager didn't speak english but used a translation app sometimes.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Condesa, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was very nice and quiet and al you want for a short (or longer) stay. The host was very accommodating and waited for our arrival even though we arrived late in the evening and we were allowed to stay till 4 pm on our departure day. We would like to return to Mexico City on some future trip and will certainly consider this location again
