Came and stayed with our large family ages 2-14. Plenty to keep them all entertained. Creek, hot tub, air hockey, ping pong and a yard prefect for bocce ball were major hits. Washer and dryer reduced stress more than expected. A great place!

We enjoyed a family/friends getaway for a couple of days after Easter and the cabin was perfect! The property is very family-friendly and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved the deck and fire table and the yard/fire pit/patio was a wonderful area to hangout together. The check-in/check-out rules were easy to follow and the extra parking down near Kohls Ranch Lodge was a convenient place for a couple extra cars to park. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked and there were tons of extra blankets/linens for people to use. The hosts really have thought of everything for a great getaway. My friend liked it so much that she will be booking it for her family in the future too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful location in Kohl’s Ranch. House was amazing for a large family. Plenty of room for 11 people. Lots of things for the kiddos to keep busy. Kitchen had everything you need . The Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed.

The cabin was comfortable, plenty of beds. Beautiful scenery and cabin was on the creek. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Deck was large with nice furniture. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Manning Cabin! Immaculate. The beds were so comfortable. Beautiful deck with wonderful propane fireplace. We spent so much time on the deck relaxing. Beautiful fenced backyard. The kids loved the creek. Ping pong, air hockey and lots of games and activities. Only about 90 minutes from Mesa to this property. Excellent, immediate communication from owners. Absolutely nothing negative to say. This property is worth the money.

The creek was amazing and the outside living areas were great! It was nice having separated living spaces for our family to retreat to. The water in the showers was lukewarm and could have been warmer. Black widow spider was in basement shower where the grandkids were! Cabin may need to be sprayed for insects and webs sorayed off of outside porch areas. Overall it was clean and we built some wonderful memories together as a family.

There is so much to say about this perfect, family-friendly home along Tonto Creek. The location is so private and serene and the view of the creek is breathtaking!
We enjoyed the deck and fire pit, BBQ, and hot tub (especially after my son jumped in the creek)!! We roasted marshmallows and appreciated the roasting sticks provided in the kitchen.
The kitchen was very well equipped! Every appliance and kitchen tool was available for our use.
The bedrooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. There was so much room for 8 adults, 2 preschoolers, and a baby.
We heard that space heaters had been turned on prior to our arrival, just to make sure the home was comfortable when we arrived. We really appreciate the extra care! Thank you!
We highly recommend this home and plan on returning ourselves one day!

We loved our weekend at this cabin on the creek. We stayed with family and had young kids, so the fenced in backyard was great to let them run around. The cabin was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kids also enjoyed playing air hockey, ping pong, piano and had so much fun in the hot tub. We also enjoyed a walk down to Kohls Ranch and had dinner at the lodge. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with the owners of this cabin as well as the cabin itself and the beautiful property! We had such a great time! We spent our spring break here and it was absolutely perfect! The cabin is beautiful, the backyard, landscape, the creek… all so beautiful and so clean and so kid-friendly! The mattresses! Wow-sooo comfortable! I have a bad lower back and I slept SO well! I had to park at the name of the mattress so my husband and I could go purchase the same one! 😄 the kitchen so well stocked with everything you would need… The owner, Mr. Manning was sooo wonderful, kind and so easy to communicate with! Like I said, I can’t say enough wonderful things about our visit! My kids had a blast! We will definitely be coming back to visit! Thank you so much! We love your cabin! It really was dreamy and we ALL were so sad to leave! ❤️

This was a short trip but it was perfect. I can’t say enough on how amazing the exterior is with the fire pits, grass area and creek right behind the property. The house was clean and beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the game area! The owners were very accommodating and responded promptly! I would recommend to others and plan on renting again in the future!

We love the Kohls Ranch area. It’s our first time renting a cabin off of the resort. The Queen and king bed on the main floor were the most comfortable. The other beds, especially the twin trundle bed and full/ queen downstairs were not comfortable at all. There are also not any window coverings on the downstairs windows which scared the kids. The spa wasn’t working, unfortunately. We were notified ahead of time and got a $50 refund. The cooking utensils need to be changed out. Some were filthy and old. Some problems from previous guest would be not thoroughly cleaning utensils used. The pressure cooker wasn’t cleaned at all.
We loved spending time out back. Loved the upgrades out there and nothing beats listening to the creek as were sitting outside.
The owners were always quick in response to emails.
Overall, we enjoyed our time together.

We had an amazing trip. Great hiking! The internet was a little spotty but to be expected for the location. I wish we would have know we had to pay extra and ask in advance to use the hot tub.

One of our favorite places to stay is next to Tonto Creek. The backyard and deck on this house are perfect for enjoying the sounds of the water both during the day and evening, especially with both the gas fire and fire pit. Our kids also enjoy fishing and playing in the creek and catching crawfish. Oh, and the game room is an added bonus that we all enjoyed quite a bit; I mean, who doesn't love air hockey? Especially glow-in-the-dark air hockey! We love this house, and will book again if the opportunity presents itself.

This hidden little gem was the perfect place to reconnect with family. The outdoor patio top and bottom are just beautiful to hang out listen to the water during the early morning late night. The entire party enjoyed this cabin. Thank you

Great place right on the river
We loved all the space available to R+R. Beds were not very comfortable but the cabin was otherwise very comfortable. The deck was awesome and backyard area let the kids run around a little. Only complaint was all the spiders and webs looked like hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Overall we enjoyed it very much.
