We had a great time on our trip. The house was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. All the staff from Cabo villas did a tremendous job of taking care of all our needs. We will try to be back next year.

The house is beautiful and the ocean and mountain views are spectacular. Working with CaboVillas on all of the planning and follow-up was great. (Ask for Nik and Tish.) One word of caution: there is construction on the house immediately below and prosective tenants should inquire about it.

We had an absolutely unbelievable stay. It far surpassed our expectations. Ivan was our go-to concierge and took such great care of us. He was so respectful, present, and made us margaritas upon arrival! The overall service was impressive. We felt pampered for the entire trip. Everything A to Z was taken care of. Daily cleaning service from a sweet gal, in house massages, in house chef, driving service to and from the airport, and more! We could have spent our entire trip alone at the house. The views were spectacular. Truly one of my best VRBO experience. Thank you Beth & Cabo Villas for helping us plan such an amazing trip!

This home was awesome, we have been staying in the Pedregal area for the past few years now on Thanksgiving every year and love the area. Super safe, convenient, and beautiful. As far as the Home goes home it’s pretty unreal from the time you walked through the front door looking out over the infinity edge pool straight down into the Pacific Ocean. There was plenty of room to spread out throughout the house for our three different families, yet great common space that we could all hang out together. One thing to think about with this house is that other than the master bedroom and the smaller adjoining bedroom all the other entrances to the bedrooms are separate from the main area of the house, which was not a problem for us as we have a little bit older kids but if you had younger kids it would be something to think about. The company representing this home for check in and help throughout our stay was flawless. And the best bonus of all was the housekeeper, she was awesome. We will be back.

Villa Clara Vista exceeded our expectations. The view is 2nd to none, the home itself was so clean and well taken care of...everybody from the property manager (Cabo Villas), concierge, chef, etc...everybody was quick to respond and provided excellent service to my family. I would highly recommend!

Clara Vista was more than AMAZING. It exceeded our expectations and was even better then it looked online. We had an extremely easy process working with Kimberly for our reservations. I had tons of questions and Kimberly answered them all happily and was very helpful. From the moment we arrived to the airport we had a memorable experience with our driver and he started the festivities off on the ride to the villa 🍾. Our guests along with myself were mind blown when we walked into Clara Vista. The View was EVERYTHING and more. We had the best view in the Villa. Our guests still cant stop talking about how beautiful and relaxing the villa was. I cant begin to tell you how perfect this villa was for our wedding ceremony. We had a perfect sunset wedding on the lower level and our dinner under the gazebo. The way the living areas were set up it was perfect for a Brides room (the master) and the second living area on the lower level made for a perfect Grooms room with the perfect location for him to walk out of during the ceremony. I can't go without mentioning how more than helpful our butler Giovanni was. He even picked out a wedding cake for us 🥰. He made the most delightful welcome margaritas and was there to help and make our stay enjoyable and stress free. I can't wait to go back!! This villa is perfect for whale watching during the whale season as the view is perfect and captivating! Until next time Clara Vista!

This house is absolutely amazing. I don’t see a big need to write a long review to explain how everything is even better than the pictures. It’s perfect, just get a great group and it will exceed all expectations.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Clara vista. We spent hours in the amazing pool just taking in the view of the ocean and sunsets. Would return!

The property was absolutely stunning, every room in the house has a gorgeous view of the ocean and Pedregal hills. All the rooms were very spacious and secluded; infinity pool was to die for. Our group could have never left the villa and been perfectly happy. In addition to the amenities being top notch - the villa staff was a real treat. They were there for anything we needed and very friendly. Cleaning staff did a great job everyday and the chefs cooked two great meals for us under the dome outside. Would love to come back to Clara Vista again for another spectacular vacation!

13 of us (10 adults, 3 kids) spent Thanksgiving at the Clara Vista. I can't say enough about the absolutely gorgeous view! From sunrise to sunset, the view from this magnificent Villa was beautiful. The home was large enough for all of us to have our own area, but also large enough to allow us to all be together when we wanted to. We spent 95% of our time by the great infinity pool, the hot tub and evenings by the firepit. The view when first walking in was spectacular and confirmed to all of us that we made the right choice of location. We picked up our own food on the drive in from the airport and cooked most nights, which worked out great for our relaxing schedule. On Thanksgiving, we catered in a traditional Thanksgiving dinner that was delivered at the time we had ordered it and it was fabulous! The housekeeper came every day and was so nice and helpful. We barely knew she was there as she quietly moved around us, taking care of beach towels, kitchen, bathrooms and making up the bedrooms. Our concierge Giovanni, was fantastic! He was so nice and helpful in whatever we needed. Whenever we called, he responded right away and took care of any request we had. It was a comfort to know that we had someone to contact for ANYTHING! There were several offers made to do things in Cabo, but noone was interested in leaving the Villa. I don't think we have had a more relaxing enjoyable time then our Thanksgiving vacation, and we will be probably turning this into an annual tradition. Thanks to CaboVilla and all of their help in making this happen! I have highly recommended Clara Vista to several people! Can't wait to return.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Stunning views and ammenties. Staff were incredibly helpful. Had a wonderful weekend with my friends!

From the minute we walked in the front gate we knew that this was going to be the vacation of all vacations. The Cabo Villas staff took care of every detail and we felt like we were royalty. The pictures that we viewed were spot on. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed --- multiple pots and pans (that are in great shape), serving dishes and cutlery for at least 24 people. We cooked all meals at the house and all "chefs" were pleased with the kitchen. Our housekeeper was amazing. She showed up every day with a smile on her face and helped us get the house ready for the day. There was never a time when there wasn't a fresh bath towel or neatly folded towel by the pool. Tip 1: There is a fabulous 2nd fridge in the pantry -- stop at Costco or Walmart and load up on your beverages - there is plenty of room to stock up. There is also a wine fridge that will hold additional beverages. The only downside is the freezer - you are going to want to stock up on ice so, don't buy a lot of freezer items from the store. Tip 2: If there is something that you want to watch on TV (ours was the Alabama vs. Clemson game) make sure you have a laptop that can access your TV provider back home. The internet at the villa is pretty good. We were able to stream the game that way as we were not able to get it on the TV. We didn't expect to have US channels at the Villa so, this is in no way a criticism of the Villa. The only issue we had was the need for an actual 6th bedroom with a bathroom that 2 people could sleep in. We ended up improvising and using the pull out bed in the media room and the kids shared a shower with the guests on the second level. While not the most comfortable bed, the kids did wake up with a fantastic view! All in all, I highly recommend this Villa and the Team at Cabo Villas. Our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 "kids" ages 18-23) had the most fantastic vacation at Villa Clara Vista. We are already looking at dates for next year's trip.

Our group of 8 adults and 2 children had an amazing time at Villa Clara Vista. The view of course is one of the best and everything was as described. Our friendly concierge,Luis dealt with our 100 questions during our stay but, prior to, we were well taken care of by Alexandra and Lola. There is a full team waiting to help make your trip perfect. Food: We hired one of the recommended chefs and they amazed us with the care and quality of the food and ingredients. I would recommend having at least one dinner or the brunch made by a local chef in the house. It is just a delightful touch. We also went to the local Wal-Mart and bought groceries to cook and grill. That worked fine for us. CLEANING: We had a kind maid who tidied up each day and was pleasant. There is a washer and dryer to use and plenty of towels so we never worried. EXCURSIONS: We did a booze cruise that was absolutely worth it (so much fun, food was freshly made on the boat and the entertainment was GREAT). Luis can help set up your excursions and taxi rides. A ride from the airport is included but, we had to pay for the return trip. TRANSPORTATION: Taxis were $4 per person and we had basically one driver (Vincente) while there who was pleasant and friendly. He took us to town to shop but also took us to a local churro stand. OMG, go get those hot, amazing churros while there! :) ACCESS: One thing to note is the access to 4 of the 6 bedrooms requires you to go outside. 3 of the bedrooms are down a long staircase and one is outside over the garage so, be mindful of this if you have older people or children. It gives you a little bit of separation but, was fine for our group. OTHER TIP: Pay attention to the payment schedule on your contract as the card on file will be charged as noted without specific notice. Calendar all of the dates so you will remember and let them know if you want to have another card charged. The process is painless, these are just a few notes that I thought would be helpful. Thank you, Cabovillas and staff. We still miss Cabo and want to return!

First of all, the pictures do not do this house justice. Amazing view and perfect property for a group. Even better than the house was the service. There was someone available in Cabo 24 hours a day if you needed anything. Just call or text and there was an immediate response. We woke up every morning to a maid cleaning the property including all the bedrooms. The house was at the top of the hill so great views of the other properties down the hill, ocean, and beach. We had 9 people and could have easily fit 5 more. Would definitely recommend this property or other properties owned by this company.

Villa Clara vista was an amazing property. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. The property and grounds were kept clean and the concierge was always on call for whatever we needed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to have an amazing vacation and experience.

Have you every walked into a home and your mouth drops? Well mine did and the other guest that arrived in our wedding party. Pictures of this location does not do it justice. It is beautiful. The views are breathtaking, the grounds are clean, and the service is spot on. We arrived to a wonderful welcome from staff and our daily housekeeping was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. She was sweet and beautiful! There are perfect views from every room of the house and at night when you are sleeping or early sunrise its so quiet you can hear the waves crashing to the shores. I wish I could be there now it was beautiful, relaxing, and close to downtown Cabo. My guest and I loved every minute of it; it exceeding all my expectations. Our sunrise wedding was so perfect and this was the BEST place to have it. Great place, I had never been to Cabo and did not see this location until I arrived and oh was I overjoyed to find the place in perfect condition and beautiful all around.

As described, it was wonderful. Well situated in a secure gated community, the house was spacious and well kept with comfortable yet attractive furnishings (many were antique or art). The pool was delightful and was warmed by sun and heated water. The domed porch and other places to sit (including hot tub) for the view were breathtaking..ocean, sky and whale watching! Open to the breeze and sound of the surf the bedrooms were all private, comfortable with the master suite very grand and a delight especially at sunrise. The kitchen was great with an outdoor grill nearby. There was maid service every day, pool maintenance and a concierge always on call and helpful. Within walking or a short ride to town. We loved the food and the marina (kids did dolphin swim). Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as advertised—always tough to convey the layout through photos. We found the rooms to all be very quiet, and the master suite/bath is gorgeous! Perfect size for our group of 8 (and 10 for 3 nights). We had some trouble with TV and WiFi—nothing that wasn’t already mentioned in previous comments and that are typical for the area. The views are just spectacular...sunrise on one end and sunset on the other. Can’t wait to go back. PS: yes, lots of stairs for the 3 bedrooms below the pool deck but it’s the price you pay for the views and quiet rooms.

From the moment we walked in the front door and saw the stunning view until the time we left everything went perfectly. Luis with Cabo Villas was outstanding - anything we needed, transportation, groceries even massages at the villa (which were incredible!) he took care of right away! I wasn't sure what to expect renting through the company as we like to do things for ourselves, but I can honestly say we were not disappointed one bit with their service. Everything they set up for us was prompt and very professional. We will rent from Cabo Villas again when we return to Cabo San Lucas!!

We were a group of 8 in Cabo for a bachelor party an Villa Clara Vista exceeded our expectations... The pictures and description perfectly match the experience we had. Upon arrival, the villa was spotless, and the cleaning crew kept it that way daily. The pool and the view was immaculate. The bedrooms were perfectly situated and comfortable... I cannot think of one negative thing to complain about, A+ from top to bottom.

We had an unbelievable time at Vista Clara. The service is first class, concierge is there for you 24/7 for anything you need. The house is beautiful, you never have to leave if you don't want to. Amesome location, close to town and the Marina. Would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!
